It was far later in the day by the time Luka was satisfied. The sun was starting to set and as exhausted as he was, Connor's stomach managed to growl again, this time with considerably more volume.

Luka laughed. "Oh allright. I'll let the boy eat. Yeesh." She kissed his stomach as if apologizing to it.

"My stomach and I thank you," Connor laughed. He sat up, a bit stiff and quite tired. "What's for dinner?" He kissed Luka's forehead.

Luka smiled changed and ran off. She returned shortly with three rabbits, spat them out and changed back. "I figure you should have a taste of what you missed. It might help you be a little more...savage" She chewed on her lower lip for a moment smiling fondly at memories of earlier. "Next time you get confronted with a poor little rabbit."

Connor huffed and changed before beginning to eat the rabbits. They were... pretty good, actually. His tail began to wag as he enjoyed his supper.

Luka stretched out on the grass while Connor ate. His wolf form was so beautiful and she smiled as he ate. Once he got this whole wolf thing figured out, he would probably make an amazing pack leader some day. That would be amazing. She had to be alpha female with another wolf who had another mate once. She had gotten in the way so many times that Luka had wanted to kick her out of the pack.

Connor licked his chops when he finished eating and then trotted over to nose Luka.
"Thanks for dinner," he told her. "You're... really a wonderful mate."

Luka reached up and dug her fingers into Connor's fur. "And you're really wonderfully adorable."

Connor plopped down in front of her and rolled onto his back. She had her fingers right then. Hopefully she'd put them to use and rub his belly. Something told that it would feel great.

Luka smiled and gave Connor a good scratching. He was so soft. Eventually her arms got a little tired and she flopped back onto the grass.

Connor gazed at the darkening sky with Luka.
"This... this is great," he sighed.

"Not as great as you." Luka's back arched a little. She thanked God for her memory.

Jeff cracked an eye open and then another. He looked down at Yakov and smiled. He was so adorable when he slept.

Kat squirmed over and tried to take the sketch from his hands. She had been sketching random things from the forrest. She had a few tree's and a deer or too. But there was also a small sketch of a white wolf in the corner of the paper.

The change in Jeff's breathing rythm woke Yakov. He looked up to find Jeff's smiling face and smiled back. "What are you so happy about?"
