The male sank back down into the flowers. "I would not have offered if I didn't want you here." His words were tempered with a friendly smile. He could sense her feelings about the place. A gift from his mother, but one he could only use for those he knew. One of his reasons for getting away.
"Come back whenever you want." Asa purred loudly.

PyreDancer considered him with a flick of her ears and a twitch of her tail. Watching him settle back into the flowers, she could almost feel him prodding her emotions. Bowing her head slightly, she shook herself before giving him another one of her stunning smile.
"Thank you for sharing this place with me Asakori, I have a feeling I will visit again." She said softly, sinking into the flowers and crossing her forepaws.

"I will be very happy if you do." He didn't know what he was doing. The talent had never been acknowledged or even sensed. It was second nature to try and tell his friends and families emotions. He purred softly, eyes half-lidded as he watched Pyre.

Pyre smiled, glad he wouldn't mind if she again came to this glade, and cast her eyes around the area, taking in every detail. There was a peace here she had not felt it other places, perhaps it had something to do with her companion, perhaps just the flowers themselves were enough to soothe her. With a shrug, she rolled onto her side, settling into the soft greenery with a contented purr.
"Thank you again, My Friend."

The male returned to the meadow. He was eager to see Pyre again. Had thought of her almost constantly while he'd been gone. Rahepsi had teased him mercilessly about his starry-eyed looks. It truly wasn't his fault that the purple lioness was so enchanting. "Pyre?"

Pyredancer had -once again- crept away from her father's Pride Lands and gone wandering in the woods. Finding her way back to Asakori's grove was far easier than she would have thought, as though her heart and paws remembered the way so her mind would not have to. She had been laying down for only a few moments when his voice carried to her.
"Asakori?" She purred softly, standing and turning in the direction of his voice. "I'm here..."

A large grin split his face. "Pyre!" He nuzzled her cheek, purring loudly. "I'm glad you came back." The Crimson Shadow felt giddy, and energetic. She was back, she had come back. Asa was like a cub who had caught his first mouse.

Pyredancer laughed softly, purring and nuzzling him back. She ducked her head slightly and smiled shyly, batting at the grass with her left forepaw. "Thank you Asa.. I wasn't sure if I was going to.. But I so enjoyed being here, I had to come back."
She glanced around the clearing. "Were you at your Father's Pride today, Asa?"

"No, I was with a friend." The red form collapsed into the grass and flowers, rolling onto his back. Legs straight up in the air. Just like his second father did.

Pyre blinked and stretched out near him, titling her head in question.
"A friend? Anyone I know?" She asked, wondering if there was -perhaps- another lady that Asa rather enjoyed spending time with. She didn't know if the idea would bother her or not, but she wondered about it just the same.

Asa smiled. "His name is Rahepsi. I think I wore his ear off talking about you." A red blush marred his already red fur. "He threatened to push me down the hill if I did not stop." There was a chuckle.

"Rahepsi?" She echoed, wondering why the name danced at the edge of her mind like leaves down a stream. "A Prince... I recognize it from Pride Lessons..."
"Wore his ear off?" She cocked an eyebrow at him, smiling slightly. "And what could you possibly have to say about me?"

His purple gaze was averted. "Surely you don't want to hear what I said..." He was embarrassed. Would she like what he had said about her? Or would she turn tail and leave? After all, they had only known each for a very short time.

Pyre dropped her gaze, crossed her forepaws and flicked her tail, giving a shrug. "You do not have to tell me, if you do not wish it... I just wondered what you would have said, seeing as we have not known each other for long..."
