So this guild needs a pick me up. So what? We can do that. biggrin
I would love to help... I'm off studying abroad right now, so the most I can do until late June is just pop on once a day to check things out, but when I get back home...
We need to do some recruiting. Set up a pretty thread in the registered guilds thread, if you haven't done that. Start purging the place of people who don't post as often as they should. Brainstorm RP ideas, or thread topic ideas. I know we've done a lot already, but you need to get moving! If the Captain is inactive, the guild is going to be. Let's see some action, kay?
If nothing else, I can be the annoying peppy person who nags you until you get things done. How does that sound? mrgreen

Although I wouldn't mind being a mod, since I'm a captain and a mod in several other guilds, I'm not sure if I'll have the to actually do that, since I might be spreading myself too thin.
What is it that the guild needs, really? More activity? More members? More mods? What are we trying to accomplish?
You can have your mods, but you need them to be effective at what they do, because you could have a hundred moderators, but if only two of them ever show up or bother to actually moderate, then what's the point of having the other ninety eight? We've just demoted some mods at my guild, mostly due to inactivity (one hasn't been around for over a year eek ), and this guild, like someone else said, just seems dead.
I'm currently making up the Affiliates for my guild, and am gonna post them on the main page once I get the time. (I'm currently packing to move very, very soon, so I might not be able to accomplish this right away). But, once we have a link to this guild on the main page, then more people might visit, especially if they're pretty interested.
I'd love to be a mod here, but I need to get things settled in my guild first before I do anything elsewhere. One thing I can honestly say, though? This guild might need a bit of cleaning up.
EDIT: You know what? Screw it. I wanna be a mod here, because I can see things that I know I can do to fix things up here. Plus, some people need to be put back in line. -_-;;; I mean, good freakin' gawd.

Honestly, I think this guild is dieing... I'll probably end up telling people to join, but I honestly doubt they'll be on very often...
