I will give thyis a try. I used to be an exellent runner but after some bronchitis issues I'd stopped and can't seem to get back up there! I want to do a triathalon with some good friends of mine so hopefully this can help.

Hi, me again! Popping in to say thanks for this program. Right now I'm about a week away from running the 30 minutes. I haven't exactly stayed on this program, but I've found that when I did, it was very doable. I never had a day when I had to stop an exercise session partway through because I couldn't complete it. If I can do the session before the current one, I can do the current one. Of course, I'm only almost done with it for running 5 mph, which is a speed at which it is possible to walk. But the beauty is, I can reuse it for training to run 6 mph for a long time! Today I just started with the 2 minutes run, 3 minutes walk one, and I'm alternating the higher speed with my long runs.
Oh, and did I mention I've lost 35 pounds?
Anyway, thanks! This program was the kick-start my exercise needed, and I highly reccomend it.

I already run a lot, and I think I'll try this method.
