FO's got a bad habit of calling people little bitches if they disagree with him or point out spam.
As for Chibi, she/he (claims to be either one at random times) constantly accuses people of raping her/him when they get on her/his bad side. He/she also has a bit of a stalking habit, which is what got her/him banned some time ago. You may or may not remember the constant rape comments she/he made in Akarai's old thread (I think that's the person's name anyway)
