"Nothing's wrong.Say,have you seen Toko?" he said.He didn't want to lie,but he had to.Toko sighed as she sat down.She saw Miyuki and Karu talking.Trying to not care,she looked for Misa.Misa was at the dining table,observing the platters of food."Anything look good?" she asked.He slightly jumped."U-Uh..." he began.Toko smiled and pointed to a danish."Eat that one.It's really good." she pointed out.Misa looked at her weirdly,but took it.

Miyuki looked confused and said,"No haven't seen her. Although good luck finding her I guess." She pats his shoulder and heads off, she wanted to eat chocolate cake more than anything. But she wanted to see Misaki... she'll see him soon.

Karu sighed as Miyuki left."Leave me alone!I can get my own food!" Misaki said,pushing Toko away.She made a little pouted face,but began to get her own food.As Misaki turned away,he saw Miyuki coming closer."Oh,are you getting food?" he asked.

Miyuki smiled and blushed, she thought and said,"No not really, I was wanting to hang out with you, but I see that you're hungry." She giggled and smiled at him happily.

Misaki turned a little red."Y-Yeah..." he replied.Toko watched from a distance and smiled.Seeing them together was so cute,she thought.Hands hugged her from behind.Looking back,she saw Karu."You...!" she said.He gave her an innocent look.She kicked him,making him let go."I don't like you that much,you know!" she said,walking away.He followed her.

Miyuki giggled and watched him happily, she made sure to look away now and they so he doesn't feel uncomfortable. She got herself a plate and got her some sweets, she smiled and waited until Misaki was done getting his food.

"So you admitted that you liked me??" Karu asked, trailing after Toko. Her face turned a bright red. Thank gosh he couldn't see her face at the moment.
"W-Well duh! Of course I like you! You're my cousin, idiot!" she explained quickly. His face fell.
"Oh."

Misaki got this and that and loaded his plate. His face brightened when he saw a certain dish he loved. He occasionally caught Miyuki from the corner of his eye.
When he finished, he turned to her. "I'm done," he announced, "Want to go, er, sit somewhere?...together?"

As Miyuki waited for Misaki, she listened to the music in the background. She looks down and thinks,"Am I gothic? I feel... so depressed often.. but I don't find this as me." She jumps slightly and said,"Uh, yes I wouldn't mind that at all." He smiles at him and looks at her plate of sweets.
She likes sweets and cute things, but the way she dresses is too strange. She wears regular clothes at times, like blue short and a hoodie. But the way she dresses now is not normal. She smiles and asks quietly,"Shall we go, Misaki?"

"Yes, let's go." like the gentleman he was (Toko doubts that), he gently took her wrist and walked ahead. Misaki glances around him and squints at the tables placed at one corner of the room, where guests were seated, either chatting or eating or doing both.
It was packed. Misaki tried to desperately find an empty table, but had no luck. He secretly sighed to himself before spotting one in the very back. "Oh, over there!"

Miyuki blushes as her hand/wrist was taken by Misaki. She follows him quietly wondering if there were any seats open at all. But once Misaki found a table, she smiles and said,"Come on, let's go." She got out of his hold and held his hand. She glances at him before smiling happily.
How did she change? Maybe Misaki changed her. All she knows is that her crush on Misaki is getting bigger.
