Out of the choices, I'd use a Bo. Although, given any choice, I'd pick a kard. (yes, I know it's technically not a japanese weapon...) Of course, the two used together would be more plausible to me.
I might also use a bow...

I use mainly shuriken, kunai, and swords
depending on my mission I would use poison or chakra strings and attack from above to quickly kill the enemy before and without detection

Most ninja did want to kill before being detected. I mean most missions were detection = failure. (unless all who detected you were dead and no signal was put out.)

i use different weapons in different situations: when they see me, katana. when they dont: kunai, shurikan, poison,and the foot spikes.

if i had to infiltrate an area such as a party and kill my mark while dressed as a civillian, id wear a fedora, then hide a bunch of senbon in the upward part of the brim, and my tie would have a mini-dagger on the back of it.
