Kat almost frowned when he set her down but his smile made her feel 100% better. She thought for second and nodded.
"That sounds fine, oh and I'm going to use the bathroom for a bit!" She jumped up and grabbed some of the clothes they had just bought and brought it into the bathroom with her. She made sure she got the bag that had some fancier clothes. She had purposly bought a 'little black dress' just for him. She slipped it on and made sure her hair wasn't too much of a mess. She wanted to surprise him. She washed herface and hoped her cut wouldn't be too big of a scar.
She slipped out of the bathroom and twirled around showing off the loose soft black fabric.

Jeff looked a slight bit scared. "I rather did enjoy myself as a matter of fact!"

"You're kind of a b*****d, you know that?" Luka gave him a rather large shove backwards. "But in case you didn't catch this, I think it went rather well. And since you heard most of it...how do you think it went?"

Jeff smiled as he went sailing backwards. He caught himself just before he hit his own closet. "b*****d I am indeed. I think it went well also, so, are we going to work on our wonderful paper? Or are we going to procrastinate so you can come back later to bug em?" He motioned in the direction of where the door that connected his room with Connors was shut.

Luka looked at the clock. "Hmm, perhaps we could take an afternoon snack break. Maybe I could see if my brother is at all hungry. And I don't know about you, but I'm starving."

Jeff nodded and followed her out the door and down to the dining area. He hated the food around here and couldn't wait for the evening when he could go hunting and eat real food.

Even though Curtis had been present for the purchasing of Katra's current outfit, he'd completely forgotten about it. It was fortunate that he had stopped chopping the vegetables when he looked at her, or he might have accidentally added his own blood as seasoning.
"F-Frauline..." he stuttered. Of course he had imagined her in that dress upon purchasing it, but his mental image from a few hours ago did not do her justice now.

A tragically short amount of time had passed since Connor had dozed off, and while that in itself was frustrating at least the pain medication was still working. The lack of agony coursing through his body allowed Connor to recognize that he was hungry.
After rising stiffly, Connor managed to pull on a jacket at least (he was not willing to reach over his head and pull a shirt on), he left his room and hobbled down to the cafeteria.

Kat smiled brightly. She was hoping that he would have a reaction like this one. She strutted slowly over to Curtis, she took the knife from him and put it on the counter. She wrapped her arms around his waist and drew him near. "Thank you!" She felt a lot more confident now that she was in clothes that were clean and made her feel better.

Luka had called Yakov on the way down, she had specifically told him that if he angered her new friend that horrible things would happend, but she neglected to inform him who this new friend was, so they were now all sitting kind of akwardly at the table.

Connor was in a daze when he entered the cafeteria, and only really registered his tray and the floor space about three feet in front of him. It wasn't until after he'd gathered an impressive amount of food and slumped into a random chair that he realized who was nearby him.

Now he was very grateful that there was no stove or oven involved in his task. Half his cabin would have been burned to the ground. There was no way that he could focus on "cooking" now. Curtis placed his arms around Katra and smiled down at her, trying not to focus on her very visible bit of cleavage.
"I had imagined that you would look amazing. But I had not fathomed this."

Kat laughed at him. She reacheda hand up and untied his hair. She ran her hands through his hair breaking up his braid. His blonde hair was smooth and she enjoyed the feel of it through her fingers. "You should wear your hair down more often."

Jeff felt awkward to begin with, he was glad that he was able to be around the sexy Yakov but everyone at the table was just too out of it to make any real conversation. Then Connor sat down. Jeff wasn't sure what to say. "So, hows Connor feeling?"

No one had ever played with his hair that Curtis could recall. He almost sank against her and felt a dopey grin slip across his lips.
"Mmm. If you do that, I may very well wear it down more often." He kissed her brow.

Connor was about to cram some fries into his mouth when Jeff addressed him. Where in the hell had he sat down? It wasn't until his eyes fell on Yakov that he swore.
" 'Connor' " will feel better with a full stomach," he mumbled and then took a meaningful bite of fries.

Kat giggled at his kiss. She continued to fondle his hair with both her hands.
"I think you missed, love," She said happily. Then she stepped up onto to tip toes and her lips met his for the third time in twenty four hours.

"Oh Jeff, leave the boy alone and let him eat. He's had a rough couple of days. And what is up with you?" She nudged Yakov. "Usually I have to b***h slap you to shut you up."

Yakov started when his sister nudged him. He was freakin out a little here. First this guy goes all pyscho on him, but swearing that his sister didn't put him up to it, but here he was eating lunch with the both of them...what the hell? "I'm...um tired. I haven't slept much since..." He nodded towards Connor.

Luka grabbed his ear and viciously vispered into it. "He doesn't know about..." She nodded towards Jeff.

Jeff raised an eyebrow at Luka and Yakov. He put on a confused face then shrugged. He turned back to Connor. "Sorry?" He asked him and just shrugged again before taking a bite of his once could be labled food.
Then he remembered he actually did have a paper due in his Chem class that he was supposed to be working on with an adorable little new were. She still had no idea about him but he didn't really care. He couldn't just ask about it because he still had to play dumb about Connor. "Have any of you seen a short...well you're all short, but shorter than you girl with golden skin and long black hair with a purple chunk in the front. I havn't seen her anywhere and we are supposed to be doing some chem stuff together but I havn't seen her all weekend." He wanted to add that he hadn't smelt her either but that would give him away way to easialy.

"Actually yes, I have, but it was quite some time ago...lets see. Oh wow, actually it was only yesterday at..." Luka rubbed her forehead for a second. "Dinner. My goodnesss it seems like more time has gone by than that." Had it seriously only been twenty four hours? Had everything really happend this fast? Suddenly, Luka wanted a nap.
