I have nothing nice in responce to say, Umme.
Gwin gave a bit of an off-handed snort at being the second into the hole.
"Leah, have you ever seen this on the map?" she asked, and then thought a bit more. True, the Rogues had their own map, but why put the name to no use when they could steal Potter's?
No, she had never seen this trap-door before, and it looked as dirty as... Well, an abandoned tunnel. Gwin felt the hair on the back of her neck starting to raise. Was someone watching them? Or was it just thrill?
She looked up from the bottom, along-side Kaylin.
"A giant mole indeed-" she tapped her chin mockingly. "I don't really care! Leah, Nadia- Get your little mischiveous arses down here!" she hissed.
You never knew who might be watching.
(She also lit her wand-tip.)

Leah shook her head as she too, lit her wand and dropped into the hole, raising a small cloud of dust. "No, I-" Sneeze. "Haven't seen it before. Coming Nadia?"

Nadia looked down the hall and lit her wand. She followed Leah, but soon turned around. She whispered the S.E.P spell and then followed Leah. Nadia turned and looked at the the walls with roots hanging from them as if they belived themselves to be Christmas decorations. "So where does this lead to?" She looked above her now. The ceiling was covered with roots as well. Except every time you bumped into one, dirt would sprinkle your head. Nadia didn't mind dirt so she stood upright as she walked through the tunnel.

"Gee, Nadia- We have no clue!" Gwin said rather exasperatedly. She suddenly stopped.
"Hold up- Smell wall." Gwin sniffed quietly, in a circle, around the walls of the underground passageway.
"Smells like Hogwarts... We aren't outside yet.... But where in Merlin's do we have trees in the school?" she pointed to the roots.

"I don't know, Gwin." Leah said, leaning closer to the root-covered wall and peering at it intently, holding her wand close. "Magnifia." She whispered, and her wand tip flickered brighter. There appeared to be some type of rune-like designs written on the roots. Leah leaned so close her nose was almost touching the plant, but then started to feel a small tickle in her nose. She tried to ignore it....but couldn't. "Ah...ah..AHCHOO!!" She sneezed explosively, actually flying backwards into the opposite wall, which oddly enough, was springy and bounced her back. She then fell face first onto the floor, completely winded.
All at once, the walls of the tunnel began to move, closing in until the four girls were surrounded completely, with no way of escape. The hole they had dropped in from had oddly disapeared, and as the small tunnel, no, now room started to move, the girls got the feeling that they were moving downwards. The room dropped faster and faster, until it finally stopped with a jolt at what must be the bottom. A doorway opened, leading into what appeared to be a maze.

Kailyn closed her eyes tightly as the room rushed downward. The feeling was not a nice one, and she was extremely grateful when they stopped falling. At the sight of the maze though, she groaned. "Not a maze!" She said, throwing her hands up, as if appealing to high heaven. "Anything but a maze! I am so tronkin' sick of mazes!"

[Tronkin'? Sweet....]
Gwin bumped to a particularly lumpy part of the floor.
"Ouch!" she meowed. She sounded much like a cat.
"A maze? Are you sure? I mean-" she took a deep breath, and smiled deviously.
"Cool, we skip HoM for THIS!" she said grandly. And without another word, brushed off her seat with little formality, and heaved Leah up from the floor.
"Bet those Marauders don't even know about this one-" Gwin commented. She stepped forward with her wand extended and gasped slightly.
"This ain't so cool..." she whispered. All around at the enterance of the maze, were small animal bones and such. She knelt down to examine the bones.
"That's odd," she murmered, "The bones end right... Here." she looked up. It was the threshold in. She reached out, and was thrown back by a shield. Rhea flew from her pocket and stuck in the middle of the sheild, now clear to the eye. It was a misty purple and had strange writing on it.
"What the...?"
Gwin stepped forward and examined the writing.
"It's not English, but, I can read it..." she murmered. Gwin turned back to the Rogues.

Nadia studied the writing with a hint of awe. "I can't make it out. I think it might be in..." She leaned closer to the writing. She stood up and turned to Gwin. "I-I don't know what it is. I've never seen this type of writting before on my life."

At that moment, James tripped and fell in a hole. Not a normal hole - It was the kind of hole that popped up suddenly, with no warning what so ever. The kind of hole you couldn't see until you'd stepped in it. A very bothersome hole, indeed. The hole decided to also move under Sirius, too. (lapair, this okay?) He fell, and both he and James landed in a small room, underground. There were roots covering the walls, and a small passageway leading out into a maze. The hole then moved off and went in search of Remus, for Remus was necessary to complete the castle's fun......
(OCC: We're just trying to pull you back in, lapair. Get the plot moving. This okay?)

Sirius didn't say anything for a long time. His feet continued to stumble over irregularities in the path (there was a path, wasn't there?) and he felt the ugly roots that grew between the bricks of the passage walls. They smelled like old potatoes, Sirius realized with distaste. And then, finally, "Prongs, where are we?"

James made a sound of frustrtation as he looked up for the hole that they had dropped through. It of course, wasn't there. It had gone off in search of other key victims. "I don't know Padfoot, but I do know this WASN'T on our map!" He said, quite peeved. "I mean, you'd think we couldn't miss a appearently large system of tunnels underneath the school, right?"

Meanwhile, the hole had found Remus and dropped him in another section, and also Peter, who had been nosing around somewhere. The hole then stopped quite expectantly in front of Severus Snape. It even widened a bit, for ease of jumping in! It was obvious that it wanted to be jumped into....

Leah shook herself like a dog. "What does it say, Sis? Is it a warning that this dirt is....dirtier than normal? 'Cause it is." She said, perfectly serious. "Not normal, I mean." Leah added hastily, finally realizing what she had said.

"Don't be thick, of course not," snapped Sirius, "I'm only asking if we could keep walking till we're under the grounds and dig ourselves out," he answered, lighting his wand tip wordlessly and moving the bright, sweeping beam of his wand in front of the two. "Hello?" he called into the tunnel. "Anyone here?"

Gwin didn't mind her sister's comment. She leaned closer, pushing her braided hair from her face. She peered at the force-feild, a hazy, spider-webbing violet, and the small silver writing.
" Enter now- loose yourself. Find alone and seek to be found.
The night and day is in the maze, the finding items are yours to display. Enemy's friend is found in life. Friend's enemies united they stand.
Lost are the four founders, makers of this home. Found are the students who here have loamed. They seek their own, a spark in the light. But together they find, nothing but fright.
Enter now- Envoy is near, gather 'round, listening ear."
Gwin muttered under her breath.
She turned to the rest of the Rogues.
"I don't get it." she said simply. She looked around a bit, and shrugged. "I figure there's nowhere out, but through the maze." she whispered.
There was a shuffling in the darkness and sounds of male voices.
Gwin put a finger to her mouth, and pulled at her wand. It wouldn't budge.
"Sprock." she hissed.
All are not here.
The words appeared forcefully, but in a sluggish way.
Gwin glanced over her shoulder, to see why her wand wouldn't move. She hardly took notice of what it said.
"Someone's coming. Ready yourselves." she hissed.
Gwin sent her sister a worried glance.
"Rhea won't come loose- Should I change?" Gwin asked quietly.
"With HER here?" she jerked her head at Kaylin.
(The Rogues are animagi, like the Marauders?)

[ >____x;;;;; I know, I need to post as Peter. So I will... Anyone gunna play dear Lupin? heart ]
"James? ... Sirius? ... Remus? Anyone?"
Peter's miserable moans were so utterly pathetic that a few portraits covered their mouthes to hide their laughter. Even a few rude suits of armour creaked in myrth.
All because of a late start. He haden't meant to... He told himself, now rubbing his grubby hands together worriedly. He had woken up late, him being a deep sleeper/snorer. [ whee ] He found James and Sirius already eating, and tried to wade through the tides of students to his ... [OOC: Can't bring myself to say 'Friends'....] fellow Marauders. But he found himself lost of an appitite, rather over-whelmed by the feeling that he had been left out again.
Peter stayed for a few minutes, poking with little gusto. As James and Sirius loped out the door, he lept to follow them. As he stepped outside, he saw that they had disappeared. Qwite suddenly at that.
And now, here he was, making his way slowly, best he could, trying to find them.
"Guys, this isen't funny anymore..." he whimpered. Out of the corner of his eye, he thought he saw a shadow. Then, suddenly, he was falling through a tunnel. It ended abrubtly, and he rolled a bit around. (Like a confussed hobbit!)
