cloudyhead death_by_linoleum cloudyhead omg meta has FAST shipping. prices are high but some are ok. i got a dress that can be a jsk too for 80 usd (that came to 119 with shipping) i got it in less than a week and the pacakge was so cute. the dress was from the winter sale I got a dress in 3 days! and right before christmas too. It makes up for the prices. Don't order form hot topic (like thats not obvious...) the lolita style dresses they have are very short and very cheaply made. Haven't oredered from anywhere else. In The Starlight's things look, for the most part, very cheaply made. I wouldn't order from there. HonestDragonChina doesn't really have much that I like (I like the really intricate things) so I've never considered ordering. I thought of it a lot about a year ago. Thank god I didn't order! not everything on inthestarlight is bad. some stuff is cute. and the seller is nice. we have been talking a while. i hate all the dresses they carry though. they have added some new cute skirts. In the Starlight also did an awesome job on making my boyfriend's onepiece! So if you are a boy, don't be shy and go to them. 3nodding heart It came out very well.

ive just taken up a paypall dispute with the angelic pretty mo mo handicrafts lady. ive not recieved the stuff i orderd dec 9th and she has not replied to any of my "wtf is going on" e mails. btw. i didnt say wtf, they were ploite and along the lines of "i havent got an invoice for my package was it shipped?" but im so mad right now im wtfffffffff grrrrr
the dresses rock too. mabye ill try again another time.

someones feedback and rating mean nothing, its really easy to make an account or two and give lots and lots of good feedback to cover up the couple bad ones from customers.
also some of honestdragon of chinas preview images are stolen from the actual brands site and such.

Some HGC stuff is good, some is bad. As far as I can tell, their Cosplay stuff is good, but the Loli stuff just isn't quite right. It looks quite good, seems fairly well made, but the bulk of the material is way too synthetic

cloudyhead XxcoldrealityXx cloudyhead i orderd from that angleic pretty lady. mo mo's handicrafts. it was a week ago and i havent received my order yet but i am verry pleased with the deal i got. i bid on a skit, won it and then bought a beauitful 3 piece outfit. with shipping it came to $100. ill tell you how i like when i get. old dress to small? how small? i can help you out. if you give me measurements and pictures and if i like it we can work out a deal, whatta you say? or i know some people who may like... oo! please do beacause im getting a dress from her and i dont wanna get ripped off because im def. gonna be ordering from her ALOT if it turns out well. (so cute! whee ) i orderd dec 9 and i havent gotten it yet. i mailed the seller about me not getting a shipping notice or anything and ive yet to get a resposne. she basically has all positive feed back though. lets hope shipping lagged b.c if christmas and i get my stuff soon. Even in the positive feed back that they have there are negative comments...(I actually read through the comments a couple months ago) people would give positive feedback, but then say stuff like the costume was a bit dirty, shipping was slow, things of that nature.

I noticed that! I was just trying to find the picture of the Victorian Maiden dress to see if they were the same. It wasn't badly made, like the stitching and stuff, but it didn't fit or hang right and it looked bad, worse than in that photo.

Some of Rakuen's pieces are okay for starter outfits so long as they don't have much lace, but most of them use huge amounts of synthetic lace all over. A lot of times, the lace doesn't match in terms of style, texture or quality, either. Most of it is broad and tends to look really tacky and shines under bright lights. Their quality also seems to be getting worse over time rather than improving.

Machika Balfaltin I bought a dress from honestdragonchina on eBay recently. I can only afford to buy about one dress a year and my old one was too small, so I bought a black one which looked really pretty. So I got the dress, and when I opened it, I was so bitterly disappointed. It was a cheap fabric, and really ugly. It didn't fit even though it was supposedly made to fit my measurements, and it hardly looked like the picture at all. I spent around £70 on it (what is that, about $120?). I was really, really upset. *cry* [sorry if you think I'm overreacting.. but, ugh, it makes me upset even to look at the pictures..] Anyone else had bad experiences? -------------------- This is the dress I wanted [photo taken from the honestdragonchina ebay shop]:  These are photos of my dress.   Does that look like lace to you? ¬.¬ You should definately contact ebay and tell them about the false advertisment. They could probably get the seller to refund it or atleast ban them.

are the pictures in there really from custumers?
or are they from something else?
Is "In The Starlight" a relyable source on getting good quality?
