Since it seemed Ealir wasn't in an overly chatty mood, Aliscia opted to let the wyrm rest in peace and just examined the wound, keeping her touch as gentle as possible. She checked for signs of infection, and on finding none, she glanced up at Ealir, rummaging through her pouch. "I've got some salve that should help dull the pain and staunch the bleeding a little. I'd try to sew it up, but I don't think that's wise. It'd form knotted scar tissue and make the skin too tight." She finally located the jar and waggled it. "Give it a try?"
Raveo, albeit relieved that he no longer had to continue searching, was annoyed at the brush-off. Stupid ungrateful little... no... no, mustn't get angry at her. He couldn't get away with biting her. He elected not to respond at all and took to the air, not bothering to be careful where his wingstrokes blew dirt and sand. It would be most gratifying to get her filthy.
Bemused by this all, Alinta simply nodded her pale head and turned to trot after Halen back toward the volcano, neck arched, and feet snapped up high in a pronounced prance.

Ealir watched the woman, keeping her wound out of her sight. She felt faint at the sight, which only revealed how accustomed she had become to this new life. Alirae hissed quietly, but kept her remarks about the issue hidden from the now dominant personality. "Please." She requested gratefully, blinking her eyes several time to fend off the shadows of slumber yet again.
The wind kicked up sand, which she shielded from her eyes. After things settled, she looked over at Alinta, unable to help from keeping her speed from slowly increasing. How eager could anyone be to go back to someone who had abandoned them? "Hurt how?" Halen asked Alinta, finding it a little hard to believe, though the newly gained memories still burned behind her eyes.
