Rikadyn Cerise I believe, those who practice the faith, with kindness and seek to live in harmony with their neighbors, and do not pass judgement are good people who we ourselves should show the same honors to. Those, however, wish to oppress and preach that those who do not bow and become slaves, following what they say blindly, I invite them to meet me on the field, with steel on steel, and we shall see who's god favors whom. hah well put smile

Very well put.. *applauds* Just don't forget that there are personas of both those kind in all faiths, including our own.. Any fundamentalistic twit that runs around with a "holyer than thou" attitude and preaches and acts as if he knows "all".. can feel free to meet me on the battlefeild.. regardless of which faith he follows

3nodding hail sa myfriend!! greetings to the host,i belive that what makes us worthy of worship our gods, its that no matter what others said,we will never bow to them,i rather die a thousand deaths then kneel before any mortal man, unless its my king, but these days the only tipe of kings ara those who enjoy the leisures of life, they dont battle for the people, anyways back to my point,we must stand together!! always looking above and no below, let us remember the ancients, let us be the viking who swalow the snake and not the viking who betray his people and made another viking swalow the snake for the sake of a false god of money,we must be strong, ragnarok its near ALU!!!!

Miniar Ulfrikr inn Hrafn Respect is granted, where Respect is received... Ver thu heil which comes first? In our ancestral folkways, respect is a pre-condition of dealing with another person. When that person fails to either show respect from the outset or respect in return, then all bets are off. Repay honour for honour, and lies for lies, can also there-fore apply to respect, as respect is an aspect of honour. Ver thu heil

It's because of a general fear of negative attention.. it's the reason why we wear masks when dealing with the people we don't know.. Just admit it.. you don't behave the same all the time, regardless of who you're dealing with.. Only way to make people accept the "strange" is to make it usual... by displaying one's "strangeness"... So I am an openly gender-neutral, polyamorous, heathen, otherkin.... ^^ doing my bit

Hatred because of faith, makes one no differnt than ones enemy. Hatred clouds ones judgement, makes one a fool of oneself, and is often born from ignorance. Hatred is blind and uncontrolable emotion, It should not be embraced but rather should be shunned. Hatred does no one good.
We should not turn the other cheek to those who threaten us, but like us, there are folk who follow the desert god that are respectable, even if they are the quiet minority. Same as there of us of the Northern faith that try to use the gods to spread a message of hate. If we hate them, for no more reason than their faith, how are we differnt than them? Our gods differ, but then are we not forgetting the things that make our faith?
I disagree with many of the scholars of the desert god, and do not see why people who share no blood from the desert people that birthed that god into the world, would deny their ancestors and follow a god not of their blood. But I do not hate them, for they are simply products of their faith, and of the lies fed to them and their ancestors when the desert god rose to power through lies and corruption that eventually led to the downfall of all native faiths.
I do believe that those who preach against free thought, that those who do not bow and serve as slaves to their desert god, should be allowed to preach their vile lies and lines to the soft minds of the world today. That they should be openly culled and despoiled, but I do not hate them. Hate would cloud my eyes, and no longer let me see my path for what it is. We should seek to understand it, and destroy those who are foul. But what does hatred do, but make us ignorant fools of ourselves in the process of giving our gods a black eye?

I've had alot of persecution come from them and i have sent many of them to the hospital yet they still try s**t.
