"Karver." he called out to his old king, as he pittied Knarnia's face. He couldn't leave her even if she told him to and was happy about it. "I wish to take Knarnia with me, is she so wishes to. She would be of great assistance to me." He watched Karver with his head held high, his steel orbs watching, he had remembered the day when he had ventured to Rackna's lands and his son left him and Rackna let him take Brooke as well as another lioness, he only hoped Karver would be as kind.

Karver looked over at him. "I need to talk it over with Queen Hope. My pride is less in number as you can see...we'll have to discuss things." He gave the other lion a kind smile. "We'll work something out, I promise." Karver nodded then stepped into the cave waiting on his Queen. Anya was already there settling herself down on a rocky ledge.

Adrastos moved towards Knarnia and gave her a comferting nudge. He sighed a bit as he looked back towards Karver, the Queen and Anya. He could only hope for the best.

Hope followed Karver. The pride's situation worried her. What were they going to do? Hope was not a good hunter, and she never knew where Li Na was,...now ADrastos would be leaving, and posibly taking KNarnia with him. She sighed.

Knarnia gave Anya a thanking smile, wipping the tears with her paws. She watched the purple ligeress go into the cave, disconnecting from the rest of the lions as she focused on her own thoughts. The mere thought of being separated from her friend, no, her love, seemed too much to bear. If they were indeed apart, they'd probably never meet again! But she knew the pride lacked hunters, and Li Na was here, her sissy, the one who had saved her from certain death... Future, present and past, all thoughts that had never even fluttered into Knarnia's mind and now hammered her hard. She was startled by Adrastos' nudge, but didn't move, instead feeling a deep blush reach her cheeks. "I'm just trouble, ain't I?"

"I think we should let her go." Anya said as Hope came into the cave. "I know your pride is small, but it isn't worth to seperate two lovers..that's just cruel." She stretched from her rocky perch and gave a small chuff as a yawn. "Then again, this isn't my pride, so I'll let you do what you wish, dear Uncle."
Karver nodded at her suggestion. "Do not worry. Every idea, no matter where or who it comes from, is taken into consideration. Alright, my dear Hope, what do you think?" He looked over at the pink lioness and gave a small smile. At times like these, he wished he had an Advisor...

Hope nodded, "I agree with Anya. Even though we are a small pride,...we can find ways to make do,..." She gave a soft smile.

"Trouble, to whom? You aren't any trouble." he let out a small bit of laughter as she blushed, and then started trying to get her to brighten up a bit, no matter what they decided. He hated to see her like this or anyone like this.

He gave a silent nod then came out into the open. The sun radiated off of his pelt as he chuffed. "Adrastos...Knarnia, Anya, Queen Hope, and I have come to our decision..." He let the news sink in as he settled himself on his haunches. "For good or for worse, I hope you both will be happy with the choice we have made..and I hope you two will be good to eachother in your lifetimes. Adrastos, be a good King and rule fairly. Knarnia, help King Adrastos in his decisions and give him ideas when need be..do I make myself clear you two?"

Knarnia smiled lightly for a moment, before it disappeared again. Uncharacteristically, her tail laid limp behind her, not swirling around as it was usual. "Well... You should have told me you were leaving in the first place! At least it wouldn't be so much of a surprise... I mean, I knew you'd be a king some day, just not so soon..." she said, her voice tone raising slightly before going back to a whisper. "... and not with leaving me behind... I wanna be with you..."
Knarnia's moment was broken as Karver came out with a decision. She was ready for the worse, so it was with unparalelled joy she recieved the decision. She blinked once, blinked twice, before a huge grin grew. "Thank you King Karver, thank you thank you thank you!" It was as if she was a child again, almost unable to sit down with such a rush of energy that was running through her.

((I'm taking control of Li Na at the moment))
The fire-colored lioness pushed her way through the undergrowth. There was a adult warthog draped across her back, the throat slashed open. Where Aoi was a lame huntress, Ilice more then made up for the others lack. The dark-side ignored the others for a moment to lay the carcass on the ground.
"You are leaving?" Red and blue eyes darted between Adrastos and Knarnia. She remembered the young lioness from when Aoi saved the cub. What a waste of time...

Adrastos smiled happily as his whole body seemed to shut-off when he was announcing the decesion, "Thank you Karver," he bowed respectably. "If you need anything from me, my lands are in the savanna's across the river from the lands of Rackna. I've already ventured out so I know where I'm going." he chuckled a bit. The only lions he knew in the pride was the King, Queen and Knarnia. He had only seen Anya and heard of her so his good-byes were over. "I'm ready when you are Knarnia." he smiled pleasently and charmingly.

Knarnia didn't percieve she was talking to Ilice, never having discover she even had a split personality. She had thanked Karver, bowed to the other lionesses, and now it was the last member she had to say goodbye to. "Yes sissy, I am. Thanks for all you taught me, even if you disappeared from time to time. Guess it's my time now..." She stepped forward and nudged Li Na sweetly, like she had done when they had first met.

"Hmph..." Ilice turned her head away. Such sweetness disgusted her. "Don't die out there." Turning away she leapt onto a ledge.
"Food." She announced to the Queen before curling up and pretending to sleep.

"Don't worry, I won't." Knarnia said, not minding the roughness. After all, she was always that way, Knarnia didn't expect her to change... Turning away with a smile, she walked up to Adrastos, her eyes shinning with happiness. "Sorry to keep you waiting. Let's go then!"
