Nyx wrapped her up and held her, gently rubbing her back as she cried again. Her eyes closed slowly, rocking them back and forth with a slowness and gentleness that would have put a child to sleep.
"S'alrigh'." She told her softly, her voice thick with adoration and sincerity. "I know yeh din' mean it." The Gryffindor laid a kiss on the top of Isis' hair, sighing softly in her joy.
She didn't want to let go, so instead she held on. Absently, she wished that she could just keep holding on until the next morning. The sun was just setting along the hills, bathing the room in a orangish pink glow.

Soothed by Nyx's quiet voice and warm arms about her Isis let a content sigh stream through her lips, smiling faintly as she nuzzled the Gryffindor's collarbone. Looking up at Nyx Isis was all warm smiles and content snuggles, moving up to nuzzle her way into the crook of the younger girls neck, gently pushing Nyx to lay down before curling into her side, resting her head on the girls chest to watch the sunset in the arms of the one she loved.
She knew she would have to leave soon, it was already against house rules that she be in the gryffindor's room. If Nyx' roommates walked in and saw the Ravenclaw prefect...it could lead to serious trouble.
Isis brushed the thought away with yet another sigh, focusing more on the girl holding her and being held in her arms, and the beautiful picturesque sunset streaming through the window and bathing them in light.

Nyx gave no protest nor resistance as she was gently pressed down. In their new position, she only had the option of wrapping one arm around the smaller girl. Her other hand rested on her abdomen, each finger pressed limply against the fabric. Green eyes skimmed up the curves of Isis' legs, her hip, shoulders, then her face. Nyx smiled. With her giant blood, her body was considerably tall and thick with lean muscle. Only seventh, six, and if they were genetically gifted, fifth year boys could top her in height. Even then, it was very few who could beat the firmness of her body. She hadn't done this before, but...
It was amazing just how well she fit.
She shifted her attention to the window. The sunset reflected in her eyes, making the normally shimmery eyes shine brighter.
"Isis?" She burred. "I'mma... Sorreh 'bout wha' happened, too." Nyx stared harder at the window, feeling shame bubbling up from her gut. "Scarrin' yah. Yeh prolly thought I was gon' hurt yeh, an' I can't blame yeh fer tha'." A sad smile spread across her lovely lips. "I need teh tell ya'... So ya'know.
"Ya'know I got s'm Veela in me, my mum's a fourth g'neration. Veela blood c'n damp'n, but all the curses an' perks breed strong. Well... My poppy's a third g'neration Giant... Mostly wizard folk, but I'm still a mutt offa human bein'." She lifted her hand, the blue veins in her wrist just visable under olive skin. "I want yeh teh know though... I'd never 'urt you. Never ev'r." Her voice broke at her last statement, and her normally joyful green eyes watered up and released. Nyx turned her head so she could face her, a tear streaking down her cheek. "Ev'r."

What stunned Isis the most wasnt the girls words, but her face. "Nyx..." Reaching a gentle hand out the ravenclaw gently traced her thumb along the underside of Nyx's eye, gently stroking the tears up and away from that beautiful face.
Isis had no words to describe the emotions running through her body. Continuing to stroke the girls cheek she smiled gently, leaning in to press her lips softly to Nyx's own, pulling away with a calm reassuring smile. "I dont care about your blood, or what your family is or was...I care about you, and giant veela blood or no you are still my one and only Nyx."

"Yeh mean it...?" Nyx asked softly, though feeling considerably convinced by the kiss. "Sometimes... It jus' takes over my head, an' I do stuff. Like tehday, when I picked yeh up. I dunno... I woul' never hurt yah, but I needed yeh to be..." The Gryffindor sighed softly in frustration. She didn't know how to describe the feeling, or why she did it. "Righ' here?" Nyx gestured vaguely towards her eyes, and then Isis'.

Nodding in understanding Isis leaning in to nuzzle more into the girls neck, once again remembering just how much taller Nyx was compared to her own lithe frame. "I was so scared you were angry at me, that I had done something to make you hate me...I panicked. I dont really know what I thought you'd do to me." Sliding her arms around Nyx as best she could Isis pressed in close, snuggling into the gryffindors form with a semi sleepy yawn. "Its been a long day..."

Nyx exhaled slowly, all the muscles in her body going limp with the reassurance. She turned slightly onto her side to wrap her arms around her Ravenclaw. This placed her body in the way of the doorway, shielding Isis away from any of her roommates from immediately seeing her.
"I agree." She slurred, closing her eyes comfortably. If she could just have this every day, she'd always sleep like a baby.
Hell, she might not get up for quidditch if that were the case.
"I wake up witha hickeh on me neck, geh nibbled by a teacher," Nyx shuddered. "Chase yeh inteh theh hallway, makeout in theh broom closet... Wha else? Sen' a letter teh me folks, get inteh a spat witha prefect-A particul'lrly bitcheh one, migh' I add?- go teh the green'ouse, 'nother snoggin' session, yeh get yer hand cut... Mai mai mai, is ev'ry day gonna be like this with yeh?" A slow grin spread across her face. "If so, I bet'r be sure teh take mah vitamins."

As Nyx spoke the blush grew darker and darker on Isis' face, her voice squeeking softly in shameful protest at the snogging being mentioned. By the time Nyx was done Isis had buried her face into the girls shoulder, hiding with a dark blush and embarassed whines.
"Dont forget everything that happened yesterday...you run me over after being chased by Slytherins, come with me to the lake, decide I'm not good enough to fend off a bludger, make me attack peeves and then he attacked me today and you attacked him...ending with a snogging session in the corridors during lights out and scare me off until you get caught by the caretaker, for which once again I'm sorry." Isis said, nuzzling into the crook of Nyx's neck letting out a tiny sigh.
"We'll have to be careful...I know we could take care of each other, but if the rest of the school finds out I dont know what we'll be able to do...especially if they use one of us against the other..." Isis said pondering once again as she instinctivly began to hold onto Nyx tighter.
Really, for a Ravenclaw thinking seemed to be the worst thing that ever happened to the girl.

"I din' decide yeh weren' good enough fer a bludger! I says it's dangerous teh have 'em out in theh dark." Nyx huffed, tightening her grip. "An' I said s'alrigh'." The Gryffindor gently rubbed Isis' back, chuckling softly in her throat.
"An' the rest of theh school? If it makes yeh more comf'terble, I made friends with mosta the younger classes. Gotta small soft spot fer first years." Nyx smiled softly. She usually only had to tell them once and they got the message. Others, she helped while they were being picked on.
"An' theh old'r students, I fought all the one's who'd give us trouble. They ain't so tough."

Isis laughed softly as she listened, reassured by her veela giant's words. Nyx was adorable, and Isis could see her being a good mother and caretaker of kids. Curling her hands in she pressed into Nyx's form, snugglinginto her contentedly and hiding from view.
"They seemed a little more then you could handle the day I saw you and they worked together...what if everyone you ever fought got together to fight against you, my knight of gryffindor?" Isis pointed out, looking up at Nyx with a blush and another giggle.

Nyx gazed down on her. Her green eyes twinkled with amusement as she lowered her head to come eye to eye with her beautiful Egyptian. "I guess," She purred, her voice dipping low. "I'll hafteh protect my princess, won't I? What kin'na knight would I be if I din' protect mah princess?"
She smiled charmingly, gently nuzzling her nose up against Isis'.

"Nyx..." Isis gasped softly, what minimal amount of her blush having faded returning with full force. That smile just had a way of taking Isis' breath away, and this time was no exception. Wrapping her arms around Nyx she smiled, leaning in and brushing her lips against Nyx's softly...her own Nyx's lips for the very first time.

Nyx purred deeply, the sound rumbling passed her tingling lips. She dipped her head slightly to press a tender kiss against Isis' lips. Her own Isis' lips. (( xd )) After a moment, she pulled back and brushed her lips across any span of smooth skin within reach.
Nothing too heavy. Just tender.
"Will yeh be my desert rose, Isis Zesiro?" She pressed a kiss on the smaller girl's forehead, purring with contentment.

Smiling softly Isis felt a shiver tremor through her body at Nyx's words, looking up to her with a smile. "I'll be anything you want me to be Nyx...just for you..."

Nyx sighed softly, cuddling up closer to her girl and smiling. Undoubtably, Isis was her desert rose. Her oasis... Hells yeah. One of her large arms carefully released the girl and drew the curtains up around them, giving the two privacy.
As she laid back down, she kicked off her shoes and kissed Isis' forehead.
She didn't know how long they stayed that way, just cuddling. But eventually, she just fell asleep with Isis in her arms. Perfect.
