Sasha looked around confusedly for a minute, trying to figure what was worth screaming about. Finally aseeing the bunnies, she screamed too and dug in her pockets for her puny skinning knife.
"Hey! Sasha! Mind giving me a hand, here?"
Sasha warily closed in on the rabbits, not sure wht she should do. She waved the knife around, pretednding that it was something that it could hurt something tha was still alive.

Taking a few weak blows through his leather armor, Renzt guided the girl's efforts through her first battle.
"Okay, nothing to it...just wait for a chance...and STAB! If it's unlikely that you'll hit, you'll miss...if not, well then, I hope you like the taste of blood...RRRAGH!! Damn!"
He missed his attack against the quick rabbit and took another small bite to the right leg...
(-3 HP)
The bunny was so cute...except for the red eyes and bloodthirsty growl...cute.

Sasha conmcetrated on holding her knife steady, and she edged a little bit closer. All of a sudden, one of the bunnies lept at her and she ineffectivly waved her knife around. SHe didn't hit anything, but the rabbits seemed to realise she wasn't much of a threat. They turned most of their attention to Renzt, all but ignoring her.
Sasha was really insulted by this, she was being considered harmless by a rabbit! Forgetti8ng her apprehension in the face of her anger, she crept closer and when one of the rabbits turned to jump at Renzt, she jumped at it, aimin for the main part of the body with her knife.

What? It worked? Looking down, you could tell that the knife hit it's mark, impaling the small, fragile bunny through the small of its back...but its wasn't dead yet. Turning around swiftly, it charges you, biting you hard in the arm. OW!!! ******** HP)
The thing even still had the knife in its back, blood gushing out the remainder of the vicious orifice. Two incisor teeth sunken into your arm, this bunny is willing to fight to the death!
Meanwhile, Renzt was struggling with the agile bunny. It anticipated his every move, and his heavy armor wasn't helping much in terms of agility. Not one to ask for help, he plugged on, neither he nor the rabbit taking any damage.

Sasha was blown away when her knife actually hit something. Only, the rabbit was too stupid to realise that it was dead, and it kept coming at her. Only now, her knife was in its back, so she was defenseless. Panicking, she looked around for something to use. Not seeing anything, she started t kick at it, missing more often than she hit. Finaly, what seemed like 10 hours later, it stopped moving towards her, although it was still twitching. SHe looked back up to see the two other rabbits still attacking Renzt, so she retreived her knife and went to go help him.

With one infuriated swing, Renzt managed to take out the two bunnies, a line of saplings, a bush, and almost your head, as he threw his blade with astounding rage. The sword landed, curiously enough, point-up in the dirt about 10 feet in front of you. The bunnies and vegetation lie split in half, while Renzt...was, well, laying on the ground in exhaustion.
Some bunnies. Well, it looked like your help wasn't needed after all...

"Yay! the bunnies are dead! Sasha yelled when they were finally all dead. "But Renzt, could you please not almost decapatate me next time? But wow, you're a really good fighter!" Sasha was really happy that all the evil bunnis were dead, but they were still stuck in this creepy forest. She turned to look at the the sopt where all the paths split again. "So, back to where we were before we were attacked, which way do you think we should go?"

He scratched his head, unsure, then headed over to grab his sword. Picking it up, Renzt looked at the path, then at you. He examined the paths and map carefully, taking in every detail. Then, he finally gave his answer.
"Yeah, boss, I have no clue. You're the leader here."

Now Sasha remebered why she usually wasn';t in charge, she hated making decisions trhat would affect someone else. She sat down and looked at the map, finaly pointing to tjhe far left one. "We'll go on that one" she said, trying to sound decisive. She got back up and picked up the torch and started to move down trhe path, ignoring the bits of evil rabbit spread everywhere. She wouldn't bother trying to collect these, they were too small. As she walked, she kept an eye out for any animal, and managed to trip over a root. As she did, she kept a hold on the torch and felt it go out as it was smothered by the dirt. SHe cursed and scrambled back and felt for her matches but realised that they had fallen out of her pocket. She cursed some more and tried to find them, but to no avail. They were lost. She looked over at Renzt and asked "I don't suppose you have any matches?"

Renzt grabbed his lady's arm and pulled her up slowly, brushing off dirt and other debris. He seemed a little...out of sorts.
"Uh...no, boss, I don't. Sorry..."
Renzt follwed behind as Sasha led the way down the path...which got even darker than the rest of the forest...colder, too. The trees began to sway with a particular, spooky rhythm...almost as if they were...nah. They couldn't be...they couldn't be alive. Not like people. These were trees, for God's sake. Yeah. Trees.
But looks can be decieving....
"EEEEK!!!" Renzt shrieked horrifically, falling to the ground at the sound of some...omnipotent , God-like voice floating through the forest. "DON'T KILL MEE!!! AAHHHHHHHH!!!!!!" Taking this moment to, you, know, save you, he jumped in a bush to your right, completely fleeing your side and leaving you all alone.
Why have you entered my forest, child....?
The hollow tone rang through the black woods, which were now completely silent, save for the single voice. It was as if all other creatures were hushed by its presence....except for Renzt. He was still whimpering like a girl in the brush. What a loser.
This was some pretty freaky s**t, though...who's voice was this, and where did he come from?
Oh, ******** die now....

Sasha shrieked when she heard the voice and she looked around for Renzt so tht she could drag him in front of her. The only clue she had to where he was though was a quiviring bush. "We're just passing through" she squeked out, not sure what to address, so finaly looking at one of the trees. "We'll be out of your way, we'll just keep going and you'll never see us again!" Sasha looked around, hoping the voice wouldn't hurt them, or rather her. At this point she didn't care too much about what happened to Renzt.

The voice pressed further, and a freezing zephyr swept the air around Sasha.
NO. No one can leave. This is my forest, and my domain. It is sacred...and far greater than any mortal. You must turn back now, or be decimated beyond recognition...
Renzt squeaked in fear, a little louder than before. But the spirit did not seem to notice. I simply imposed its presence around Sasha, intimidating and cold...

"Well, I'm sure that you don't like tourists traipising through your forest, but i promise we won't litter, or kill anything else." Sasha said, ignoring the fact that she was arguing with a voice... ah well, whats the worst that could happen? Maybe a slow tortorous death... Sasha shook her head as if to clear these grisly ideas fromher head and waited for the Voice to answer.
