“So, it already begun…” the words momentarily lingered in the air, soft, inaudible, quickly disappearing as they had appeared. The avatar moved onward, eyes fixed upon the stretching road, eyes narrowed with given disdain, lips pursed, hands lingering lightly upon the hilt of her blades. Her feet carried her onward, faster than before, as she recognized one of the creatures to whom the essence belonged to, “Avidan” Her lips lightly traced the name, a look of seeming disgust spreading through her brow. Her hand’s grip increased, forcing the blades out of their hilt.

Her speed increased and the swords found themselves breathing air, as she swung them freely through the air.

Avidan looked down the street, even from his far distance, he could sense her presence, the presence of his nemisis, since the begining of time. He yelled out, "ELYON! COME AND FACE ME! LET US CONTINUE OUR BATTLE!" He suddenly charged off in her direction, his claws at the ready, his eyes surging with energy, this was his Void King form, or so he called it. He had proclaimed himself as the King of The Void, a region of space on the edge of the universe, with very few planets and such. There he had swarthed a wash of terror over the few species who lived out there, ruling over them with an evil dominion. He and Elyon were constantly fighting one another, and for what reason, that knowladge was now lost, even to Avidan.

Avidan let out a mighty laugh and called out, "FOOLISH LITTLE ELYON! HOW MANY TIMES MUST WE GO OVER THIS?! I AM GOD!" He let out another mighty laugh and said, "I am all powerful! I am invincible! You haven't been able to slay me since time began, what makes you think that will change today!" He lept back, a bit away from her, his massive winges opened and flapping once every few seconds while he was in the air, and then he landed, about 100 feet away and said, "You can't beat me...We will merely continue this cycle of ours again and again and again, until the time which we witnessed begin, ends!"

Avidan laughed and said, "I have never, NOT ONCE used my full power against you...If I were to do so, it could cause the universe as we know it to be destroyed!" In truth, Avidan was just spouting lies now, he knew she was right, but he wasn't one to allow her to get in the final word, ever.

“Then why is it that you, at times, seem to tremble at the idea of defeat?” Her voice was as calm as ever, never wavering with his comment or losing its frivolity, allowing one to remember that she was more than the avatar she seemed to be. She swung her blade sideways, allowing it to lazily lay by her side, a small chuckle forming in the back of her throat and managing to escape only until a few minutes later. “You truly are pathetic, every single one of you and your ‘kin’, or so you call them. Killing defenseless creatures as humans, those who haven’t opened their eyes to the greater existence!” She became silent once more, closing her eyes momentarily.
"Trully pathetic"

Shinrei sighed slightly as he made his way through the building killing anything, and anyone that got in his way until he made it to the one in charge of this particular area and plunged his sword through his shoulder before asking "Where is the one who dares challenge my strength?" After finding out that the useless man didn't know, Shinrei pulled his sword out, and made his victims heart explode, before casually making his way back out of the building.

Avidan let out another monsterous laugh as he said mockingly, "The one you serve? You mean that blasted fool who believes He is all powerful and glorious? He's a fool! He created these Humans, and this universe, and he designed it to contain evil, your Master signed His own death wish! I am merely the one to bring it to fruition!" He held out his arms, and suddenly, an aura of violent energy erupted around him, as if he was being engulfed in flames. Then he said, "You and I are The First To Be...We shouldn't be fighting one another, we should be working together, to destroy that moronic fool you 'serve' and conquor this universe together! We are the only 'Gods' in this universe, worthy of referring to ourselves as Gods...JOIN ME ELYON! AND EMBRACE YOUR DESTINY!" In a rather morbid prophecy, it was told to both of The First To Be, that eventually, they would be forced to essentially merge into one being, neither good nor evil, and that would happen near the end of existance, and then, they would be the ones responsible for the destruction of all that is. Avidan however, seemed to be the only one who really took this seriously.
