The artwork and everything in the album is worth it. You mihgt see something you would have never of seen before...

I download songs too , but if its a band I really dig and love like the White Stripes . I buy the album and then I look for bootlegs and singles ^_^

I download until I have money. ^^; But I never download whole albums.

I think if you like it enough to have downloaded an album's worth, it's worth it to get off your lazy butt and buy CD's... support the artist a little.

It's true. The artwork is wonderful in the albums.
Of course I can't say much because I also download, but at the same time I will also buy the cds :]

The first one I bought was White Blood Cells.
I love that album.

my first was white blood cells the week it came out. that video with the legos was so different than anything i'd ever seen. i managed to infect everyone around me with stripism... once i was at a dinner party with a bunch of butch guys, and they were looking for something to play. i pulled out the first cd (called the white stripes) and they took one look at the cd, which looks like a starlight mint and said "that's probably going to suck" but three or four songs into it, they were sold!
