Strangely enough Ryan's cheeks felt heated. Was he... blushing? Blushing at what? Thankfully the affect from the sprigs of mistletoe was small and he did not feel compelled to hug, kiss, or make out with anyone or anything, but it he didn't hit anything either. Whoops.
He would try harder next time, when he wasn't feeling drained of energy after fighting that Santa from hell.

Something burnt his skin he could feel it as it hit. He let out a cry and then melted down into the ground with a small whimper of, "Not fair," as he just curled up feeling a bit too hurt to continue on. Going after all those wayward sculptures and then the sudden laser show? He was done. He didn't want to play anymore. Yom desummoned quietly without fanfare.
Despite the joy he felt he also felt absolute sulkiness and a desire to nap.
He had so much more love to give. So unfair. So cruel.

Gale promptly turned an even brighter shade of red.
Bix could not know about his secret girl crush by any means.
"KINDLY GO AWAY," he said loudly.
Then stuffed more snow down Bix's shirt.

Bix obviously didn't even think that Gale had a girlcrush. He just figured the red face was due to the mistletoe or the chill in the air, or whatever. Or maybe just cause Bix loved to bother Gale by making kissy faces at him. Of course now he was rolling in the snow, laughing hysterically and having snow shoved into his shirt. "I love you too broooooo!" He should probably be attacking the evil robot but it wasn't happening right now.

Okay, Wilson had to admit the lasers were pretty cool—except one shot him and managed to sizzle his arm. He gawked as he flailed his arm. “H-Hey!” If that wasn’t unpleasant enough, Dr. H even threw a bomb into the air, which released a shower of mistletoe. Confused, he held out a hand to catch some of the mistletoe—miserably failing because of his summoned weapon—but otherwise he didn’t feel all that different. Was that supposed to do something?

He stared at the falling mistletoe for a few more moments before he shook his head and ran toward the Santanator. Wilson smacked the sculpture with his cannons. It was a pretty solid hit, but those darn flames made it so difficult to deal real damage. T:

Tori quickly gotten back to her feet when the attack from Santanator had hit her in the leg and it really did sting. She did watch as Aria used her flames to coat the Santanator in ice and found it impressive, but why help it when it wanted to destroy Christmas and the presents, Tori just couldn't figure out.
Now she was even more confused to when the mistletoe bomb went off as it was very attractive, but she had other things on her mind like kill that Santanator. Than to figure out the significance of what the mistletoe had to do with Christmas.

Readjusting her grip on her weapon and making sure that this time she didn't lose her grip on the chain were she could trip over it. Tori was still thinking about the mistletoe as she charged at the Satanator that she total missed that there were holes that she needed to avoid to hit the snow creature and fell right into one of them, as all she wanted to do was to save those presents.

The battlefield was chaos.. but it was JOYOUS chaos! Everyone was running around kind of happily and playing in the snow and Reine suddenly really wanted cookies (of the non-joy variety, or maybe even the joy variety, they were all cookies in the end, right?) and a nice mug of hot chocolate.
Maybe if they beat this thing faster, they could go back inside and continue partying or something? Maybe there would be PRESENTS???? Reine went at the snowman again, managing to stab it in the eye. Or something.
