Well, If you want a certain Weapon. Depending on what the weapon is.. Sword-type, Slicer-Type, Wand-type. Is also depending on your Section ID. So, If you are a Force, It's better Idea to have that force be a Pinkal then it is Viridia. As Pinkal is more prone to kinda Disks and Wand-type Items.
It goes like this.
Yellowboze = Well rounded, Better at finding Meseta.
Oran = Better at finding Dagger-Type Weapons.
Viridia = Better at finding Shot-Type Weapons.
Greenill = Better at finding Rifile-type weapons.
Blueful = Better at finding Partisan-type weapons.
Skyly = Better at finding Sword-type weapons.
Purpleuh...whatchumacallit = Better at finding Mechgun-type weapons.
Whitill = Better at finding Slicer-type weapons.
Redria = Better at finding Armors and such.
And I think that is all the colors. I'm going on memory here and I haven't really played PSO in a while.

Here's something I didn't know until about 50 hours into the game:
If you hold R and hit Y, it brings up a quick select menu. From there you can change to any weapon that your character can equip. While there, if you hit R, you will got to a list of all items that you can use, and use any of them. If you hit R then, you will go to a list of all the techniques if you aren't an Android. Androids get a list of traps. Hitting R from there takes you back to the weapons list.
You can combine Photon Blasts for better effects. Wait for at least two people to get their balsts and have them both use them at the same time. This will generally increase the power of attacks and it will share healing and shifta/deband, but sometimes it weakens your attacks or cancels out some blasts. The more people who use their blasts at the same time, the better the chance of having something good. Try it out!
When a friend uses a Photon Blast and you don't have the option to use one right after him, you can give up some of your PB to his mag. This increases the damage of attacking blasts, and for helping blasts like healing or shifta deband, it will make the effects be better and shared. So instead of waiting until everyone has a full PB bar, you can just let one person use his blast when he gets it and pitch in to help out.

i agree on the sticky, and duneking.. thanks for that lol now I understand how to better get to hard mode then make my friends have to beat falz all over again biggrin

Um, quick post.
If anyone needs help on a certain topic, just ask me. I have really studied the game in-and-out. If you can't find it on this website, then just ask me. Sometimes PSO world is not always right, but it does have a lot of good info.
(Also, I think that we should update the main page of the guild.)

Anyone know if you can do like a multiplayer online thing? For example me and my bro online at the same time on the same consol, or if it would be like me or him on the one consol.

Pinkal isn't that great. They find crap most of the time. Some of their best stuff doesn't come until you are in Ultimate with 4 people.

DrunkenSniper Any advice on Ult Temple/Ruins? Kill things in order of priority: 1st: Gran Sorcerers or Indi Belras. 2nd: Delsabers. 3rd: Any and all Dimineans. 4th: Claws and Gunners. That is how I kill everything anyway, hope it helps! blaugh

Just think, when playing multiplayer with only two people the screen is cut up really bad, you can't even see the dragons head. and the lag would just kill you. Even though online has a way to prevent server wide lag, it can't prevent home lag.
