soup wizard Would anyone be interested in this? A big reason I don't write a lot of RP is that people tend not to give any feedback or all my experiences recently have been people writing a paragraph about what is on a lunch menu. And I understand that the pressure to write a lot with me is there -- but I'd really rather just someone stick to a role and play a longterm story, even if they don't want to commit to more than a few sentences a week or whatever. Anyways, I spent I think 2 hours on this. It's basically Gaia Harry Potter, and I want to do Gaia Harry Potter. If you play here, I can offer you some feedback! I know what you mean. We stick to roles and long term stories here! As to what was in the spoiler…I’m not that big of a HP fan. tl;dr.

Were you the one looking for a werewolf for a Bonfire RP? I can play a trouble-making Nekomata who attempts to "kill the function," so to speak. What do you say? wink

Dood, I'm using a new version of Pru! This one isn't a full-fledged mage yet. I honestly ain't quite sure what her skill set will be yet. The class "Blue Mage" keeps bouncing around in my head, but I need to come up with my own definition of what that is first. In Final Fantasy games, it's just a mage that learns its skills through battle, but it's not like Pru has a sharingan or anything like that.

Blue Magic is similar to Mimicry, a skill Clash acquired when he was younger. You learn the enemy's attacks with blue magic, which I think is pretty cool. One could accrue quite the list of abilities that way. You know what you ought to make her into? A ninja! Because ninjas are awesome. ninja

"Mimicry" is like having a Sharingan, only instead of the one eye on the front of the head, it's a "third eye," metaphorically speaking. confused Also, he doesn't "learn" the abilities he mimics like with blue magic, unless he can "copy" it with preexisting skills (if that makes any sense).

Mimicry is cool enough, but I think it should function different for Pru. Though in her original incarnation, her Battle Runes weren't an original idea. She copied that from another witch, but added her own spin to it - so I suppose she's always sort of been a Blue Mage. This incarnation of Pru doesn't quite have any traditional magic training. She has the talent, but got knocked up before she could ever develop it. For her, magic would have to be self-taught, in a way. Her studies won't come from tomes and scrolls, but from observation and innovation, trial and error.

That's how Clash learned. 3nodding He was never really able to use magic to begin with except with his spell-imbued inventory items. The rest--besides his innates, such as psychic stuff--he learned from live combat experience. In other news! I'd like to run some events here. Starting with one for Halloween night where undead "zombie" vampires (like the ones from the beginning of Vampire Hunter D: Bloodlust) from the Von Helson Manor attempt to spill into Durem and we have to hold the floodgates to prevent an outbreak. Then I'd like to run one at the Barton Town Coast where the leviathan comes up from the sea and tries to eat everybody. And if anyone manages to kill it, they can eat its heart to gain some special abilities or use its scales or teeth to make weapons and armor and such. What do ya think?
