I've played Irish before... and a lot of other cultures. I must say though, I have a love for regular classical music. I also like asian. mrgreen

I'd say Cape Breton/Scottish style rules. ^_^ Partly because, like Iviary said, iviary But I can't answer the poll! I play Cape Breton style Fiddle! I guess if I had to choose one of the two, it'd probably be Scottish. Cape Breton is closer to that, and Irish kind of bores me. It's nice for a short while, but it all starts sounding the same very quickly. And partly because I'm like... 1/3 Scottish and I really like to get into my Scottish background. So Scottish! xD

any type of fiddling is awesome. i know more appalacian style than anything else but i've played quite a bit. i play mostly classical stuff though.

Elsebeth hey. does anyone else here love playing irish and scottish celtic music? Bonnie Rideout is my idol. ^__________^ Oh, God, don't even get me started. I love it so much I could just explode every time I get the opportunity to try out a new one.
