"Hello sonny" Joan said smiling. "Lets go upstairs.. I have a Windows XP up there" Hikari said walking up his stairs as he opened his door and sat on a swiveling chair near the computer and loaded it up. He went onto Mozilla Firefox and went to a decoder site and found the symbols. "Ok.. its working" He said

"OKay, cool" Felix said sitting down on a couch.
"Give me the book" He requested and pulled his notepad from his coat.
'I wonder when the next Final Fantasy Game is coming out... waht was it called... Final Fantasy Generation?' He thought

"Oh yeah, FF generation.. I imported it from japan.. wanna play?" Hikari said as his ds lite was in his hands and he passed the game to felix with a sly look. "Its got the meanest graphics with the best sound.. I LOVE IT" He then said turning the ds on. "I see that the first word of the book though.... its Gran Grim----" "I dunno the rest" He then said quickly.

"Awesome, you have FFTAG?" Felix asked happily and took the DS Lite.
He watched the screen light up and pulled the stylus from the back pocket.
Pushing the stylus against the FFTAG button he grinned as the starting screen came up.
After scanning through the game Felix sighed and turned to DS off "It rocks!"
He picked up his notepad and wrote down 'Gran Grim-'
"What could it mean?" He asked himself

"I dunno what it does mean.... could be magic" He said sitting down again and searching for the next symbols on the book. "Gran Grimoire!" Hikari said showing the expression that they did it. "Wanna read it?" He said opening up the first page.

"Sure... only one problem" Felix said glaring at the book.
"All of it is in this code"
Felix shook his head he wrote down 'Gran Grimoire' then symbols
"Wait, if this is just another alphabet then he make a comparison and then we've got it!!!" He said suddenly

"Yeah! We did get it" Hikari said flipping through the pages and the pictures were similar to the ones in FFG "These are like the characters in the game!" Hikari said smiling and using the new found alphabet with the english alphabet.

Felix looked at the ceiling "Dude... your ceiling is weird"

"Thanks..." Hikari said with a tired expression "Wanna take a nap? Im pooped from doing all that work on this book" He said while switching his PC off.

Felix shook his head "Pshh, you can but I'm reading more of the book" He said pulling the book towards him.
He pulled out his notebook and wrote down a couple of phrases from the book.

After dosing off he suddenly woke up and said "PEANUT BUTTER!!!" and got up and said "What'cha doing now? Still working" Hikari said to Felix putting his DS on charge.

"Uh huh" FElix replied and shut the book "I'm bored,"He said "You want to check out the FFTAG website?"
Felix stood up and walked to Hikari's computer.

"Sure...." Hikari said booting up firefox again and going to www.finalftag.com as the page loaded and all the pictures came up. "Check out this... Moogles!" Hikari said. "You love moogles, right Felix?" he then responded again. Hikari then saw all of the characters and the story.

"Hehe, yeah moogle rock" Felix said.
"Why is the moogle hugging a tree?" He asked. Felix shook his head and glanced at his watch. "Oh no... I have to go soon, hey, you think I could stay over here?"

"Sure... you can stay over " Hikari said looking at his watch. '9:25pm' Hikari readied the sleeping bags and got the pillows out. "Night Felix" He said as he slept easily. During his sleep the book started to open pages and then a bright light came through. Suddenly the world was changing.. people were changed into creatures, places were changed into wargrounds and more importantly... Hikari and Felix had changed. Hikari instead of his normal black t shirt.. He had a black long sleeve with a bronze coloured jacket. His jeans were now a chainmail leggings. His gloves were silver gauntlets and his hair was now messier than usual. Finally, his eyes werent a brown anymore.. they were a deep red/crimson colour.
