King of the Colliseum Quest: [1/12] Volpeo Fenris v.s. Gigantos
No, I like your idea actually. I'm down with it. The arc probably won't be over for a while. We can do it whenever you're good for it, but my posting will be a little slow
Gigantos Difficulty: Easy
The Gigantos roared angrily as its attacks continued to fail. It faced Volpeo and raised one of its hands. But this time instead of swinging or balling up its fist, the creature opened the palm of its hand and held it forward towards Volpeo as if making a "stop" motion. However, it would immediately be obvious that the center of the Gigantos's palm was hollow. A long tube extended inwards from its palm and seemed to go all the way down its arm. Suddenly, a large yellow glow appeared deep within the tube. The glow grew brighter and brighter until it literally exploded outwards from the tube, a yellow ball of rocketing energy that came in a massive wave towards the kitsune.

King of the Colliseum Quest: [1/12] Volpeo Fenris v.s. Gigantos
Well that would be up to you. Should we have it here? or should we put it like a mission or something?
"Woaahh!!" Volpeo just felt like a truck ran through him. Ramming his body against the wall, he clearly did not expected Gigantos to have an ace under the iron glove. Not to mention the pain he found himself in as he felt as if all the air in his lungs was kicked out in a single blow. "That.. was..not..v-ery nice..." He replies while trying to get a hold of himself after the hit. Of course, being used to battle he was going to be able to shook that off, however even that, granting a free hit by lowering his guard had a price he had to pay. And now his body would have to deal with it for the time being. "I must said you impressed me. I didn't expect you to pull of a sneaky trick on me."
King of the Colliseum Quest: [1/12] Volpeo Fenris v.s. Gigantos
Gigantos Difficulty: Easy
The Gigantos paused momentarily as its attack seemed to land. It let out a roar of triumph, seeming slightly more confident now that it had clearly damaged Volpeo. It lowered its hand and thundered forward again, attempting to punch straight into the ground from above. The little fox was definitely able to take some punishment, but the beast didn't mind. In fact, it was unclear whether or not the beast was even capable of understanding what was going on.
[[Well, not in the Special Arena. I mean, I'm not 100% sure where you want to go with this. Do you want to make a mission for it? It's your idea so I'm not sure what you're up for. Also, sorry for the short posts; it's hard to write longer posts with a monster that has no intelligence/personality sweatdrop ]]

King of the Colliseum Quest: [1/12] Volpeo Fenris v.s. Gigantos
Nah, it's my bad, I over extended. Volpeo is not that weak he would usually hang around the medium - hard tier. But I wanted to test him around here first since I don't want him to run op like on people. Just trying to aknowledge the foe's strengths and such.
On regarding my other quest. Well I really don't know. The objective would be to create a bond between Carmen and Melani. As a pair who had gone through alot and that would support one another. You know, giving Melani some friends. Right now she has Illo, but back then she didn't mostly since she couldn't hang around Texas and Mirai alot. So I thought about Closing her grief upon the lost of her previous mister with the support of Carmen. if that's okay with you >.>
Volpeo had to get his second wind. But shortly after his first gasps for air, the beast was already charging against him. Having no time to chat with the opponent. He evaded the hit the last second. Using the explosion of the impact to propel himself away to have at least some extra time. Rolling on the floor before landing face up on the arena. Breathing heavily for a few seconds before jumping onto his feet. "That.....wasn't... very nice of you.." Sentenced Volpeo closing both fists as he assumed a fighter stance. This time, he was going in.
This one's about to feel like Christmas in July, if you know what I'm sayin'. lol You can't tell me you're surprised.
CHALLENGE: Illo Vs. Carmen
My ground rules: Illo is going solo, and he'll try not to go past 5% if he can help it. Of course, the tide of battle could sway that.

King of the Colliseum Quest: [1/12] Volpeo Fenris v.s. Gigantos
Sure, if you create the mission I'm down for it
Gigantos Difficulty: Easy
The Gigantos didn't let up its attack, coming for Volpeo once again. But this time it stopped a good distance away. Then it clenched its fists together again much like the time it had attempted to smash Volpeo into the ground. Although this time Volpeo was no where near in range. Still, the beast brought its fists down like a hammer into the ground. The entire ground shook as its fists hit. But the ground didn't stop shaking even after it should have. Suddenly, the ground beneath Volpeo exploded with extreme force, shooting out a spike of solid rock in an attempt to run him straight through.
The kitsune would tilt his head aside in confusion, observing the beast trying to smash the ground bellow itself with no apparent target. "Oh my, that face on the wall thing has pulled some of your engi-" Unable to finish, volpeo was darted off the ground by a sudden explosion bellow him which caught him off guard. "W-ooaah!." Trying his best to get some balance he quickly pursued Gigantos with his sight not wanting to be punished even further because of his previous mistake. Volpeo would proceed to invoke the anciend power of the tree. Surrounding himself with 4 beautifully bursted flames. each one, similar in appearance of a small soul, would glitter with a white bright as they danced like will-o-wisps around Volpeo. Consuming one of them to bust himself out of range and descend with a drop kick against the beast itself. "You've shown me how careless I am in battle, for that I thank you my friend." Explained the kitsune as the friction against the air would create a bursting aura against his feet as it clashed with flaring strenght against the beast. With intense heat that would melt through steel.

Illo v.s. Carmen Laurell
Carmen Laruell is a hard character; Illo's going to have to go waaaaaay past 5% of his power if he wants to defeat her solo
Carmen Laurell Difficulty: Hard
Carmen walked out into the arena excitedly. "Woohoo!" She yelled happily. "Finally a challenger! Why does that Gigantos always get all the action?" She stretched her arms above her head, loosening up as she waited for her opponent with a big smile on her face. "Let's see who's brave enough to challenge me!"
Hard - These opponents are very experienced and talented fighters. They are somewhere between graduate level and Death Scythe level in strength. Unless you are a Death Scythe or otherwise extremely strong, your chances of winning one-on-one are possible, but slim. You should strongly consider bringing a partner/ally to this fight.
King of the Colliseum Quest: [1/12] Volpeo Fenris v.s. Gigantos
Gigantos Difficulty: Easy
The Gigantos roared as the kitsune attacked, burning through layers and layers of steel that covered its shoulders. The molten steel ran down its chest, burning away skin and muscle but the beast did not fall. It turned and swung its arms in a full circle as it attempted to bat Volpeo away from it like a bat to a baseball. The beast was wounded but it was still coming, showing no signs of slowing. The Gigantos was built to last, and unless Volpeo found a weak-point, last it would.

King of the Colliseum Quest: [1/12] Volpeo Fenris v.s. Gigantos
Okay, do I need a special permit or can I create it right away? I mean it's not like any of us is getting souls or stuff like that o . o
The kitsune would have no other choice but to jump off the beast as it rampaged upon the burned flesh on its chest. "Hmm weird, he's way tougher than it looks." Commented Volpeo as he was sure to at least had enough power to knock his body to the ground, but gigantos proved to be a force to be renown. The Kitsune didn't lost any second as he started his evasive maneuvers to prevent the spinning arms to harm his body trying to look for a weak point. But, what kind of weakness should a colossal beast such as gigantos would had? He already knew he couldn't use its own weight against it, at least not yet. There had to be a
Haha, then you aren't going to take the easy win? Ok, you asked for it. NO CHAINS ON ILLO. IRON PHOENIX MODE WILL HAPPEN (that didn't need to be in all caps, but oh well).

???
A cloaked man blipped into existence with his head in the sands of the arena. He looked like a shuttlecock, or a religious ostrich. After a few wiggles, he managed to yank his cranium out of the floor, and shaking the sand off his head, finally regarded Carmen Laurell.
Not the first time that's happened... He Said letting the ear sand out of his hood. I hope we will have a good match together. Illo bowed deeply with a fist and a palm held to his chest.

King of the Colliseum Quest: [1/12] Volpeo Fenris v.s. Gigantos
Gigantos Difficulty: Easy
The Gigantos shook its head from side to side as Volpeo jumped off of it. Once Volpeo had landed, the beast caught sight of him again and seemed to redouble its efforts in its attempt to kill him. It raised its arm palm outwards again as it exposed the tube within its hand. Once again the yellow energy began to glow deep within it. In several moments the glow had increased to a bright light. And once again a massive blast of yellow energy exploded from its palm and raced towards Volpeo carrying with it a heavy payload of explosive energy.
Been taken by surprise by the first attack, Volpeo had a more natural reflex on the second one, evading it by mere inches as the explosion was used by Volpeo to gain a little more distances. The kitsune Grinned as he motioned Gigantos with his index to follow after him, a simple taunt he thought it would suffice. On the mean time, the would then grab one of his flames as if expecting him to come. Before dissappearing form sight. He would use this chance to use Nocturne sound to become invisible and dash at the beast aiming at his face. Particularly attemptin to reach between the helmet an the face to the flame would create a bright explosion. It shoulndn't bee that much of a damage, but the main goal was to blind him and provoke the beast to make stupid plays he could capitalize to punish him for it and seek for a weak point. Otherwise it might take him forever trying to find a blind spot on gigantos once he had laid eyes on you. Perhaps a second air attack using the explosions he generates with his fists... but that should be thought thoroughly as the next attack he'll try, depending on the success rate of this first move.
