Floor 6Otto got up to the sixth floor belatedly, having sorted through his bag much too long. The backback slung over his shoulder, he walked around cautiously until he spotted familliar hunters. Ami? Yay! Kat? . . . . it could be worse.H? Crap.. creepy Doctor alert. Otto approached, grouchy as ever, eyeing Kat with a stare that screamed 'I super duper don't like you'.

Rep sighed and looked concerned as Mark piped up across the headsets. If it was anyone else but Allan he'd just have picked him up and dragged them the ******** out of the building. "I don't think we have time to wait for backup." He didn't trust half the ******** idiots they called their fellow co-workers for one thing either.
"You can't stay here man." he said to Allan, fighting the urge to take his very ******** noisy phone and turn it off.
His temper began to spike, never one for patience. It was evident his tolerance was running out them more he spoke, panic and anger slipping into his tone. "We are running out of ******** time and I am NOT getting ******** stranded here."
He turned on his heel and took a few striding steps towards the door. "No one ******** waits up here. We go down to ground level where the portal was. If its not there then we are just ******** up s**t creek without a paddle. How's that sound?"

Floor 8s**t. "Let's get Allen downstairs," Jordan said. "If we have time, we can come back to search. If we don't have enough time to come back up to search, we're not going to have time to leave anyone here, either. Please come with us, sir. It's not safe up here." The last remark was addressed to Allen.

Jerry gave a sigh of relief as the other two started to try to herd Allen toward the stairwell, but made no move to follow himself. Allan was their leader. They had come to save him. Rep and Jordan had each other and Harrison to think about.
As far as Jerry was concerned, he had nothing to lose.
Without saying anything else, he slipped away to peer around for any sign of where the Death Lead might have gone. If he came up empty, he could always make a run for it after the other two, but at least his friends would be on their way to safety. It was a sound plan.

Rep's threshold of s**t had been reached and breached.
"I said NO ONE stays up here Jerry." his voice was an absolute snarl. "You stay, we all stay. We came up here in a team and you know what happens to people who go off alone in horror movies, DO YOU? They ******** DIE."
He pointed at the door. "So we go, or we don't. Your call. And if we get ******** stuck here because of your lack of concern for other people and teamwork so help me it won't be the zombies that finish you off."

"Absolutely not." Allen winked, thankfully pausing his game. "Buddies stick together through the element of friendship." Other than expecting a cutie mark on his a**, it was unsure what he planned to accomplish by just waiting. "Oh, I know! If you have iphones we can play co-op mode." OOC Allen absolutely refuses to move and says his buddy will be back. You have the option of knocking him unconscious but it will render one person entirely incapable for battle. You also have the option of searching for the missing guy with a stapler. Roll 1d4 1: You find an undead wearing large framed glasses with a nose that looks like Adrian Brody's. He has a tag that says "STEVE, accounting" on it. 10/10 HP to kill 2: You find an undead wearing a plaid shirt and hipster glasses, holding a calculator and a book that says math. He has a tag that says "D. WIGHT, accounting" on it. 10/10 HP to kill 3: You find an undead wearing a kilt and holding a pair of bagpipes. His tag says. S. Cottie, Not Accounting. 10/10 HP to kill 4: You find an undead wearing a hockey jersey and a pair of earmuffs and a wolly scarf. Her name tag says S. Orry, Customer Services department. She shuffles kindly out of your way. 5. You hear ominous clacking in the distance. 6: You find an undead wearing a khaki polo holding a first aid kit - that quickly gets the brains bashed out of him by a guy in another khaki polo and a stapler. The second not quite undead picks up the first aid kid and glowers at you. "What took you so long? I told you I was going to the supplies to get a first aid kit, you were supposed to meet me there." Well, at least you found him Conditions: If you knock out Allen, the other guy will be abandoned and you can make it to the first floor - if you find the second guy, both Allen and the not-death lead will follow you to the first floor - if you encounter more than 6 zombie mobs in your rolls, the not-death lead will find you, but this will put Allen at risk

Doctor I continued to merrily eat his seeds and finally answered, "Ohhh....yes I suppose it's about time to do some light cool-down cardio." He got up and shook out his limbs while answering Kat's questions, "I've been with the company for about 15 years. A long time I know, but technology just keeps evolving right before our eyes, and businesses have to adapt themselves to that evolution. Not to mention society itself! It's really quite fascinating, and I love..." A figure in a bloody Hawaiian shirt popped out from behind a cubicle and swing an arm at him, and Irwin paused his chatter to calmly grab it's hair and slam it's neck down on the glass partition. A large stream of blood gushed down its surface as the thing's throat was sliced into with enough speed and force decapitate it. Tossing the head aside he continued, "...I mean, r eally love, my job." He paused and then stared, down at his hands. Whispering, he looked up at the hunters with pleading confusion, "What... what have I done?"

Jerry's face went red at Rep's outburst, stopping his retreat to glance back at them, "You're wasting time! You already called for backup, I'm sure someone will come. I'll be fine! Just GO we need to get Allan out of here. I won't be left behind, I'll catch up with you all! We can't just abandon Caelius, ESPECIALLY if he's been zombie-bitten- You guys need to get back to Harrison. Who better to keep looking than me? Just go, I can handle this!"
Allan was being no help either. Jerry gave a frustrated sigh before hurrying to keep looking.
Suddenly, a much-overdressed-for-the-weather zombie lurched out of one of the cubicals, and instinctively Roar was summoned. Before he could shoot, the undead monstrosity shifted, politely letting him pass.
Well then. If they were all like this, then this wouldn't be a problem. What a polite zombie.

Rep was still absolutely livid that despite everything Jerry still insisted on staying behind. And that apparently Allan did too. He clenched his hands into fists and strode off into the office with a snarl. "Harrison isn't ******** Ace right now. Who the ******** cares? We aren't going anywhere. We'll find the ******** princess and bring him back too if that will make you move."
He practically walked into an oddly dressed zombie along the way, but as he moved to summon Tracey, it got out of his way.
He reflexively muttered "Sorry" and went on his way.

Floor 8"All of us or none of us," Jordan agreed. "If we do get stranded, we've got better odds as a group." He moved cautiously down one of the aisles, keeping Allen in sight and peering cautiously down each intersection. A zombie holding a first aid kit started to shamble towards him from one side, and Jordan held out his hand in preparation for summoning Ferros -- and then a stapler descended on the zombie's head, and the guy who might or might not be Caelius appeared. Jordan breathed a silent sigh of relief. "Sorry, sir," he said. "We should really get downstairs. Allen's been waiting for you." He headed back to where Allen was waiting, glancing back now and then to be sure maybe-Caelius was following. Jerry gave a sigh of relief, shifting uncomfortably. "Let's... just get the heck out of here." He desummoned Roar, wobbling a bit with the change of weight and moved to rejoin the group.
At least the crisis was averted with minimal to-do.

[ Floor 8 ] "Yay, you found him!" Allen stood up again, but slowly, as to not exasperate his old, rickety joints ( in his mind's eye ). He eyed his buddy's first aid kit and then their still bleeding arm. "You should probably use that first aid kit instead of just carrying it around like that."
"I don't even-" stapler guy slowly counted to ten and imagined his boss as a dartboard, even if he was a terrible shot and didn't actually know how to play darts. "Look - can we just go now? Preferrably somewhere where these aliens can't see us." He gave them a very not quite sane look. "It's a conspiracy." Pause. "Has anyone seen my notebook? I should write this down to my therapist."

Rep figured he'd need a ******** therapist after the stress of this mission. If they survived, they weren't out yet.
"No running off to get ******** notepads hotshot." he snapped at the probably-death-lead. "And we can! Before any more s**t goes wrong."
"Lets go down. Bottom floor. "
And once again he headed to the door to the stairs, if there was one time Rep tended to leave his sense of humour back on the island, it was on missions. Especially S class missions in the Sahara, where no office should ever have been.
