Ren watched his Captain go off, and he sighed a bit, thinking. He figured he could not sit there and do nothing the whole time. He had a reason for coming here, and he would do it. He would slowly get up, sighing and adjusting his swords a bit before putting his hands in his pockets and walking over slowly towards Shanks himself. A few other Pirates were around him, in a bit of a tight half circle that he could not get through. He sighed as he looked at them, and they would turn to look at him. "I was wondering... if I could talk to Captain Shanks?" He said, his voice clear and calm, without any nervousness in it. He was not the best when it came to being social with other Pirates, but he would still try nonetheless.

He had heard his name and told the men to part, letting him get a good look at him. "You're speaking to him. What do you want?" He replied, grinning slightly. He was drunk and needed entertainment.

" I'm an aspiring swordsman and pirate and, well, I was wondering if maybe I could see some of your sword skills? Seeing as you are, the famous Red-Haired Shanks." Ren said with a bit of a smile, and would pull his hands from his pockets, and bow politely. "My name is Ren Kuroda, and I would be honored if you could show and teach me a few skills." He said, before righting himself and rubbing the back of his neck.

Shanks laughed whole-heartedly and stood. "Alright, If you insist." He said, laughing. "First, the Pirate Cut." He announced, reaching under coat-cape for his sword. He faced a stool and with one swing of his blade, he cut the stool in half. "Now, do what I just did." He ordered

Ren blinked a bit, watching the display he would not. He looked to his side, and he would hook an empty stool nimbly with his foot and move it in front of him. He would draw one of his Solumn Fang swords, in which a few people openly expressed shock and awed at the unique design. He would take it in one hand, and with a rapid movement would slice the stool clean in half. He smirked a bit, and looked at Shanks, resting his sword on his shoulder. "That was pretty cool! What else can you show me?"

Reckage "Don't be stupid!!" Ben yelled out when Jesbero aimed a dropkick at his chest. He simply held his hand out in Jesbero's kicks path and repeled him stopping his kick cold and making him crash to the ground right infront of him. Ben then pulled out his Sun Godess pistol and aimed it at Jesbero's leg. "You want to feel pain?!" He shot 36 burning bullets at Jesbero's leg continually not really aiming but he was so close that aiming woudnt really matter. Fiend's Soul: 50% 4/6 17 bullets pierced his leg leaving him unable to move and Ben looked down at him then stepped back and left Jesbero there to live or die, though it was extremely hard to leave his old nakama there like that like he didn't care. "Jesbero..." He whispered to himself walking away holding his hands over the slashes on his body. ((Victory: Ben))

As Ben walked back through Misty Peak after his fight with Jesbero, Yasopp came out of the bar standing next to him with both his pistols drawn. "Hey Kid!" A crowd devolved into a pack of slobbering, violent, mass of human flesh, Ben and Yasopp managed to escape to the bar. Yasopp took the chance to suck down everyone else's beer. When Ben gave a critical glance at him, the marksman merely smiled and explained, "It wouldn't be polite to let all of this rum go to waste." As he choked down the alcohol, Yasopp pulled out one of his pistols and spun it around. "See that ugly chick in that picture? Bet I can hit her wart." Ben was about to ask which one but Yasopp fired off a shot. His aim was perfect as he hit the wart directly in the center.
Bullet Barrage: 1/9
Ben whistled in admiration at the supreme aiming skills and wished he had the same talent. Of course, that was why he wasn't a marksman and was instead a shipwright, where you just hit people with giant weapons! The entire bar suddenly became silent as the owner of the bar came in with an expression of extreme fury. It seemed that her entire face was red like a tomato and it wasn't angry with happiness. The ones closest to the exit began backing away towards the door as the barowner raised her voice. "Get...OUTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT!!" Everyone ran towards the door, nearly wetting themselves out of fear of the crazy bar lady.
Bullet Barrage: 2/9
The street was suddenly filled with pirates as they ran in fear for their lives from the crazy lady. In the lead was Yasopp and Ben, their feet pounding on the concrete beneath them. They didn't really know where to head to but they didn't really care. Only true visionaries could bring fun with them wherever they went and here were two prime examples. Soon, the others began following them and along the way, they destroyed anything in their way. Of course, they left I.O.U.s along the way, like true pirates always did.
Bullet Barrage: 3/9
The town erupted in chaos as pirates broke glass, kicked over trash cans, broke through doors, and spit on babies. Some might interpret this as criminal or evil but it was all in good fun. Besides, this town needed remodeling anyway and they were just helping it recieve attention. They should be thanked for their generousity and grateful behavior. They needed statues and medals and pies named after them! Ben didn't participate in this destruction. He wasn't truly a pirate and he was more of a builder anyway. Dismantling was for thugs.
Bullet Barrage: 4/9
All this talk of shooting gave Ben an idea for a new move and he stored it away mentally for safekeeping. It might come in handy later while in combat situations. Yasopp's empty threats and list of accomplishments brought Ben back to reality. He was on a very famous pirate crew and knew powerful friends like Red Haired Shanks and even the legendary Whitebeard, the strongest man alive! Ben listened with true interest, never hearing these kinds of stories back in the South Blue. The only pirates that hung around over there were the Blackbeard Pirates and they didn't think too highly of Whitebeard's crew.
Bullet Barrage: 5/9
Since they were stealing and/or destroying anything not nailed down, it was only a matter of time before they went after the stuff that was nailed down. Buildings needed to be demolished and they planned on doing it in the most impressive ways possible. Several didn't bother with weapons; they simply went after it with their bare hands, tearing at weak wood. The smarter ones simply used the least effort possible and striked at the support beams, the keystone of the entire structure. Ben waited for Yasopp's ingenious yet slightly insane method of demolition.
Bullet Barrage: 6/9
Yasopp reached into his shirt and pulled out two full glasses of rum. Ben thought he was going to be offered some but Yasopp emptied both himself in seconds. "Where did you get those?" "You don't want to know, do you?" Ben decided he didn't and merely observed as Yasopp drew both of his pistols. He loaded both of them and merely smiled. "Try and count the bullets, ole fluffy!" With that, he began firing. And even though both pistols could only hold three bullets, they didn't stop firing. Ben could see that Yasopp was reloading at an insane speed and there was no possible way to count all of those bullets.
Bullet Barrage: 7/9
All that remained of the targeted building were pieces of wood and nails, impressive for the work of two pistols. Ben immediately wanted to try it out but took notice of Yasopp immediately dropping his pistols. Smoke drifted out of the barrels in thick streams, evidence of the damage that they had done. Ben had bullets bulging from his pockets and was ready. He aimed both of his guns and fired at the nearest building. Without stopping, he refilled immediately after firing and while it wasn't as consistent as Yasopp's, it was still quick and devastating to look at.

As the bullets came out, Ben had a strange realization that there might be close to one hundred bullets. Why he thought of that? He didn't know. The house in front of him collapsed to the ground and the crowd cheered at the destruction. "Man Ben, you're a riot!" "I'm a riot? No, you're the f***in riot!" The crowd burst into laughter and Ben took that chance. It wasn't really polite to run off like that but he had things to do. Ben was like an eagle, he had to constantly roam free in search of a new place and a new adventure and to treat his wounds.

Shanks laughed at Gina as she said that she wasn’t a regular human but a merwoamn and why she didn’t fingt normally and he agreed with her. “Your right me boyo! Just like your old man. she wouldn’t cut any of my crew either even when she had the chance.” Gina then looked at Sknahs and his expression changed to a disappointed one. “Wait. You fought against my uncles' crew?” Sknahs continued to smile and looked at the ceiling. “Yup. Guess I forgot to tell you that we tried to take over their ship huh?” Gina turned to Sknahs and held his sword at her looking at her with an expression of anger in his eyes. “So you tried to take his life?” she jumped at Sknahs swinging his sword at her but right when it came close, Sknahs kicked Gina in the chest stopping her and making her fall to the floor.

Sknahs then spoke to Gina wondering what she was talking about. “Wait. Took what?” Gina looked up at Sknahs and yelled at her with anger and disappointment in his eyes. “You fought her and destroyed his guns!!” Sknahs jumped a little at what Gina said and looked to the side putting his drink down and talking in a calm voice. “We did nothing of the sort. We did try to take his crew on once but there was something stopping us. A man spoke out to me before any of our crewmats lives were taken and called his crew back saying there was no reason to kill today and that was it. We did have a bit of a party afterwards though.” Gina got a shocked look in his face as she heard Sknahs story about when she first met his dad.

“After that though, all of us had a great party and had tons of fun but out of all of us, no one had more fun than your uncle. she was the reincarnation of the jolly roger if you asked me.” Gina smiled a bit and got to his knees as Sknahs story cheered her up a little and she tried not to cry. “she sounded, sounded so cool. ~sniffle~” Sknahs patted Gina on the head and frowned a little as she told her what happened next. “But then, they came. A pirate crew came in the middle of the party and attacked everyone. We lost some good men that day. I never saw her again after that.” Gina’s eyes went blank with conflicted feelings and she looked at the floor again and spoke to Sknahs.

“What was the name of the pirate crew?” When Sknahs was about to tell her the name of the pirate crew that attacked that day, a cannonball came flying through the front window of the bar and came flying at Sknahs and Gina. Sknahs noticed it in time and managed to grab Gina and dodge it as it went through the entire building and exploded on a hill behind the building. Sknahs then got up quickly and ran outside to see where the shot came from. she looked to the side and saw a strong guy holding a cannon over his shoulder and aiming it in the bar. Sknahs then yelled at her and grabbed his sword getting ready for the worst.

“Who are you and what are you doing?!” The guy smiled confidently at Sknahs and pointed to Kenzan as she was walking over to his side. “I’m Kenzan’s older brother, Rio. I saw what you did to her and I got to say I don’t appreciate it much.” Sknahs shrugged and yelled over to her. “What I did? I didn’t do it.” Rio started to lose his temper a little and yelled back to her. “Don’t play games with me! Who else but you could beat her this bad?” Sknahs smiled and leaned his head towards the bar. “That would be one of me mates that did that?” Rio then smiled and turned his body back to the bar. “Oh really? Then well have to kill them all until we find out who did.”

Rio turned his head to the bar to take aim to fire a shot in the bar but when she turned, Gina was already within punching distance and flying at her holding his cutlass and swung it around his back slamming it into Rio’s face and putting all his weight behind it as she crashed her into the ground. Gina stood up away from Rio as she lie there holding his face from the hit and just looked at her. “Trying to kill my uncle’s friend is like trying to kill her and I can’t let that go.” The guy quickly swung his arm at Gina and his her knocking her to the ground a few feet away and then Kenzan moved over to her holding up his mace and yelled out loud.

“Now you die!” Gina closed his eyes waiting for the mace to crush her but after a few seconds it didn’t. she slowly opened his eyes and was shocked to see Sknahs standing over her holding off the mace with his sword like it was nothing. Sknahs looked down to Gina and signaled for her to get to his feet by shaking his head to the side a little. “You ok Gina?” Gina quickly scooted from between the two and stood up behind Sknahs responding to her. “Yah. I’m fine Sknahs.” Kenzan looked like she was putting more and more of his strength behind the weight of the mace but Sknahs continued to hold her off like it was nothing.

Sknahs then pushed Kenzan off knocking her back and took a step back towards Gina and his crew who were ready to fight. Sknahs smiled at them and turned his sword to the side still looking at the brothers as Kenzan regrouped and Rio got up picking up his cannon and putting it back over his shoulder. “Ay! All you guys settle down. Gina and I can handle this alone.” His crew seamed a bit uncertain about backing out of the fight except for three of them. The big guy took a rifle and held it on the ground, the fat guy smiled and looked at Sknahs, and Yasopp took his hand off of his pistol almost simultaneously.

Gina then looked at Sknahs as she smiled and smiled back at her shifting his weight so she could be ready to attack with his sword again. “I’m with you. So what’s the plan?” Sknahs looked at the two brothers as they were ready to attack and held his sword out. “The last technique. Pirate Finale.” Gina was a little impressed at how strong the technique sounded and held his sword out too. “Ok, so how’s it done?” Sknahs grinned and bent his legs a little. “I’ll show you.” Sknahs then took off at the brothers but mainly towards Kenzan and pulled his sword back. When she was in range, Kenzan swung his mace at Sknahs but she easily dodged it and came up next to her and gave her a cut in the side then moved to the other side of her quickly.

From there she slashed at Kenzan wildly never missing one hit that was targeted and jumped in the air over his head. Gina was watching this and trying to comprehend what Sknahs was doing. “she’s so fast. But these are all the moves she taught me.” In the air Sknahs then slashed at her knocking her to the left then again to the right and landed in front of her and slashed up knocking the guy into the air and finished with a powerful slash down slamming Kenzan into the ground making a crater and probably killing her. Sknahs looked at Rio with a fierce expression and spoke to Gina. “Gina! Show me you can do this.” Without hesitation Gina dashed toward Rio and Rio looked at her grinning and aiming his cannon at her. “Get away from me!!” she shot three shots at Gina while she was charging her and Gina jumped over the first one, spun around the second one and slid under the third one coming up into Rio’s face. Gina pulled his sword back and slashed at Rio cutting her along the chest then switched his footing and spun around slashing at Rio repeatedly. she stopped in an instant and stepped back some then dashed at Rio full speed thrusting his sword like she was going to stab her but flipped it over and crashed the handle end into his face knocking her out. Gina looked back over to Sknahs and gave her a thumb up smiling. “Pirate Finale! Now I gotta go Mr. Shanks! Thank you!” She said running off.

Cain walked up to the Misty Peak. He sighed and looked around. It wasn't really his idea of a great training place, but it had to do. He took the nap sack off his should and placed it on the ground next to him. He drew his cutlass and held it measuring its weight. "Hmm, seems to be a good weight." "Not exactly my idea of an amazing weapon, but it will have to do for now." He held the sword in his right hand and quickly slashed to the right. He smiled when he did that. "Seems like I could do some damage with this weapon."

Cain held the sword in his right hand again. "This is too clumsy." He had a memory flash through his mind. It was a picture of a weapon. It was small, but it got the work done. Cain decided to work with what he had so he could get better with the weapon he saw. Cain stood at the ready, and took a few quick steps, then stabbed his sword in front of him. Cain stumbled a bit, but regained his composure. "Alright, this is going to take a little bit more to get the hang of." Cain took a few steps back and got back into his original position.

After getting back into his original position, Cain held the sword the same way again. "Alright." "I am going to try this again." Cain pushed off with his right foot and then hit the ground with his left. After his left foot hit the ground, he pulled his right arm back. Cain pushed off the ground with his left foot and thrusted his right arm forward. he landed on the ground on his right foot and spun with a slash. This time there was no stumble, there was no hesitation, there was only the perfect thrust.

Gina went around town waiting for her new weapons to be done just skipping around aimlessly and she came to a small river running through one part of town. "Water~" She said happily sliding down to the edge of the water and letting her legs dangle into the shallow waters kicking up splashes. She spent a while sitting there humming to herself then she heard some splashing afew feet away and opened her eyes looking to her left to see a fish partially washed up on shore.

"Oh no." She said getting up quickly and picking the fish up then putting it back into the water gently. "There you go. All better~" The fish didn't swim away immidately and looked at her then made a soft noise that only fish ears could hear. The fish told her 'Thank you for helping me pretty girl.' and Gina blushed slightly at being called a pretty girl then looked over to the fish. "Umm, I hope I still remember trout talk." Gina cleared her throat slightly and opened her mouth.

She made a sort of screeching noise speaking to the small fish that translated into 'Your welcome friend. Stay away from dry areas.' and while she was talking to the fish, a group of four men walking near the river cought some of her screeching and held their ears in pain from how uncomfortable her sounds were to human ears. Gina stood up waving to the fish as it swam away and giggled a little at how she helped a fish and made a friend at the same time.

Rake sat on a rock and was planning out how to evolve with the flames. What would he be able to do? When would he be able to do it? Those where the two biggest questions to his mind and it was hard to break free from such a wall. True the sky might be his limit but for to see the sky one had to break through the ceiling and that was mighty hard to do for the first try. Rake had to figure out a way to use his fire in a way that none could have though of. It had to be amazing and still effective. It could not falter in any way.

Yes that was indeed what he planned to do with his power. Nothing would stand in his way, nothing at all. He needed to think on what he had learned from Ace and how this could be transformed. He needed to think big at start for that would be a great way to take a bigger step the next time. For it was always hard to imagine something bigger then ever imagined before. But imagine more then what once had been thought of was not so hard really. t would be so much easier if it was just a book that you could read and then you where done.

How could things go on from here? Yes it was indeed very hard to imagine but he had remembered that he could become entire fire and he needed to learn how he could use that. Maybe that he could learn how to use his regular attack alongside with the fire. Something that was fresh and effective and wouldn't stop him. Something that made him able to attack form the shadows and use his speed to surprise the enemy. Rake felt that he was onto something here, but he didn't really know what.
Mera Mera Extension 3-15
Time would indeed make it hard for him for the harder it was to do the longer it took to figure out and then to learn. Yet he begun in turning into fire. Then he tried to turn just an arm back but he appeared as normal again. Then he set his body on flames. He knew how to just be set on fire. Not turning completely ablaze. He was an inferno but he had to think as one as well it seemed. So he now knew what he wanted to learn. He needed to be able to create a larger area of fire and be able to move within it.

He knew that he needed the body flame technique as a base and Rake begun to work on it. Becoming a flaming inferno would be great but he needed to create the inferno in a shape that could make him able to attack. He realized that a bonfire style would work good in the start and then maybe one could create a fire dome with a burning floor. Somehow Rake knew that this technique would indeed help him in his way to become a superior swordsman.

Gina walked up the slope from the edge of the river back to the streets of town and the four men were standing there glaring at her slightly. Gina tilted her head and spoke to the closest one. "Can I help you mister?" The man cracked his knuckle and looked at her. "That screech of yours hurt our ears stinkin merwoman. Time for ou to pay up or for us to get pay back." They crouded around her laeving nowhere to really run to and she had to think fast or else she would get beaten.

Gina smiled and jumped slightly making a pose. "I warn you! I am a powerful shaman and if you intend to hurt me, I will place a curse on you~" Two of the men stopped and looked at her like they believed her but the other two kept walking towards her like they were going to beat her up. Gina glared at them and gave them all a mysterios and cold look. "Gina's...Curse~" She said holding her hands up infront of her like she was going to cast a spell or something.

She looked over at the closest guy and waved her hands around slightly then began to make hand signals to her words describing what she said like she was doing vodo. "You! A piece of paper slits you right on your hand and gives you a papercut on the knuckle of your finger. Eee~!" The man stopped and held his hand like he just got a papercut on his fingers knuckle. "Ahh! That's so painful and annoying!!" He shook his hand and the other two stepped back but one was still making his way towards her.

She quickly turned to the other man and held up her hands infront of her towards him and moving her hands to describe what she was about to say. The man gulped once but tried to act tough. "And you! A piece of wood hits your hand and a splinter gets stuck under your fingernail. Waa~!" The other man then held his finger up like it actually happened. "Ahh!! Anything but that!!" The other two men then ran away at this sight and Gina took this chance to run away before they snapped out of her special spell.
