Leah bit her lip. If someone's coming...."No, don't." She winked at Kailyn, her expression kind in spite of the obvious worry in her eyes. "We'll explain later, but for now you just should note that Gwin named her wand Rhea. Kay?" She appeared to think hard for a minute, then gestured for silence. Pointing her wand at her ear, she whispered a terse 'Magnifio haeris' and listened intently.

Severus looked at the hole that had appeared in front of him. "Oh, you don't expect me to-" He started to complain to the hole, before he was abbruptly cut off by Peeves swooping in, cackling all the way. "Ooooo, The S.S. Greasy in talking to hooooolesss!" He said, doubling up with laughter. Severus simply glared, then decided to ignore him. Lighting his wand tip he bent down and tried to see in. He had made up his mind to jump, (having seen a bottom to the pit) but before he could gather himself up to jump, Peeves pushed him in, and then flew off, still cackling wildly. In fact, he only stopped to relay his trick to another ghost (Who, needless to say, was not nearly as amused. That ghost actually went and alerted a certain teacher as to the fact that there was a roaming hole swallowing people up).
Kailyn understood now that this group of girls had many more secrets than she had thought they could. Or indeed, magical prowess. Transforming, though....she would have to think about that. As the girls were silent and Leah listened, she examained the Runes on the shield. Funny, she had taken Advanced Runes, but never seen anything quite like these. And yet, they seemed rather familiar.....

(Can you be an animagi if you're a werewolf? ans are the mazes made of bushes or a giant brick wall?)
Nadia brushed herself off quickly and grabbed for her wand. She was still a bit wobbly after the fall, but soon gained back her balance. With her wand in her hand, Nadia listened for any sudden noises. She shifted her eyes all around, as if expecting something to crawl out of the walls. "How close are they?" She whispered. Nadia turned to Leah as quietly as she could. "And how many are there?"

(The maze is completely organic; huge, thick hedges like in the GoF movie. Tree roots inforce the walls too. And Allie, I don't think dear 'ol Nads should be an animagi. It wouldn't be necessary, her being a W.W.)

Leah winced with obvious pain when Nadia spoke, her hearing being greatly magnified. "I'm not sure how many, but there's at least..." She heard another thump nearby. "...At least four, maybe more. Definately male." Leah tapped her wand to her ear, and breathed a sigh of relief. Even her friend's pulses had been loud.
By this time, the maze had found Remus as well. That finishing its list, it disappeared.

OOC: Oh, I'm playing Remus, aren't I?
Remus landed on his back, rather painfully. Without getting up, he squinted to see his wand, and mumbled, "Lumos." The wand tip ignited, and he gratefully took his wand, looking around his surroundings. He heard noise, he knew that. There were very faint voices, and nearly silent steps, and they seemed to come from opposite sides of him. Was it safe to call out? Remus decided not to risk it. He got to his feet cautiously and pressed his ear to the side of the hedge with voices, and decided to intensify his hearing. There were voices, certainly, and they sounded familiar.
Sirius thought he heard something, but assumed them to be remnants of his echos. "D'you hear something?" he asked James, turning to look at his friend.

Gwin could feel her nails itching to grow, and a growl held in her throat, almost choking her. She bared her teeth fiendishly, and she croutched, ready to spring upon whoever showed their face in the black mass before them.
After a minute, she could supress a small growl of frustration no longer.
"Leah, either tell whoever it is to hurrey up, or I'm coming for them!" she hissed, fully prepared to do so.
Being held at the mercy of fear, made by another person, was killing her.

Leah knew her sister - they had a connection, after all. And Leah knew what would happen if something didn't change - heck, she felt exactly the same way.....In fact, her teeth were probably already lengthening. She took her wand and holding it ready in front of her, ran full speed at the shield. At the last possible moment, she roared "Oblivios!" with all the strength she could muster. Rhea dropped on the floor, and Leah stopped on the other side of where the shield had been, picking up Rhea and holding it out to her sister. "Girls," She said, her smile grim. "Let's hunt."

OOC: Very helpful. Now, Remus is walking towards Peter.
Remus kept walking. He had fallen a little earlier on, and he thought he might've accidentally ingested some dirt. The narrow beam of his wand continued to sweep over everything in his path. The noise that he had heard earlier was getting louder. What on earth was it? It was strange, almost a whimper. Feeling braver, he called out, "H-hello?"

Peter let out a sqeak as he heard Remus approaching.
"Moony? I-Is that you?" he managed to weep. Peter stumbled a bit throught the darkness, his watery eyes searching through the blackness.
He tripped, and fell flat into the dirt. His yelp of terror was muted by the hard ground, and the dust that enveloped his composure. (Dies!)
[Dude, Leah's on 'the other side'? Tis we to hunt over there, or wait for the others? ... Decissions, decissions.]

Remus stopped himself from rolling his eyes. He heard a loud whimper, and a thud, and de-magnified his hearing. "It's me, Wormtail. Turn your wand light on," he ordered, searching for Peter. He found him in a small weeping ball on the ground. "Are you alright?" asked Remus, knowing that it would be pointless to ask him for anything else.

Peter murmered, "Oh, right..." and lit his wand, that he held in his trembling left hand. He looked up to his friend's face and snuffled a bit, wiping a small bead of sweat that had come to his brow.
As to Remus' question, he nodded worriedly, flattening his staw-colored hair nervously. He couldn't let them see him in such a state, and 'valiently' tried to look brave.
"Y-yes. I'm fine." he flinched at the crack that had excaped in his voice.

As Remus had walked, he noticed there was a progressive decrease of noise. All except for Peter, anyway. "I think...there are more people that way," he said finally, focusing the light on the direction that he'd come from. "There's more noise, anyway. You want to go see what it is?"
