I thought that this was out of character as Vash has so obviously insisted, yet Vash is still IN CHARACTER. ...as a vice captain, he shouldn't be immune to his own rules. HAH! ...you just stated that you were engaged. o_o And in doing so, referenced yourself as the CHARACTER. And no, you haven't shot him yet, but you have swung weapons at us all, yelled at us for not obeying the rules that YOU put in place. -- ...I won't have guild members that disobey their own rules. What sort of a leader are you if you won't abide by the law you put in place! It'll spell ruin for the entire guild if even ONE person becomes bloated on their own power and goes insane. ._. Toris Lorinaitis o.o Why so uptight Lubo? xD ;; I don't think anyone is going to turn into Hitler anytime soon. (Or any other crazy leader... Caesar.. Napoleon.. etc.. ) ...because it's happened to me before, twice. << ...The first time, I became the leader of the resistance group against a vice captain that stole the guild away from the captain, who never put a halt to her rampage when he easily could have. She was in good with him, and abused her stance with the captain to wreck a string of havoc. She changed posts as she saw fit, deleted those that said foul things about her, sent assassins after the characters of those who didn't want her in power, and banned people for speaking out against her. I was a member of the crew at the time, said that this was bull, and established a second guild as an extension of the first with the united funds of my original 6 future Vice-Captains, based on checks and balances to ensure that NO ONE could seize power like that again. Rank was based on knowledge and writing skill, not favorites and begging. There was a mass migration, and the first guild fell into ruin and inactivity. The second time, she found out about our little haven through one of my vice captains, changed her user name, used my vice captain (who I trusted with my life) to be promoted to crew, and staged an attempted counter-revolution. My vice captains, 14 of them minus the traitor, quashed the whole thing with counter-intelligence and guild-wide loyalty. ...I forgave the traitor. She was banned form my guild, and has not been back since. I have since passed my little bastion of lawful peace to one of my most trusted vice captains, and it still lives on now, after 4 years of struggle. Long story short, I hate those that abuse their power and toss aside the rules, or act as if it doesn't apply to them for their own selfish reasons. I'm not in power anymore, but that urge to protect is still there. ^^; So forgive me if I act a little...err...captain-ish.

I don't want /POWER/!! I want ORDER and DISCIPLINE!! D< If I /wanted/ my own guild, I would have /made/ one! One called... Supreme Switzerlands Realm of Wealth and Prosperity... e.e Or something. Damn such a long speech too. o_o; It was a long, complicated story. I left out a lot of parts to shorten it too. ._.; And Switz, dear Switz, you're missing the point. Its not about whether you want a guild of your own, but abusing your lofty power for your own gains. THAT is what I don't want. ...and that is what I would do anything to stop. (Bless it, I'm giving away my nationality with all this business of hating power hungry people! XD)
