Rellick's expression softened, understanding that Brooke felt she needed to get to know this young cub, and nodded. With a soft sigh he stretched on the ground, making himself as close to eyelevel with Shey as he could manage.
"You look nothing like any lion, eh?" He smiled. "It seems to this scartlet King you look like a tan version of my own dear friend Brooke... What say you to that?"

Had it been Brooke, she would have faltered, but Shey simply raised her eyebrows, an amused smile leaking out as she looked from Rellick to Brooke and back. 'Me, look like her?' She said, her lilting smile stretching. 'You must be mistaken, sir...' She paused, a mischievous gleam in her eyes. For in truth, she could hardly see the similarities between herself and this blue lioness, but what harm could it be to play along? 'I see the speckles on her that make her look like me!' She chuckled.

OMG! *spazzes* Rellick.... and Amaree... had... I mean they now have... omg.... I can't believe it! *faints*
Amaree gently licked the cubs on the forehead and purred. They were beautiful, not exactly the spitting image of their father, but still beautiful. She looked up at Rellick and smiled. "Welcome to fatherhood." She nudged the cub and nibbled on a knot on its head.

Areli turned her head, looking at Amaree. She blinked. Woah, when did that happen? She never remembered Ree being pregnant... Oh well! Li walked over to her friend and her cubs, laying down. She nosed the tan one in the behind, smiling.

Brooke shook her head. "Whatever." She knew she sounded tired, and she was - she was tired of trying to convince people when they wouldn't believe her. She turned away, back toward the den. "Follow me back?" She turned to look over her shoulder at Rellick and Shey.
As they entered into the den, Brooke heard Shey's gentle gasp, and she looked over at Areli quizically.
"Not there, Brooke." Shey gently corrected her toward Amaree.
"Oh, wow! Cubs!" Brooke was delighted at sight of the babies. "They're so cute! Well, you better keep 'em away from Jax..." She teased, looking over at the cub who had just made his way over to his adoptive mom.

Areli looked at Jax and smiled. "Cubs. Touch them, and I will torture you with baths." she smirked, before turning back to Amaree and her kits, and looking at the little tan one. She smiled, nosing it's neck.

Rellick purred proudly, nosing Amaree's cheek and smiling down proudly. His daughters were stunning, one little femme as beautiful as her mother. The other was a pale green like his sister, or his mother.
"We will have to send word to your family, and mine.." He murmured, and turned to the rest of his pride.
Areli looked radiant, and Rellick smiled at her joy for Amaree. Brooke too looked happy, and he laughed. "Shall we roar and welcome our new members?"

Jax pouted, but for once, he did little to set anyone off.
Brooke nodded. "And Shey too?" She nudged the tan lionness forward. The teen shot her a resentful glance, but at that moment, it suddenly seemed as if Shey had finally gotten her first good look at Brooke - and they did look like sisters.

Jayvyn lay on the borders of the Pride, staring out over the grasslands. At the moment he didn't want to be near the caves. The rough tongue swept over the scar on his left leg. A remnant from his foolishness. Since the hyena attack he had become a bit more mature and wise. Didn't mean he wasn't prone to attacks of jealousy and spite however.
The now adult Aygra sat by the Den entrance. As the Pride's warrior he was responsible for the welfare of the members. Including the newborn cubs. He shook out his teal mane and kept a watchful eye on the surroundings.

Rellick smiled and walked to the entrance, bowing his head in acknowledgment of Aygra's Guarding. "Please.. Go meet the girls... I am going for a walk, and then we'll all join in a welcoming... For you as an adult, and Dolsia, and Shey's comming here.. And the cubs.."
As he turned away, his mind continued... 'But first I must find my DarkOne, and see what he is up too...
Striding down the hill and into the land, he scented for Jayvyn, and followed the pull of his heart.

Brooke watched silently as Rellick left the cave. She followed the sweep of the land with her gaze, and found the black figure in the distance that could only be Jayvyn. With a smile, she headed over toward Aygra. "Well, look who's all tall, dark and handsome now." She said with a smile, her gaze on the lion's dark teal coat. "How's guarding the den workin' out for you right now?"
Jax stared over at Aygra, blinking. He looked up at Areli. "Why's he so big alluva sudden?" He asked her sulkily. "I wannabe big like Aygra."
The suddenness hit her like a tidal wave. She was all of a sudden, and hardly with her consent, in a pride. Not that it was bad. But the finality of it all seemed so strange. She had felt dull and had floated mindlessly through everything since her mother had died and now, she was finally with another group.

Areli sighed. "Some lions go faster than others Jax. Some will be cubs for a long time, or a kit or a teen. Depends on if they are truely ready to grow yet." she said, nosing his head slightly.

"What'zat mean? I'm not truly ready to grow up yet?" He asked quizically as Areli nosed him. "But that's mean! I'm ready to grow up and be like... big!"

((Ok.. So MoonRazor left for a temp Hiatus and the Whole Pride Died like Elvis.. O.O
