Demyx squeaked happily, skittering out of the store and heading towards the food court. This was perfect really, lunch with his daddy and friends, and if all went well there'd be no fighting.
Now if only the rest of the world could be like this...

Kaleb smiled lopsidedly, but he still fidgeted a bit when he stood up. Either he didn't notice Felicia's hand, or he was too nervous to take it, but he stepped towards her and easily within reach if she was determined to catch his hand without him initiating it.
"Was there anything in particular you wanted?" the mage asked, somewhat distracted as he glanced around the food court.

"That we could." As long as Felicia kept her tongue on a leash.
"What would you like do eat?" He looked at Demyx as they neared the food court. "Anything in particilar you are, hungry, for?"

Felicia was about to answer Kaleb, when from out of the corner of her eye, she spied two coated figures. There was no time to lose. "I don't know Kaleb, lets go check out what they have...now!" She grabbed his hand and fled the immidiate area as fast as she could, running up to the counter at a chinese restaurant. Now out of breath, but safely away from Kaleb's so called 'friends', she sighed. "See anything you'd like? How about we split something?"

Demyx giggled, blinking back at Luxord.

Kaleb yelped a bit when he was grabbed and pulled away from the table, and like most emotions, he wore his confusion openly on his face. Maybe she just really wanted chinese food, but he had never heard of cravings resulting in shoulder dislocation and whiplash.
He didn't question her though, instead he glanced up at the menu. It was a shame he didn't know what half of the dishes listed were, splitting something would have been a tempting offer. He glanced to one side and happened to notice a shop selling a variety of drinks, including fruit smoothies. He smiled lopsidedly, and leaned over a bit to see if he could get a better look at their menu.

"Mmmm....perhaps Itallian." Pasta sounded good. And generally food courts had something close enough to adequete itallian.

Felicia smiled nervously. "J-just eager to get you some food!" Lamest, excuse, ever, no question there. "Eh...heh. Anyways. Is there anything over here you'd like?" She looked at Kaleb eyeing the smoothies. "Would you like a smoothie?"

Demyx eyed the food court, looking for whatever restaurant might satisfy that particular craving. Spying an Italian restaurant in the corner, the sitarist pointed with one paw while carefully holding the bags with the other.
"There's one, shall we try there?"

Kaleb may not have been the most skilled at picking up social cues, but he was as familiar with nervous behaviour as he was with his own reflection.
"I-I think I would like a smoothie," he stuttered slightly, Felicia's behaviour unconsiously triggering his own nervous tendancies. "Were you going to get chinese?" He asked, catching her eyes briefly before turning to glance around the food court. Perhaps something nearby was making her nervous.

"That seems to be our best bet." He took Demyx's empty hand and let him around the piles of people and chairs. He didnt want to loose the other Audio to anything shinny in the crowd since it as unlikly he would be able to find him again quickly.

Felicia gave a nervous chuckle. "Oh no no, I'm not sure what I want. I was hoping we could get something together and split it." She eyed the smoothie place and walked over to the counter, snagging Kaleb's hand and taking him with her. "What kind sweetie?"

 Demyx followed Luxord, still looking around at everything, but at least he wouldn't get lost now.
"Hey...daddy...isn't that him over there?"
Demyx pointed to a flash in the crowd near the smoothie place. It had looked like Felicia and Kaleb, but the crowd in the food court blocked them off so quickly it was hard to tell.

Kaleb frowned a bit as his attention was pulled back towards the counter and the menu rather than the rest of the food court. "I-I don't know," he said to Felicia, leaning forward a bit in an attempt to read the tiny list of flavours. "I-I can't quite see the list from here, maybe something with raspberry?"
He wondered briefly if it was something about eating that was making Felicia act so edgy.

He turned his head and peered over the crowd. "Yes ... i believe that is him." He could just make out what seemed to be the back of Kaleb's head though a few people's shoulders.
"Do you want to get out food first? or get them?"
