He looked over his shoulder and laughed, holding her down. "You think that HE can help you? Foolish girl!"
"I may be weak, but I have my weapons!" Miles said, and then fired a bullet that hit Shroduk's arm, making him yowl in pain and release Lillian finally.
"Insolent brat! Had you not done that, I would've let you live, but now you've really angered me!" He took a battle stance.
"Stand down, Shroduk." Tyler said, walking up behind Miles. Miles gasped and turned, alarmed. "We don't need him dead, and we don't WANT him dead. Yet."
Shroduk shrugged. "Fine. Your the one will the plan." He grinned. "But, can I at least knock him out?"
"Fine."

((Well, that went well. And I mean that in a sarcastic tone.
I guess until Max comes I can just post my opinions on things, which is fine b me, albeit I like role-playing more. I've just had to state my opinion on so many things in my schoolwork.))

Lillian began to get up, but was grabbed by the neck from behind by tyler when he arrived, struggling and trying to get loose to the best of her ability. she shook her head at miles, trying to get him to not worry about her and just attack tyler.

He smirked and held her close, his hand gripping her swelling breast. "Brother, if you really value this woman's life, you'll give me what I want. Otherwise, she'll end up just like our dear little sister." He grinned coldly.
Miles bit his lip; how could he leave her? But, he couldn't give up the treasures, either. He looked at her, then Tyler, and then finally Shroduk. "I...I can't."
"Vwell, it looks like I got here just in time." A voice said, and they looked over to see a coyote walking up, carrying a rapier. "A duel, young prince? For the girl's freedom." He grinned.
"Who..are you?" Tyler asked, quirking an eyebrow.
"Ah, yez. Forgive moi, for not introducing myself zooner." He took a bow. "My name is Raymond De'Coolete. And I couldn't help but notice the young lady's plight. Now zhen..." He drew his rapier. "En Garde!"

((Okay. Lillian and Miles decided that Dion was a dumb-head for not going to help, and Lillian ran on ahead, with Miles and Reia running after her. Then Lillian got caught by Shroduk, who tried to rape her. She fought back, and then Miles came up and shot him in the shoulder. Then Tyler came up, caught Lillian, and then Raymond walked over and challenged Tyler. Reia's on the sidelines, in case anyone on her side gets hurt.

lillian was dropped into the snow, coughing from having her throat nearly crushed. she looked up at the two, did tyler know this guy? "Can...somone...*cough!* explain vat ze hell is going on..."
((I think iv'e been leaving out her accent here and there in previous posts))

Tyler shrugged and pulled out his sword, smirking. "Very well, I will allow you a bit of my time. En Garde!"
Miles watched as they fought, and then knelt down to help Lillian. A sword touched his shoulder and he cringed; how could he have forgotten about Shroduk? He was forced to just watch the battle, unable to help.
Tyler was agile, but Raymond was both agile and older; thus, he had more experience then the fox. Then again, they looked about the same age. And where had Raymond come from? He matched Tyler's speed and skill easily, and soon his rapier was at Tyler's throat, with Tyler down in the snow. He growled up at him.
"Vwell. Perhaps I am not zuch a weakling after all, oui?" He sheathed his rapier and then turned to Shroduk. "Release zhem. Ze match iz won."
He cursed out loud and stepped away, sheathing his own sword. "Fine. Take them, then." He said, and then stormed over and helped Tyler out of the snow before they both stormed away. Raymond chuckled at that sight, and then turned to Lillian.
"Are you unharmed, mademoiselle?" He asked, offering her and Miles both a hand up. "You have both been injured. Iz there a doctor nearby?"
"Yes!" Reia said, running over and kneeling down to tend to their wounds. "Your name is Raymond De'Coolete, yes? Are you from the ARK?"
"Ze ark? Vwhat do you mean?" He asked, looking at her calmly. "Iz there a friend to go to?"
"We'll explain about the ARK on the way to it. Come with us?" Miles said, looking up at him. He was so tall, so regal...like his own father, back before the Kingdom was attacked.
His father...would he ever see him again? And Tila?

He smiled. "I'll take full responsiblity. True, you attacked me. But, wasn't it because of love for your people?" He turned away. "We'll be sure to rescue them from Tyler. But, not this day. This day, we return the ARK! The rest of Project Emerald must be created."
Intrigued, Raymond listened, while Reia showed enthusiasm. These people...he's heard about them in history books, but seeing them in reality was a whole other matter...

Lillian nodded, looking back to raymond "what? whats ze matter?" she asked, tilting her head. She hoped the rest of the villagers got away in time, they knew where to go out here to get home.

He smiled, shaking his head. "It iz notzing, Ms. Lillian." He looked at Miles. "Do you truly wish to take moi along to zis...ark?"
"Sure. Why not?" Miles said, grinning. "You did just help me, after all. Gerald will be glad to meet you!"
Reia nodded. "Not to mention that we need all the help we can get on it. If you're a scientist..."
"I am not quite ze scientist..." He thought a bit. "But, I have made mon own inventions at one time or anozher."
