"Scared of the dark, Wickit?"
Warwood sniggered as he poured two goblets of brandy.

"Not exactly, but some tales are better left told when they're monsters are asleep. How did you find this island anyways?"

"Well, remember when I was surveying the Isle? I found it after we had that storm, and I climbed to Amity Point and fell into a well. Turns out it was a network of caves that lead to Hydro's bathroom."

"That's... pleasant. Purhapse we could build him a bathroom... else where. That could be useful."
Wickit gives out a yawn and looks out at the sky.
"It's been a long day... mind if I borrow one of your couches? We can continue this in the morning."

"There is a bedspread over there, feel free to take it. I have another."
Warwood then turned off the oil lamps, and laid down in the bed, thinking of the things Wickit had said.

As the dawn shone over the Provokan seas, the light snuck into the boarded windows, indicating the day had begun. Faroff, a mainland rooster faintly crowed, as the two rogues awoke from their slumber.
Warwood, already up, was studying the ancient maps he had collected over the years from lands far from the mainland. Or Provoka, for that matter.

Wickit woke once again. He was a bad sleeper. This time when he awoke he found Warwood looking over maps. He got up and yawned, then went to grab for the roll of gauze he usually carried. Realizing that he was human, he looked down, then got up.
"What are you looking over there?"

"Maps..."
Warwood rolled up a ancient gray map made of seal skin, and tossed it back in a pile of other maps. He pulled out another, and looked it over.
"No clues yet. I have tried plenty of sky-maps, I was thinking this Island might align perfectly with the moon..."

"It would make sense. Or have some significance with the positioning of the moon. Do you have any ideas on what part of the oceans it might be in?"

"There is a legend I once heard about an Isle with no dawn. Its said to lie in the far parts of the world and has a questionable history. No maps exisist of it, but the legend goes that all one needs to do is follow the moon..."
Warwood rubs his temple.
"Its bullocks. Probably another madman tale..."

"You'd be suprised what lies at the end of many madmens tales. Well, there's a heading at least. Follow the moon... that would take quite a bit of sailing of course."
