*Nekage kicked off the ground and jetsended at Rhika. Taking his balde with both hands, Nekage took holf of his strength and slashed the blade horizonally, but with a slight downward tilt towards it, so that Nekage was also preforming a somewhat upward tilt to his blade as well. The slash flowed to that it aimed for Rhika's shoulder, but at the same time, wasprepared for a frontward assult*

Rhika had to move back in order to give her the second she needed to bring her blade up and use it as a shield. With its tip toward the sky, she brought the pillar of metal across her body and felt the vibrations as the two blades clanged together. She smirked.
"Good, you have the basics for attacking down... Let's see how well you defend."
She said as she pushed Nekage's blade away and shifted her stance in order to lunge at the now grounded target. The tip of her blade now aiming for his shoulder.

*As Nekage went to the ground, Nekage instantly brought his blade up to block Rhika's attack. A loud clang rang as the 2 blades met, but once agian, Nekage's strength in swordsmanship was showing, as his blade was pushed back. ON his back, Nekage's strength was cut almost in half again till the blades came about an inch away from his face. Nekage's face once again showing struggle as he tries best to push the blade back*
"Gah...."

Kei continued to watch the duel a bit disintrested as it was becoming obvious that Nekage lacked the ability to hold his own for more then the first engagement. Standing, Kei stepped off the fountain and walked off into the town.

The tip of her blade stopped an inch away from his shoulder, Rhika pulled back.
"Jumping, even a tiny bit, leaves you unbalanced and open... Charging makes it worse."
Rhika scolded.
"Let us work on the basics."
She said as she set herself up for hours of teaching.

*Nekage regained his stance once more and swung at Rhika, only to have Rhika quickly deflect the blade out of Nekage’s hands. As the blade flew off and landed off aside from them embedding itself into he ground as Rhika placed the blade’s tip to Nekage’s throat. Nekage did show her sign of fear, but Rhika looked a bit agitated* “Heartless Angel…answer me this…We KNOW of what you’re capable of…so why? Why don’t you use that “unholy chakura” we’ve heard of to fight back? Surely you did not raise to ANBU ranks with THESE skills.”*Nekage didn’t speak. All he did was raise his head towards the sky as he glanced at the dark clouds over head that signaled that rain was on it’s way to Gaioh* “….Because…There is something I am trying to do….something that no one, not even you Ichijin can comprehend….And besides, what would be the point of learning swordsmanship, if I could just use what skills I already have?...”*Rhika gritted her teeth as she nearly pressed the blade fully into Nekage’s neck. At the last moment though, she withdrew her blade from his neck, and sheathed it angrily* “Get a move on Heartless Angel. We have much work to do if you EVER have a hope of wielding that cursed blade.”*Rhika began to walk off with the other Ichijin members walking behind her. Nekage glanced at them, and began walking towards them picking up the fallen blade from the ground and holding it in his hands once more* “To think…that a blade I thought wasn’t even around anymore still exists….though what I wonder…is why I wasn’t able to spot this sooner within the information network of Gaioh…and Azure….”*Nekage walked after the Ichijin following behind them at a steady pace*

Rai walked into the clan square, noticing Nekage, Azure, and Kei training it seemed. There was also another unknown ninja with them. He sat down on a bench waiting for Kazuma who wanted to meet him here. He had already decided to find out more about the elders before siding but if Kazuma could give a good enough reason then he would stay.

I will remain loyal to azure"

Rai thought about what Kazuma had said before speaking. " I may side with Azure,but this is something I have to decide for myself. I won't just be led blindly like some sheep before I know the facts. I need to know exactly what the elders are up to. I would really like to side with them but that may not happen. Whatever happens though......" Rai decided that now wasn't the time for sappy goodbyes or anything like that." I hope you can understand."

Kato watches the duel and watches everyone who is watching the duel "Nekage is at a disadvantage..if he continues like that no way that he'll get around to attacking Rhika but nekage will figure something out im sure of it" kato walks away from the duel and walks pass Rai whom is sitting next to Kazuma as he hears there disscusion "whats this about siding with one another whats going on you two".

malachor started walking around the square looking for something to do.He had been bored all day.As he walked he started making moldels of sand in his hand.He was hoping someone would challenge him because he was itchin for a fight.

Kei stood on a platform of air above the fountain and looked around the Square. After his brief contact with one of Chaos' henchwomen and her abrupt departure; the young jounin had a sense of foreboding that wouldn't abate. "What are you playing at Chaos? You labeled me a Class A threat but you pulled her back even though she had might have eliminated me. The only reason for you to do that is if you plan on launching another assault, one that you need your full force to strike at. But where? That's the curious question, where are you going to attack?" Kei muttered the preponderence to himself. As a sudden breeze blew through the area Kei disappeared to another location to prepare for the next move in this large scale chess match.

Azure, some Ichijin ninja, and a convoy of villagers began passing through the square when word reached them about Chaos' retreat. Azure breathed a sigh of relief and ordered his Ichijin to make sure the villagers got back to their homes. The village would need a thorough search before normal operations resumed.

Atsuma's eyes and ears winged along over-head, circling wide around the procession of villagers. It was anyone's guess where Atsuma himself was but it was apparent that Oracle at least was keeping an eye on things, and his master would no doubt show if needed.
