Dashira twitched an ear and turned to Jay as she finished the healing. "Hmmm? Is what wrong Jay?" She asked, eyeing the wound as black fur closed, and he was whole once more.
Aseeri appeared and rinsed off the last of the blood, chirping and nodding in satisfaction. "All damage is gone."

The lions voice dropped a few octaves. He really didn't want Rellick to hear. "About Rellick...I mean he's got all these great females, beautiful ones...but..." His tail flicked in agitation, irritating the claw marks across his haunches. "I'm not interested in them...I..."

Amaree's ear flicked as an odd wind hit her face. Something weird was going on, but at least all the hyenas were gone, and it was light outside. She took a few breaths of air and sighed. They'd have to go hunting again in a few days. With all the new cubs, there were more mouths to feed, and with Rellick being an adult now, there were bound to be more on the way. Amaree licked her paw and purred softly, watching as the different cubs awakened.

Dashira smiled and shook her head. "To love someone?" She huffed. "Nonsense. How can loving someone be wrong, or bad?" She leaned over and inspected the last few scratches. "My mother told me... And father too.. That we are here to meet our true mate.. Everyone has ONE true mate.. And when you do.. There is nothing more wondrous then knowing they care for you.... "
Rellick smiled at his sister as the sun rose, painting his lands gold and red. He could hear Jade's gasp of delight, and laughed, thwacking her haunches gently with his tail. "Greet the dawn with me?" He teased.
Jade laughed. It was something they had done as cubs, standing and roaring at the sun as it rose. Seeing the light spill over Scarlet Shadows, she nodded. "Let's."
Their voices were stronger than when they were cubs, and Rellick's heart danced as their voices echoed across the land, startling a flock of birds from their roost in a nearby acacia tree. As he broke off, the scarlet king turned, laughing, and faced Jay. The light of the sunrise painted down his scarlet side, turning his mane to an orange gold and his side to scarlet, orange, and gold.

Amaree heard the two lions' voices blending together to greet the sun. She added her own loud high pitched roar to the other two. It was going to be a lovely day, and Rellick's voice assured here that everything would be okay.

Jade laughed as another voice joined in, and roared again, louder. With a smile at Jay and Dashira, Rellick turned and joined his sister, adding his deep roar to her higher one. Dashira watched the siblings, amused.

Amaree laughed and stood up, giving another long roar. She wanted so badly to get out of the den and run through the fields to the other lions. But she knew her duty to stay with the cubs. They were the future of the Pride, and pretty much everything. She walked to the edge of the den, then got up on the rock overhang of the cave. She could keep lookout from there and also be outside. She flopped over on a side and began to purr while bathing in the new day's sun.

Areli turned her gaze, off to Rellick and his sister. She laughed, also hearing Amaree's roar from the distance. She smirked, before letting out a long roar as well, before turning her gaze to the others. "C'mon, it can't hurt to join in." she said with a wink.

Brooke laughed. Although she herself had never been one of little 'rituals' at the dawn, she knew her parents had done something like it before they had seperated. She stepped up beside Amaree, and added her own voice to the choir of roaring that resonated around the pridelands. And before long, Jax's little yowling could be heard in with the roars.

Jax suddenly stopped. With the rising of the sun, he saw a change in the blue lioness. He stood and butted her with his head. 'Lookitchoo!' He remarked with a mischievous grin.
Brooke rolled her eyes, hardly believing the youngster. 'What, Jax? Am I...' She trailed off as she peered over at Amaree. Why did the tan lion she had grown to love so much seem... smaller? Then a gasp of realization came. 'Look, Rhee! I'm grown again!' She said with a delighted giggle.

He nodded at Dashira's words, and turned to look at Rell. The Dark Prince had trouble breathing when he saw the King blazened with the rising suns color. Oh he was magnificent.
Dusk purple eyes lingered on the Crimson King's form, while he listened to the roars. Different from his families way. His father would sit silently by the lakeside and watch the sun rise. What he did while sitting there, he didn't know.

Rellick smiled and laughed at Areli, shaking his mane out. He gave a stretch and yawned. "Back home with us then?"
Jadera nodded. "I'd like to visit the others before I leave for home..."
Aseeri fluttered over to Jade and warbled something in her ear, making the pale female smile, and then fluttered back to Dashira, perching on her back.
Dashira smiled and tilted her head at the Pride, nosing Jay. "Breathe.. And I am quite sure things will work out."

Brooke stood and nosed Amaree. 'What say we meet them outside?' She suggested, a grin lighting her face. She turned and shepherded all the cubs together. 'Come on, guys. We'll give them a welcoming party, eh?'
Jax seemed to scowl at the idea of welcoming anyone, but then he seemed to realize that his 'momma' had not returned home for the night, and padded outside behind Brooke, his face dark.

Amaree laughed at Brooke and nodded. "You are grown, and what a lovely little lioness you make, m'dear." She headed out into the field with Brooke to meet the others out on the plain. "I'm sure they'll be happy to see us." She kept a sure eye on Jax, as he was a close color to the savannah and she didn't want him getting lost. "Stay close, Jax." She reminded before searching the horizon for the other lions from their pride.
