Cindy stopped once she saw Noah moving in towards her, she didn't like getting too close to the enemy. "Noah Manette?" Cindy said aloud. She wanted to get a positive ID on the man before taking any action against him. She was wondering if she should actually engage against the man as rumors have it that he is powerful, he had to be to get the bounty that he has. The only thing Cindy had on him was a fruit and she only knew the basics of it.

 "Hmmm?" responded Noah lightly looking up. Now both his hands were in his pockets and his back was slightly hunched over. He looked around, just moments before he had seen the Marine however he didn't think she was actually speaking to him, he was trying to keep a low profile.
He decided it'd be less suspicious if he simply dodged the question, he head returned to its original position and then looked at Ariana as he walked past the now stationary Marine, he jerked his head as if to say it'd be best if they left. Their boat only carried one person and he wasn't sure if either he or Ariana could take this Marine on alone. He figured neither of them would be getting away so easily but he was trying to play it off cool before things got out of hand.

Ariana kept her hand on her Katana's hilt looking up to Noah. He didn't seem up to the idea but Ariana was perfectly okay with the idea of fighting but if he didn't want her to she wouldn't. She kept her eyes on the prize not letting the fact that the Marine was still here slip her as she looked at Noah. Ariana sighed a bit knowing the Marine wouldn't just let Noah go so she waited a moment.
"well...I'm not going anywhere. Its your boat..."

Kaien slumped to the deck the cuts were deep and His eyes closed unconcious and nearing a faint light Kaien laid there. (Sorry I took so long.) Joe quited day dreaming and looked around. Suddenly, he noticed his captain. "K-Kaian? Are you okay?" He said, in shock.

As Noah walked past her Cindy's eyes practically bulged out of her head. She turned around and grabbed him by the shirt yelling out "Don't you walk away from me, you know damn well there isn't anyone but you and that other girl here. Let me repeat myself, is your name Noah Manette?"

((Sorry I'm sort of posting out of line...wait..im not even in line! >.< Oh well Imma posting anyways. >:3 ))
Tsuki placed the bottle on the floor of the ship as she walked over towards Kaien and examined his injuries. "Kaien?! Are you ok?! Er...don't worry...i'll get you out of here." She looked toward the marine and the pirates as she ran toward the helm and began to steer the boat north. She new that the last thing they needed is to be caught by the marines...but that 'Noah' guy would keep her busy enough for them to escape. "Joe! Make sure captain Kaien is alright till we get to a safer location! Got it?!" Her boat made it's way towards the north blue.

Ariana smirked sadistically wanting to laugh hearing Noah's reaction. Ariana had pretty sick thoughts going through her head at the moment but focused on the situation hearing Noah's question
"Because she wants to lose her hands sir..."
Ariana replied hand still on the hilt of her Katana

Cindy now was frustrated, she would not take this bullshit from the likes of pirates. She now had a positive ID on him, the fact that he wouldn't answer her question was enough, she would now do everything within her power to take him in. She heard the women's comment and smirked saying "I tend to lose my hands quite often." and with that said the hand she was using to hold Noah's shirt exploded. She wouldn't mess around with this man as she had seen the damage he had inflicted upon the other man, in this great pirate age rules and regulations tended to be thrown to the wind.

[Nice Ownage...By the way; in the event of a fight it's the same post order, you can respond to both our posts in your post] Noah wasn't expecting the explosion, he wasn't sure what cause it either; most likely a devil fruit user. He didn't have enough time to escape the blast however he did have some time to retaliate, using the jet dial on his right hand he forced a sun light punch in her direction. Due to the size of her hand, the explosion wasn't so large however it was brutal, in that one attack alone Noah had suffered more damaged than in his entire last fight. He was hoping the punch would connect to even the score.
He wasn't sure how strong Ariana had grown but something about her was different.

Ariana was quiet after seeing that happen to Noah. Only if Cindy knew how pissed she just made Ariana. Ariana clinched her teeth down and pulling her Katana out of the holster dropping her arm to cut loose the rope keeping Cindy's boat at the docks. The boat began to drift away and Ariana took a few steps being lost to the human eye as she performed Stealth walk not saying a word grabbing Noah ripping him out of his shirt leaving Cindy with nothing but the shirt in her hand. Ariana then appeared where she had originally stood before taking off.
