With a contemplative shuffling of paws, Brigadier considered the King's offer a moment. If this area was snowy, he must have travelled pretty far north. And who knew what going furhter would birng him? so, afte rhe made up his mind, be bounded to the king's side before slowing down next to him, gazing up at the peculiar eyes of his savior, "My name is Brigadier General, if it matters any to you, sir." His voice held no arogance in the statement - he would have been just find if it wasn't of any importance to the king. but he'd at least try.

Kahana walked into the pride boundry, of course, not knowing if was occupied. Her azure eyes fell upon the patches of snow, her head quirking to one side. How odd... there shouldn't have been snow around this time of year. She shrugged it off, walking further into the pride she didn't know was there. Her tail slicked, golden feathers pricking. She was expecting cold, as the patched of snow grew as she wandered, but she saw none.
Something about this place was... wrong. But she couldn't place it...

The Spirit eyed the kit one more time, nodding before turning his gaze once more to their path. "Welcome to Wings of the Glacier, Brigadier General. I am Zephyrus Icewind, the new King of this land that is now your home as well. You are the first to join me. Others will come, in time."
It was as if his words had called onto a soul and dragged it to them, as the scent of a female fluttered on the air. It seemed familiar too, though faintly. "Like now." Zephyrus added, heading to where the scent came from. It didn't take long to find the white and golden lioness, who he recognized from the lake. Would she know this was the same area? Maybe, maybe not... "You are wandering into a new pride, lioness... Mere wandering or looking for home?"

Kahana's head rose to the lion she found familiar. She kept her voice calm, without emotion, not to sound startled. She usually kept a calm composer, though there wasn't much that she had gone through to really strike her as 'amazing.' "Just mere wandering. For now, anyways" She gave a dismissive shrug, turning towards him. "Are you occupying this area?" She stopped her footsteps, flicking her ears. She was still curious about this lion, so say the least. Her tail fell to the ground.
"I believe we haven't been properly introduced" She murmured, "My name's Kahana" The words came with a subtle bow-like nod.

Brigadier waited away form the king, htough he was stlil with-in eyesight. He would have gone ahead to the den... But he didn't know where it was. So as opposed to getting lost, or making a hassle of himself, he merely sat himself down in a patch of dead grass and awaited his king to finish his business with the lioness.

"Since half an hour ago." Zephyrus replied, smirking. Well, it was true... "Zephyrus Icewind. You can stay if you want. A way to repay for your aid, I guess..." He turned to the kit, padding to him. "Come, the den is this way." he informed, pointing the direction with his head before walking towards it. Should Kahana want to come or not, it was her decision, like he had left for Brigadier to decide.

Brigadier gave a sort of salute before following behind his king, excited to have found his way here. He kept a quiet smile on his face the entire way, even though he tried his best ot keep it hidden from his icy king.

Kahana let out an amused chuckle, pausing for a moment to consider his offer. She watched him walk away, her eyes drifting up to the sky for a second before she looked back down, taking a deep breath. Walking towards him, her strides long and elegant, she stepped just behind him. "I suppose I can, or at least consider," A small smirk grew across her maw, "My king." Her tail flicked behind her, face showing little to no emotion, aside from amusement.

Zephyrus eyed Kahana from the corner of his disturbing eyes for a moment, giving her a short nod. "You are welcome either way." He caught a glimpse of the kit's smile, clearly relieved to find a home. "Meet Brigadier General."

Brigadier turned and gave a slight bow to the lioness - it was difficult, considering he was still walking, but he managed to pull it off, "Nice to meet you, ma'am."

"Pleasure's mine, young cub" The lioness returned the small bow before smiling lightly, "My name's Kahana" She paused for a few moments before looking to Zephyrus, "Is there anyone else here? Or does this place fend off other wandering lions" She looked around her. It could be intimidating, dependg on the lion/ess in it. But, Kahana had loved the night and the snow, so she had no real problem with it.

The snow slowly invaded the surroundings more and more, until they were walking on a white blanket. "We are the only inhabitants at this time. After all, the lands have been claimed not long ago..." Zephyrus partially grunted, hating to repeat himself. The trees suddenly parted and revealed the den's clearing, the semi frozen lake shinning under the bright rays of the sun. "The den area." he presented, stacking. "You're free to explore, Brigadier. Despite keeping myself closed, that doesn't imply you, a young cub, have to be so." the lion told the uniform pelted kit, foretelling a possible conflict between his wishes and a need to be presentable.

Kahana nodded, running her eyes over the den area. Her gaze rested on the lake. "Amazing" she whispered lightly. "Tell me, Zephyrus" She murmered, "How is it like this? The snow..." Her ears flicked.

Brigadier grinned and pounced away from the two, bursting with eagerness to explore the magnificent surroundings. "Wow!" he'd randomly gasp as he found something new to explore.

Zephyrus watched the kit play blissfully in the snow, inwardly wishing he too had the freedom to just play... But he couldn't, such wasn't his role, it had never been. "You know the answer. You saw it before." The Spirit's white paw rose, standing above the snow. The purple runes glew brighter as the shape of a small mouse formed in ice underneath, quickly shattering and returning to the soft white that pillowed the land.
