Juno_Gemini GameDude2008 Chrono.flame everyone would think that their way of thinking is right, so there really is no right or wrong in that case.. God is always right, and that is a fact. No part of any religion has fact. Execpt the part about a man named Jesus. There were many named Jesus. How are we to know truefully about any of the deeds that were commited back then? The only way we know anything about the times of Jesus are because of his followers. Which means the bible was written by men and not edited by god lol. There have been conspiricies about all kinds of things. Do you think the bible would be exempt? If you think about it, even if relgion was proven to be fiction there would be no way to stop the riots of people who have lived their whole lives perfecting themselves for god and wasted that time. So the government would keep it a secret and slowly wipe out the ideals of religion.by faith do christians believe that Jesus is their saviour not by fact, because their are alot of question that not everybody has the answer too, which means the Bible too.

Kuroi Kokoro no Mendori neutral Generally, people pick the winning side of an impossible fight. If you can't hold your own in a debate about your religion, either learn more about it or give it up. Revelations 3:15-16 15I know your deeds, that you are neither cold nor hot. I wish you were either one or the other! 16So, because you are lukewarm—neither hot nor cold—I am about to spit you out of my mouth. It isn't always a question of knowledge though. Sometimes it's people on the other side that are to stubborn to taken in the truth....admit they are wrong. But yes, sometimes we are not as well versed as we would like to be....but that's when you show them facts from bible and scientific articles.

God is always right, and that is a fact. Wrong. Christianity is a BELIEF. Until it is PROVEN, we cannot say that it is fact, and there is always the chance that we are wrong. I don;t think we're wrong, but there is ALWAYS the chance. Since there is that chance, we cannot expect atheists to jump on the bandwagon merrily. What's the point in believing in something half heartedly? God knows what's in your heart....you shall be judged accordingly. Want if i told you i had SCIENTIFIC proof for God's exsitance....that be created the universe? wink Cause I do.

However, there is a fine line between being gulable, and having faith in something.

God is always right, and that is a fact. and there have been men who have used GOD's word to justify themselves, now weither out of ignorance or just simply because they don't care for others opinions they still screwed up, and I find this huge fault everywhere in today's christianity. Well it is because we are imperfect but i do agree with you....i think the quote is "the #1 cause of atheists is Christians who say one thing with their lips and walk the door and live a completely different lifestyle." -DC talk I find fault with Christians, myself included (oh boy ...the amount of times i screw up)...not Christianity....not Christ.....people....people who call them selfs Christians and aren't at LEAST trying to live their life for God.

People are just so stubborn. Even when they see the truth right in front of them, they refuse to believe it. I've had a few aethiest (did i spell that right?) friends, and the one reason none of them believe in God is because they don't want to admit that they have no control over their lives. From their point of view, if God existed, then they would have no secrets. Another reason is that they simply don't want to have the "burden" of being good. They have gotten into sin - gossip, lies, porno, even drugs sometimes - and they like the way it makes them feel, and they don't want to stop or even feel guilt over it. But, like most people about most problems, they are only looking at the 'bad' things about it. You know, the "glass is half empty" view.

I just studied that in Revelations last night, God would rather you be cold than lukewarm, or burning. I do understand this kid's being intimidated by the extended discussion forum; but one who is knowledgeable of scripture and with conviction need not argue with those who spit on it.
