Yuki glared at Alex. "You won't let me leave, but you are going to go and risk your life for what? There is no reason for you to go there at all. Let alone for you to go alone!"

Drakul whimpered softly.
He didn't want Alex to leave, afraid something would happen to him, or them while he was gone.
"I really don't think that's a good idea.."
He walked over and hugged Alex, shaking slightly.
He looked back at Yuki, sighing.
"I really don't think either of you should leave, actually..
Especially you, Yuki."
He sat on the bed, clutching his knees to his chest, biting his wrist, already knowing he'd be yelled at for doing so.

Alex grabbed Drakul's wrist and growled at him. "Well, do you just want to sit here and rot then? While the world is moving on the three of us will sit in this barren wasteland and do nothing with ourselves."

"Especially me? What is that supposed to mean...?" Yuki asked frowning.
Was he not good enough to travel. His father would most likely be at the army base. Not that he really wanted to see his father... Maybe for once his father would help him.

Drakul looked up, his head tilted to the opposite side from before.
"Does that mean we're allowed to come with you?"
He smiled softly as he stood up, stretching .
He turned back to look at Yuki.
"Oh, well..
If anything happened to Alex, and you left, then all of us would be alone somewhere.
At least there'd be two people left if anything happened to one of us."
He yawned, cracking his knuckles as he sat back down.
"So..
What's our plan now?"
He was still smiling, looking cheerful in a slightly creepy way.

"We aren't doing anything right now." He looked at Drakul. "You need to get your headaches worked out before we leave. I can't have you passing out. We'll talk about it more tomorrow." Alex walked out of the bedroom.

"Aw, fine..
I don't know what I can do about them, though..
They just seem to come and go, like right now."
He laid down on the bed, looking towards Yuki.
"Why do you want to be alone so much?
Aren't you ever lonely?"
He flipped over onto his stomach, sleepily looking at him.

Yuki shook his head. "I'm used to being alone. It is easier. No one can hurt you if you're alone." He drew his knees up to his chest and rested his chin on them. He looked up at Drakul. "There is no pain if no one is there to cause it."

"I'm used to being alone too, but I do like being around people, like you and Alex.
Besides, you don't always need others to cause yourself pain.
Unless you aren't someone, you too can cause your own pain."
He looked down at his wrist, blood dried around it now.
He started to close his eyes, but stopped abruptly, trying to stay awake.
"Ooh..
This isn't good."
He yawned, still smiling as his eyelids began to slowly droop again.

"At least I can control when I hurt myself. I control the pain. I can't control what other people do to me. I'd rather hurt myself than have someone else hurt me." He saw Drakul was starting to fall asleep. "Sleep..."

"Heh, that's true, too."
His eyes closed fully as he yawned again, a slight smile still on his face.
"I'd really rather not sleep, though..
I don't want to go into a coma like I almost did before, but I can't stay awake..
Just, wake me if it looks like I've gone into too deep of a sleep, okay..?"
Drakul rest his head against his hands, drifting back into sleep, hoping nothing bad would happen.
