Hikaru woke up to the unpleasant feeling of their new dog licking his face. Groaning he looked at the clock and cursed under his breath. It was already 11:00 he had overslept two days in a row. Sighing he went through his usual morning ritual, choosing the same book from yesterday and grabbing his cross necklace off his nightstand, tucking it under his shirt after putting it on. He rarely wore it over his outfit for reasons even he didn't know why. Walking out the door he had no idea on what he was actually going to do for the day.

There was a breeze and Gawain suddenly flew off "Gawain!" Remix called out as she ran after him, the went through the beach and the park, Gawain suddenly flew down and perched on Hikaru's shoulder, Remix tired of running, caught up with Gawain, she stopped in front of Hikaru, breathless, she looked up at Hikaru "sorry...Gawain suddenly flew off..." she said still breathing heavily, she held out her arm and Gawain flew up and perched on her arm.

Hikaru simply looked from Remix, to the bird, and to his shoulder before sighing in confusion. "It's fine... new bird?" He asked yawning, he was still trying to wake up, let alone trying to figure out what had just happened.

"yeah...got him at the animal shelter...his names Gawain.." she said as she started petting the hawk, Gawain simply smiled and looked at Hikaru.

Akira sighed laying in the grass "so Rukki you want to do something/" she asked hoping she would say yes since she was board and didnt have a guy to be with.

"First my brother now you... at this rate that shelter will be out of animals." He said flipping open his book to read a quick couple of lines.

((LOL guess so LOL couldnt think of anything...LOL)) "yeah well....only if people would adopt them..." she said with a sad voice, she continued petting Gawain "i really don't have a partner there....so I'm mostly alone when i take care of the animals..." she said as she stopped petting Gawain "but it's fun...and the pay is ok..." she said with a big smile "you should come once in a while..." she stopped and looked at the path to the animal shelter.

[wooo back! Sorry, drama. Ugh. D: didn't go as great as i hoped.]
Rose yawned and woke up on a bench. Pulling out her cellphone she realized what time it was. "Crap. I'm gunna be late!!"
Fixing her hair as best as she could, she stood up. It was stilly messy but that's how it normally was. Rolling her sleeves up, she started a light jog then started sprinting. Leaping over a dog, a trash can and a ball she barely managed to stay up after the three different obstacles.
Her breathing became a little deeper, as she raced across the sidewalks and up to the mall. She entered the store panting.

"S-sorry." She headed to the back and found a shirt. Making sure no one was around, she quickly unbuttoned her white one and put the other on.
Tossing her jacket and shirt on a box, she walked back out.

"Well... I work part-time at the bookstore... yeah I know, go figure. But I got spare time three days of the week." Not to mention I could use the extra cash. "So I guess I could stop by." He said still reading from the book.

"Ok working the cashier is very easy" Said Kaoru beckoning Rose closer. "You scan the barcode with the scanner and press enter collect money and close the draw. If they use a card press 585* on the entering thingy and hand it to them. If the barcode doesn't scan you have to enter the number yourself using the keybard"

"Seems pretty easy..." She thought of the checkout lines at one of the places she used to live. There, they scanned their own items and she became a pro at it. It was her only way out of the house after all.
"Anything else I should know?" Rose barely noticed the fact she was standing next to him.

Torikimaru stopped and decided to go to the mall. "Who know's. maby that girl will bw there." he said as he walked.

"ok" she said with a big smile "i can tell the manager if you want to work there..." she said as she slowly walked towards the park "you coming??" she asked as she looked around to see Hikaru, she waited at the spot for a response.
