Maybe just...a quick nap... No, no, they were playing the Question Game. "Oh, um...yes, um...that's me. Shine." She blinked slowly, watching Mitsu move to lean on the table, wondering how she managed to do that so quickly. How much effort that must have taken... "I think...yes, that seems to be...the goal..." She was almost certain she'd figured this out, at least. "Well, I'm um...still in first year...and I'm a zombie...zombie witch, and um..." She took a small break for another yawn. "I like reading, and..." As she tried to think of other things to mention, someone was calling Mitsu's name, and she was...running to her rescue? While she wasn't entirely sure what was happening, it seemed to be an important mission. She understood the need for those, so this was excusable. "Will you be...gone...um...long...?" It seemed that way. Slumping down onto the table, she wearily watched as they moved towards the bathroom. Yes, maybe just...a quick nap...

"Not sure what is s'posed be." Frown.
"Like . . . powerful animal? Minipet? Or minipet that g-gives power?" Blink blink.

"D'you like brains?" A silly question, but a question nonetheless. And then, hearing the soft but slightly recognizable voice of a certain witch, Mort glanced at her and posed with equal eagerness, "D'you like brains?" emotion_kirakira emotion_kirakira
Brains could cheer her up, right?

She'd almost dozed off, which would have been quite a feat for a zombie that scarcely slept, when someone addressed her. Trying to blink her eyes into focus, she peered over at...oh, Mort. She stood, stretched again, and lazily tugged her chair closer to him, plopping down in it backwards so she could rest her head on its back. "Of...um, course...I like brains. All of us...zombies are...supposed to...right?" That was just the way it worked, she thought. "Hm...but...candy is better. Do you like...candy?"

"Hm... sort of. I believe it's like... the animal you think guides you. Kinda.. a guardian spirit. Or something like that. I've never really thought about it much," Shun shrugged. If he had a familiar, he supposed that would technically be his power animal. Maybe. "Brains? It isn't my preferred area to eat. I have had it once or twice though," he replied, "Are foxfire brains your favorite?"When the question was shot over at Shine, he glanced to her briefly, mildly curious of her answer.

"Supposed to methinks, but met zombie girl, Hamika, s-says likes knee caps more. Knee caps!" Mort repeated with a laugh. Granted now that he thought about it, maybe he should try it sometime . . . "Candy notsobad, but harder hurts teeth. Like meat most, yis. Bloody meat is beeeeeest."
The once tired zomboil looked quite peppy now that they were on the subject of food, surprisingly. Probably because food was a universal subject anyone could broach, and boy did a fried cockatrice sandwich sound good right then.
"Oh! Introduces, should do. Mortimer, Mort is short," he told them both. "If have guardian spirit, would be . . . mrrr . . . Wait, if undead, can't have spirit. Would make ghost, right? Ghosts r' spirits, y-yis?" Scratching, this time the head - thoughtful, not anxious. "Mrrr. Probably can't have power animal n'way, w-would eat r' something . . . But yes, foxfire brains're favorite: very chewy n' sweet. What drinks like best?" he then posed to Shun and Shine, happily turning a one on one into a conversation triangle.

Knee caps? Shine could only respond to that with a knowing laugh. There was no way that knee caps were more tasty than brains. Not that she'd tried kneecaps, but...well, that just wasn't how it worked. Definitely not. "Knee caps..." she repeated, still amused. "And um...we met, over um...the invasion from...the Christmas...but I was rainbow and...well, that's probably why you don't...um, remember me." She offered a sleepy smile. "And...I wasn't too nice and...I'm sorry for that too but...um, I'm Shine and...hi again, too, Shun." In spite of her dull exhaustion, all of this sudden clarity on everything was making her far more talkative. "Fox...fire brains?" She scrunched her nose. "But...why? They're like...um...like pillows?" It was hard to imagine even getting inside one of those things. "I don't um...think I have a favorite drink, but ah...if I had to guess...I'd think something sweet." A nod. "There...are sweet drinks...right?"

.. Knee caps? Shun wasn't even aware those were all that edible. It didn't sound all that tasty to him really. But to each their own.
"Hello again, Shine," he nodded over at the other zombie's direction.
"I prefer tea or water to drink. I'm not all that picky though," he replied, "And yes. There are many sweet drinks. Pop, juices.. among others."
Shifting, he continued to relax in his chair, feeling pretty content about all of this. He had no troubles right now, which was pretty nice.
"If you could make any wish, what would it be?"

Mitsu had dropped Freya off at the bathroom as requested and stood outside curious of the noises coming from the boil's bathroom. There was so much screaming going on now and...were those pink elephants? Somehow Mitsu wasn't frightened so much as curious about what was happening. A simple and blissful Scarentines had quickly plummeted into a chaotic mess.
"What the Jack.." She said softly red eyes peering around for the source of the madness. No matter, perhaps all would be resolved soon. What was to worry about anyway? It wasn't like people were diving into complete insanity.
Looking back to her table where Shine sat, Mitsu waved her along in an almost dismissing way. Perhaps she could mingle with the others.

It seemed the time was up on their little meet and greet though Mitsu hadn't spent much time with Shine. Oh well, it didn't really matter. Leaving Freya to her business, Mitsu made her way back over to the tables were Shun sat, her hand reaching out toward him. There was a smile to greet him though her tone was still strong.
"Come along."

Even with the session done with, Shun felt content to just sit where he was, just chilling and relaxing. Though, he didn't mind when Mitsu came back around to fetch him.
"As you wish," he said softly before taking her hand and standing on up, "Where are we going?"

There was a moment of thought while Mitsu decided where they should go. It seemed the majority of the action and people had gravitated toward the refreshments table. That seemed like a good enough destination. There she could mingle if the need arose and she could snack.
"The refreshment table looks like a fine place to start. You can feed me sausages." Because obviously Mitsu couldn't feed herself. That was criminal.
Giving her reaper's hand a light squeeze she lead him back toward where they had come from, taking in the random things in the room with little interest. It was still odd how everything was still sparkly and purple.

Interesting. Mitsu must really enjoy those sausages. Shun really hadn't had any himself, so he didn't know just how good. But the other food he tried was pretty tasty so the same could probably be the same for the sausages.
"As you wish," he repeated, not questioning why she needed to be fed instead of eating it herself. Squeezing her hand lightly, he followed her towards the food table.
