Living Constellation For the Christmas event I had a few ideas. At least for the murder mystery idea. Maybe they should all have to dress up in Sherlock Holmes era clothing while in groups. I liked the dance idea but Kaatje would just end up sitting out most of the time not knowing anyone. Don't worry, no matter what the event is, people will approach him. I guarantee it. XD

*lol* The murder mystery event will be a lot different from the kidnapping event. (And if no one participates in this one, I will have to *actually* murder someone.) scream
LPP, we need one Karel post and at least one Maarten post so that the RP can move again and we can move time.

Nobody tried to help at all. >_> I guess you're that unpopular, Sofie... Sofie: Why? crying Adrian: I didn't want to tell you this, but you are hideously ugly. People just tell you otherwise so you won't be sad. Sofie: gonk !!

None of the above.
I'm not joking. The main plot got seriously derailed last time, and there was bitching and moaning because the Christmas event " didn't count."

All right. Let me explain what the murder mystery event would entail. Basically, each character would be assigned a role to play out, just like in the party game, and one character would be the 'murderer'. I'd probably have to put Issac as the person 'hosting' the game, since I would already know which of the characters would be assigned as the 'murderer'. The object of the game is for the other characters to guess the identity of the murderer.
I would set out a basic crime scene for your characters to read, and four 'clue' cards that would give them more information to go off of to find out who the killer could be. Then they would go about accusing and investigating and other such things. You will be allowed to have one or possibly two of your characters join the game, but to spare me from writing hundreds of role sheets, don't bring along all of them, especially your NPCs. Your most played characters would be preferable.
It won't count for the RP if we do it right away. If anyone has any problems with that, state them outright. The reason is this: the main plot right now is too full to squeeze the event in, and it would also be hard to explain why all the characters got together/were invited to play murder mysteries. If we want it to count for the RP, we would probably have to wait for Monday evening, and as we all know it takes us months to get through ONE DAY.
If anyone doesn't want to do this event because it doesn't count, please make your objections clear before I bother compiling everything.
As for the main plot being seriously derailed, if I think this is happening, I will have to freeze the event thread. We're slow on our best days, but like I said before: the thread should NOT stand still.
