It was generally the whole thing about that yes..

and you could get some goti clips and a witch's cape? with the 0000FF complex shirt. and black stockings.

To go with what you already have. I think that would look possibly formal..

Anywho, anyone have some good suggestions on how I could dress formal? -thinkthinkthink-

a dress... yup... a formal dress of some sort. i'd go with a pretty white one with pretty sparkly sequins and that flows out quite a but, but not too much. OH! and i know the perfect way u can do your hair! dang, i wish i could describe it, but i've seen it and it looks really pretty. I geuss it was like a sort of criss cross braid pattern with the hair through part of the hair and then its really curled lots after the criss crossyness and its pretty. oooo, and of course you gotta get the cool white gloves that go all the way up your arms!
Ok, JSE, when you get this all done, you gotta take pics and send me biggrin

I have plenty more and different ideas for you if you'd like xd
