Almost ready!!!
*sprinkles powdered sugar on a funnel cake that had JUST came out of the pan. Quickly, she takes her cullinary torch and sets the flame on medium. She pulls the child safety lock...envisions herself with a welding mask and gloves, throws her head back, laughs maniaclly(sp?), and caramelizes the funnel cake. When she's done, she quickly adds more powdered sugar, and repeats the process. She then adds more powdered sugar, but doesn't caramelize it*
...I love my culinary torch...
