Briseis watched him, he seemed enthralled with they're conversation which she didn't mind at all. Because she was partially intrigued too. He was a peculiar one but she could see the darkest of hearts in his eyes. And yet for once it didn't bother her nor did she care. She tsked, "Now you are doubting yourself, I didn't think you'd do such a thing." She flickered her ears, "Had a home, and had a family. I left." she stated. She let the rain pour over her as she stretched her dark claws in to the mud as she left her prints. She was adopted anyways, her real family that was something...mother killed by father because mother sacraficed herself for daughter. Father tried to kill daughter but daughter killed father...amusing.

"How am I doubting myself, Lady? You did have prior claim, and I'd so hate to deprive you of the sun and anything else you adore..." He chuckled with wicked amusemend, then tilted his head.
He blinked. "You left your family, hmmm?"
He shrugged. An interesting coincidence... Though he somehow doubted it mattered. There was much this little lioness wasn't saying... He might not be able to summon images from her past and parade them around, but he got glimpses...
Soon, he'd be able to pull out personal horrors... It would be a fun game... For awhile.

She laughed as she looked to him, "And you care about such things?" she asked. "Your eyes tell me a different story Aveshar." she took a step forward, "Yes I did and I don't plan on going back." her wild eyes flickered to his to looking up towards the skies. "Doubting as in, if you really wanted to claim me. You simply would, I do not think you are the type to believe that a prior claim could stop you." she replied looking back to him as she took another step forward, "Am I right?" she asked in a hushed whisper near his cheek that would chill any male's body and make any other females jealous to achieve such a feat. Though she smiled and backed away for some intentions weren't true and there was simply nothing wrong with flirting a bit.

Aveshar shook his mane back and paced forward, pacing a tight circle around her. He remained out of touching distance, eyeing her lean form. She'd make a fine huntress... She was healty and sleek, and lovely enough...
His circle tightened until he was breathing along her neck, pressing his body along the line of her's in a firm, nearly possessive caress. He nipped at her haunches then brushed his tail over it to smooth away any pain, sighing down her neck, he paused, his body wrapped around the front of her, tail across her back.
"Do you want me to claim you, Lady Briseis?" He rumbled in a voice like thunderstorms at midnight. "Do you want the Darkness to own you? Do you want me to own you?"
He stepped back and looked right into her eyes. "Do you want to belong to me?"

Briseis kept her eyes in front of her instead of following him around her like an idiot. She could feel his eyes on her, her fur rose as she felt his breath and the warmth of his body almost welcoming it. She did not move nor make sound when he toyed with her. His voice though...it made her stop and want to hear it again and again. It made her tight in places where she didn't think she had muscles. The fact was she wanted it and yearned for it. Her eyes had let there guard down and they stated yes but the female's mind was racing.."It would be foolish to say 'yes' now as I would be like a youthful girl enchanted by the charms of a male. Your offer is tempting but I will have to think it over before concluding a decision to be yours Aveshar."

Aveshar chuckled, the sound dark and satisfied. Her reply amused him, and he paced another circle around her -brushing his body along her's- before returning to stand before her once again. She wished for time? She had it... He had all the time in the world.
"A wise choice, Lady Briseis." He rumbled, smiling. "Far better for you to go beyond my influence and consider my offer, than bind yourself to me here and now, and have no escape."
He chuckled and shrugged. "You may have all the time you need, you know where to find me when you have chosen."
His voice deepened as he sighed down her neck a final time. "I will see you, when you have chosen."
