A small smile curled on her lips, she let out a light laugh. "Morrow's no dog and as for you being an elder of mine its hard to believe your age." Looking at him now, she leaned forward on the table, taking a small strand of remaining hair over his eyes and storking it behind his ear.

"Seems that if your the third that makes me the fourth..." Laughing now, the wolf hopped on the table rolling about due to her happiness. She was halfway dry now and reached her hand in her blouse. A silver pocket watch lifted up with her hand, she flung it open and check the time. It was almost 6 pm, the sun would surely set soon, though no one noticed much due to the rain.

"You really are quite the care-free type hmm?" A bit of sacrasim was mixed in her voice. Haze placed the watch back and stood up.

Hmm... foolish elder.... Just as stupid as the other two before him... She sighed knowing her ignorance would lead her to her death, but she was late, later then she wanted to be. He had slowed her down and now she would hear it. Haze rose up walked out the door walking in the oppisite direction of Cayne. The streets had less people, the water was now streaming on the curb slightly, disabling the soft click of her heels. Frowning Haze swooped up to pick up Morrow and waded downtown.

She was headed to an abandoned house, on the way outskirts of town, she was cold and tired. The clothes stuck to her slender body as she made her way toward the enterance of it. Lifting her skirt with one hand she walked up the small flight of stairs and pulled out a small key. It took awhile, but after Haze opened the door she walked inside and set Morrow down. Not even halfway inside a chilling voice rang in her ear.

"Late... late... late, my dear..." A sharp thud and she was against the wall, her feet barely touching the floor.

"I'm sorry... I tried to hurry but the rain--"
"Only humans would let the rain get in the way of their business!" Haze glanced down silently, her feet touched the floor once again.

"Next time when I say immediately I mean it... now where is it!" She handed over a small vial her teeth gritting in anger. He snatched it away walking back into his lab, slamming the door behind him. As he walked away he continued to yell at her.

"Don't make me wait next time!"

Haze sighed and began to walk up the stairs. Her eyes were welling up, as she tried not to cry. I hate that man... I hate everyone... I'm tired of being used as a puppet to get everything he wants. She wanted to get away, she wanted to leave the dreadful place and find somewhere quiet. Haze remembered an old folk-tale. The large castle toward the north. Hurridly she went to the bed room where she slept, tossing clothes on the floor. Her hair fell into her face as she emptied her closet and drawers. Black garmets, intimate wear, and tight apparel made its way into a large suitcase. Half-filled with clothes, books, Morrow's stuff, and other miscellaneous things, she knew she had all she needed.

"Morrow, come..." Her small feet hit the stairs softly trying not to get the mans attention. Opening and closing the door behind them the water rose above the curbs now, somewhat flooding the area.

"I'd rather freeze to death in this chilling rain to be stuck following orders from that ... monster." Haze's soft pale skin became soaked yet again as she waded knee-deep in flood water. Carrying Morrow in her arms, the small figure began down the streets, heading toward the outskirts of town. Everything was silent, all the humans were now inside safely. Sighing her hands were to full to stroke the wet hair from her face. Haze wished she had better luck.

She was soaking wet, her silken clothes stuck to her body, her hair was drenched, Morrow soaked as well. Haze's eyes were widen, she was speechless all the way to the house. Her eyes were wide as she entered the door, took of her shoes, set Morrow down, and stood dripping on the carpet.

"You.. You... you...y o u . . ." Hazes small figured was hunched over, her hands shaking in front of her. She had nothing to say at the moment, and usually when she had nothing to say, people wished she stayed that way.

[[ Let me get a gun then >>;;; ]]

Groaning she unwrapped her head band, her hair flowed down with ease, silver locks, smooth and silky. All her hair, was wet of course, and she was wishing that it wasn't. It clung to the side of her head, blocking one of her eyes again. She threw the suit case, this showed her anger. It rebounded of the wall, leaving a small dent and landing 4 inches away from the wall. Glaring up at him and the other half-naked guy, she removed her shoes and placed it near the door way.

"You call this place a home..." Haze shifted her lean figure to look into the room with the dirty clothes and she trembled at the filth.

Haze removed her shirt, which oddly enough wasn't that wet. Picking up Morrow, she began wiping him dry with it, the wolf's wet fur brushed against her fine, tender skin.

"Morrow... I'm sorry..."

After a long period of time refraining from hitting him hard with a right. She stood in the huge bathroom. Wondering if it was safe to trust him. Several assumptions later, she realized it was ok, and maybe he wasn't so stupid after all. Up... uhh... wait a sec... no she still thought he was stupid for getting her wet in the first place. Haze sighed setting up the large bath water. She never bothered to close the door, knowing that he would come bring clothes. The water was almost luke warm, good enough for her to bath her gentle skin in it. After removing the rest of her clothes, the clothing lay scattered arbitrarily on the tile. A bra here, panties there, long flowing skirt soaking in one corner. Going in the bathtub, feet first, she rested the small of her back against the tub side. Morrow, being that she was like his mother, pounced in afterward, making the moment drag into a joyful humorous one.

"Morrow!" She let a small laugh escape her usually cold tone. "Now, now... here" Haze started with his back scrubbing it with a near by bar of soap, and combing through the fur with her slender fingers. She smiled as she bathed him, treating him like family. When she was done scrubbing she let him swim around in the water, coming on her legs evey now and then to rest.

Started to wake up in her silky covers as she moved to get up, she let out a soft yawn. She rubbed her eyes and climbed out of the bed, she felt around so she wouldn't stumble getting out of her bed. The first time she was blind, she had pretty hard time getting out of bed. Once she was finally up and dressed into a tight small mini skirt and a black strapless shirt and fishnet jacket. She slowly moved down the hall as her crimson hair flowwed behind her back.

In a matter of 10 minutes she made it to the front of her house, she sat down so she could place on her mary janes. When she opened the door, she could feel the cool breeze of the outside. Mostly she can't tell if she was morning or night. The nearest cafe` was a couple of miles. She stretched out again, picked out her thick black sunglasses. If it was night, sun, rain or anything she mostly didn't go outside with out her glasses.

"Ready....set.." In the flow of time, speed of lighting. She started to run down the local street faster than 120 MP hour, "GO!" In school she was the fastest girl in track teems, gym classes anything that revolved running. Her running would be almost like a big gust of wind to mere mortals, but to halfbreeds her pasting of them would be a blow of wind.

To full breed Vampires it's just like a normal person running. As she got far enough, way far enough away from her housing. She turned out numerous cornors, then she started to stop, as her heeels slid along the rough side walk. Panting as she looked around, she lifted up her head sniffed a couple times.

I'm close by.. She now used her nose and ears as her guid to inside of the cafe`, she lifted up her glasses to rest on her hair like a head band. She moved to a seat by a window, she fingered the table as she heard some soft foot steps come close to her.

"Hello ma'am...How may I help you?" A soft female voice replied. She turned her head to look at the female.

"I want a french vinalla cap--cappa--cipa? A something-cino and a creamy cheese bagel" She smiled softly at her minor language to try to order.

"Yes." The woman walked off. Christa closed her eyes, as she let out a soft yawn. The woman came back with her order in a matter of minutes, she took her sip of the hot drink and then took a bit out of the bagel, let the nice taste of the cream cheese and bread roll into her mouth and tongue.

She closed her eyes as she started to eat her warm paided food.
