Sunrise let out a watery laugh, coming partially out of the shadows to stand next to Emily.
"Sorry...name's Sunrise, but you know that already," Sunrise said, offering her hand.

Sam took the hand and shook it. "Nice to meet you Sunrise." She said, smooth as a politition. "I saw you during the sorting." Sam said. "Gryfindoor, eh? I'm in Ravenclaw."

"Fun." Emily smiled as she realized Sam was a Ravenclaw. "I was almost put in Ravenclaw, but I guess I'm a bit too ditzy for that house." She blushed. "Though I did make a good friend here in Gryffindor."

Sam looked at the two Gryfindoors. "So," she said. "How 'bout we go on over to the dining hall? I'm starved."
((Hey, btw, my character is sort of laid back, (and evil.. twisted ) I was trying to make it seem like I was a little too relaxed, make you seem suspicious, but that hasn't worked. >_<))

((Katie, you said yourself in one of the other threads the two characters alone are dull. Oh, and sorry about the not picking it up peice, Emily and Sunrise aren't the quickest girls. Well, Sun is usually a lot faster than Emily, but that's when she's calm.))

Sunrise cleared her eyes once more to make her vision normal, just in time to see something out of the corner of her eye from Sam.
"What was that?" she asked, hoping it wasn't just a trick of the light.
