"Not very far if you fly high, it's harder if you walk, since there are lots of hills and trees in the way. You can find it by following the river away from the lake." She said still watching the butterfly, until it dissapeared into a colorful flowering bush.

Hmm yeah that was probably right but Hinode wasn't really that good at flying yet she need to practice a lot more before she could fly to the ocean but she would train hard.
" Ahhh ok... "
She continued to follow the girl up to the river they had she tought that could be fun enough atleast for now but the ocean still sounded more fun.
" I go to the ocean one day with or without my family... "
She took a zip of water when the finally arrived at the river..

"I'm sure I'll go back one day, when I am bigger and won't be knocked down by the waves." She said as she stepped into the river, carefully placing her small hooves so she wouldn't slip on the wobbling rocks.

Hinode said and laughed a little she could almost picture that infront of her a silly foal trying to jump over the waves. Since she could picture bigger waves then those that came from the river but she was still a little unsure of how everything looked.

She tried follow Calantha on the rocks and so far she could keep her balance up.

Slowly she made her way into the river, staring down at the rocks, and watched small shimmering fish swim beneath her. But the moment she did not look before she stepped, she ended up stepping right into the water, and tumbled all the way in. Thankfully it was only about a foot deep, but she was still completely soaked. Quickly she scrambled to her hooves, it only came up to her knees, but she was dripping wet. "Well it had to happen sometime." She said, before shaking off, sending water everywhere.

Hinode watched the other foal in the corner of her eye and she blinked and looked rather surprised when she missed and slipped in and got all wet. She smiled and tried to hold herself to not to laugh..
" Heh...well that is true "
Hinode stepped into the water as well it was better she already stood in the water then slipped in it when she wasn't ready like Calantha.

Now not as carefully she continued through the river, holding her wings up and out of the water. "I wonder what is up the river." She said, having never traveled around the river before.

Hinode sniffed curiously in the air well she had no idea what was up there since she hadnt been there before...tough she started to wounder if her mother was looking for her now she had been gone a while..
" Umm we can go and take a look...but after that i think i have to go home i dont wanna worry my mom to much "
