Sinew VashZero5 Sinew I have really, really bad allergies, and I can't stand to be around smokers, I truely cannot breathe after a few moments, but I just leave the area. I don't make a law about it. Now when it comes to schools, DMVs, etc etc, places you HAVE to go to (and more often then not, you end up hanging around there for a long time) I can understand making a law there. But people should always be able to smoke in well-ventilated outdoor areas and their own areas. That's basic property rights, I agree. Well in public places, your damaging other's health, without their consent. But if its private property, the non-smokers can simply leave OR the owner of the establishment can forbid it. The government shouldn't have the right to decide what we do on our own property. you got it. Besides, I miss not being able to smoke my weekly cigar in the smoking sections of restuarants. xp

pissed me off. We allow smoking in bars in florida, but not restaraunts. alot of bars stopped serving food becasue of all the smokers who attend, and then people under 21 weren't allowed in becasue, hey, no food. it's just a bar. luckily being a girl goes a long way with male bartenders.

I'm totally against government mandated smoking bans. It should be up to the individual bar/restaurant owners to decide if they want smoking in their establishments.
