"Well, we'll start with the basics. " He paused and started walking away from her to look about. He had to teach her to eat meat. No veggies. Those are for the happy, goodie-goodie two-shoes type. "We'll start with a bit of food. Hungry?' He asked the little pup.
His plans of making her into a killer had started. It was only a matter of months of training and teaching her what to eat, what to hunt, and then how to torture.

Vindy realized that she hadn't eaten at all that day. "Yes, I'm starving!" She said. "What are we going to eat?"

Still no rabbit in the area, he frowned. He looked back to the Kit. "Well, I was hoping to find some rabbits, but I don't see any." He said simply. "Well, I guess it's time to hunt. Since it's rabbits, you can come along." He said simply. He picked up his speed as he started to walk off towards where he normally slept. He would have to teach her to climb trees as well.

Vindy squeeled in excitement. "I've never been hunting before!" She said cheerily. She ran to catch up with him, and trotted by his side, grinning up at him every now and then. "Where do we find bunnies?"

He looked down at her. "We find them near water mostly... Or just about everywhere. " He looked back up to watch where he was going. "though, when I say shhh, you've got to be as quiet as you can. Or you'll scare the bunny and we won't have food." He said as he glanced back down at her.
He didn't know much about being a father, nor would he ever actually think about being a father. This was different. Totally different. Yeah. Well, at least he thought it was different.

"Okay, I promise to be quiet when you tell me." She emphasized her promise by making her footfalls become as quiet as possible. It was nice just walking through the forest with someone to play with, and she didn't want to get him mad at her.
She looked up at him and said "How do you know when we're getting near a bunny?"

"I'll be able to smell them." He said simply. The wind was going in the right direction. He could smell a few mice that had ran off as soon as they could hear them. They weren't that important. "I'll teach you how to do that later." He said looking down at her.
Later as in when she was almost an adult. Assuming she was going to be around that long. Who knew? His speed went a little faster, but slow enough so the kit could keep up with him.
He stopped and looked down at her. "shh..There's one close. Stay here." he said quietly, yet loud enough to where only she and the bugs on the ground around her could hear him. His ears went back as he moved a bit closer. His tail was lined perfectly.
The rabbit was right behind a bush. How it munched on the bush without a clue in the world. Of course, it would only be a matter of seconds before the rabbit would actually realize he was being stalked. Thona's full attention was on the rabbit. It's every movement behind the bush. As soon as the rabbit got wind of what was going on, it was too late. Thona had already jumped out and grabed the rabbit with his teeth and claws. Quickly breaking it's neck.
He plopped it in front of the Kit and smiled. "Food. Eat up." He said simply and sat down. He didn't normally torture rabbits, except for when he was a kid. That' was going to be her first torture subject, if she stayed long enough.

As starving as she was, Vindy didn't hesitate to dive right into the rabbit. She wolfed down a few bites, and looked up at 'master.' "Oh, did you want some too?" She asked, blood all over her face. In her famished state she had forgotten to be polite.

He laughed. "No. Eat." He said simply crossing his front legs and watching with little interest. He wasn't much of a rabbit type anymore. Once he moved from that to deer meat, anyone wouldn't want to go back to that stringy meat. It was almost as bad as fish.

Vindy finished up her meal, and thought about what she was supposed to do with the bones. Deciding it would be best to bury them, she dug up a little hole and swiped the remains in with her paw.
"Thanks for the food!" She grinned at the older Ulaya. Blood from the rabbit stained her cute face, but she didn't seem to realize it.

Thona grinned. The blood would soon come off on it's own with in a couple of days. Though, there was a small stream close by. "Shall we wash your face before I teach you something else?" He asked.
Not really sure what else to teach her at the moment, he would think while she washed her face. Of course, he would have to teach her to walk more quiet, but that's another thing that would come later. Well, he could change her attitude.

Licking her muzzle, Vindy realized she must have blood on it. Master's suggestion sounded like a good idea. "Okay, lets go to the stream."
She bounded in a random direction, and suddenly stopped short. "Umm, where is the stream?" She asked, looking over at the bigger Ulaya.

Thona nodded to himself. A lot of work was to be done with her. He started walking in the other direction the pup was going. "Smell the air, you'll get some sence of where it is." He said as he continued to walk towards the water.
Though, he knew she would follow him, he wasn't about to teach her how to smell the air. But Water wasn't too hard to find. As he reached the well hidden stream he laid down in the said not too far from it.
He thought on what he would teach her. Perhaps how to run right. Yes, the speed of running to be able to catch said pray was always an important lesson. Though, he wasn't sure if she was ready for that. It would take a while for her to learn it fully. Unless she was a fast learner.
There was also her attitude that he needed to change a bit. He raised an eye, how would he turn her into a mean killer? Perhaps he could use her happy-self as an advantage. He could keep her attitude like that. No one would expect a ruthless kill from such a innocent creature. He grinned at that thought.

Vindy followed behind her master obediently, and when they reached the water exclaimed, "Oh wow Master! That's so cool!!! I hope i can learn how to smell water." She ran right up to the edge to stick her face in the stream, but her momentum sent her crashing forward and into the water.
Her head breached the surface, and she was spluttering and coughing. She tried moving her body to get back to the edge, but the current wasn't letting her get anywhere... except further down the stream.

For the first time Thona moved quickly as he watched her fall into the water. Quickly he moved from his resting spot to the edge of the water to see if he could spot her. It took him a second to actually see where she was. Without hesitation he dove into the water to save her.
Of course, this was rather strange, though he was beginning to take a liking to the young kit. It would be a total shame to let her drown. She had so much promise of becoming something everyone should. It wasn't that deep of a swim, but it was deep enough to make sure a kit like herself wouldn't be able to swim. Well, he found out what he was going to teach her next. Though, water wasn't exactly his strong point at all.
Though, he'd rather her know how to do it, in case the same thing happened while she was alone. He grabbed at her fur, not exactly sure where he grabbed and started to swim upward. Hopefully it was her paw, or the back of her neck. He didn't want to hurt her. He made sure he didn't bite down too hard, but hard enough to keep a grip on her.
