Turning around at a very obvious angry Zorouu. He said in a very still and even voice " I dont think it is garbage at all . In fact we have been doing good at Keeping Peace. It is the people that go out side of order and reason to take matters into there own hands. We have rules here for a reason Zorouu. . He took a few steps towards Zorouu never taking his eyes off him.

Zorouu scoffed and said ''your rules are the reason I'm going to die all because of the central 46 so justify that dam it to hell and your nothing but a tool since people don't any have any soul strength to stand up against the limitations on life you cause anymore dam it I know rules are good and all but that doesn't make them right I tutor and protect students all day all I have learned is being a leader has ups and downs but I haven't let it blind me to how wrong this place is Commander-san what is the point of me being in the academy waiting to die all because I am a noble orphan''with a serious stare of repressed sad anger. Zorouu still respected the Commander but his feelings and resolve and logic were all talking in unison.

nodding to the comment that being captain very much have its up and downs he continued saying " when you signed to be come Shinigami, you should have fully known of what was expected of you. and as such there will be death and loss. with the impending war against Hueco Mundo, the new appearance of the Quincy and the bount, and even having our Former So-Taichou leaving for unfortunate reasons. in any event there is the calm before the storm and that is now we need to be more focused on the protection of our world and the duties of what being a shinigami is. if you can not handle this task even in the condition we are in then maybe this is not the destiny for you. I understand you are of Nobility in the great houses. but that does not change your duties as a Shinigami.

Akurei yawned loudly, not bothering to hide it. He stood several yards away from the pair. "Nice speech, but I'm not that amused," he said, his eyes half closed. He could sense where the other two were easily, since he was holding back a massive amount of energy within his body. He knew how to control it, though. Just wait, you'll be surprised that I've only been waiting for the right time to unleash my Bankai, he thought. He now looked directly at the pair of shinigami. "Any Hollow that comes near me will die," he said flatly, not as a boast, but as a fact, since all of the Hollows he'd encounter died, either from direct strikes or from Hadou attacks. His new spirit needle technique had proven very effective against Hollows, and he was just waiting for the right time to use it against other beings, perhaps a Bount or two.

Really she was beginning to debate how foolish things were becoming. Soldiers who couldn't obey orders were useless and were better off powerless or dead in her book. Perhaps there was some merit to leaving the Seireitei behind. It was still hardly stable compared to what it once had been before the traitor's deflection years ago. Time was a strange thing even in two decades things had not settled but there had been massive amounts of damage. Now it was like a free for all. "I'm going to have to start killing people soon if this keeps up." Taking life did not phase her now, she had done it far too many times but that was part of her duty. Still she'd hold her position at least until death or someone was able to defeat her properly for it. Was how the standards worked to achieve the rank after all.

When someone actually walked into her she snorted a bit in annoyance, her mood certainly not the best at the moment and noted who it was. That student Kawashii. So she was up and about after her exam with Majeh? That was good but if the girl could walk into her without noticing her then she doubted she'd be able to pass her tests. There were all sorts of fluxes in reiatsu around but she really couldn't be bothered. Not as it people tended to listen to her, of course she often killed them as a result because her warnings were what came before just that. Assassins weren't known for mercy or kindness.

"Are you now? Hmm if you think so then we'll go to the training grounds." Again she didn't imagine someone without a stable control of reiatsu and the ability to do kidou could have too much future in the second division no matter how quick they were. Bakudou were often required for stronger targets that you had to restrain without a kill, though there were more brutal methods. And the girl may not have the stomach to attack to kill, had avoided such things with her. "Hope you're prepared to return to the forth, I'm not gentle." Not that she'd take off her restraints against a student, that would be just too cruel. Part of the reason her test was so harsh was because the training after and the work were not either, it was quite brutal in some cases. Especially if you had any handicaps that exposed you or weakened you.

Kawashii, as excited as ever, put a serious look within her eyes, but kept her bright and cheery smile going as she acknowledged, Hotaru's words by saying, "Hai," as she boewed her head alone. Feeling a bit tense from containing her excitement within her, Kawashii took a deep breath as her head came back up to keep her feelings from bursting out with her excited demeanor.

Feeling that she was going to have a tougher time with this test than the others, due to haveing the class with, Captain Fujiwara. Having someone that knew nearly all of her strengths, was someone to really focus on having to deal with. Even with her special reiatsu abilities, she feared that she wouldn't be able to have any kind of upper hand with surprise. Still it was really exciting to be able to be able to take her entrance tests for both of the squads that she had been interested in from the start. Unsure of which one she would want if she were to pass this one, her mind started to boggle back and forth with the pros and cons of both squads.

Heading towards the training grounds, starting with a shunpo, she was only able to make it five meters with it, and started running with great haste, as she said to herself, "The best day ever," as she made her way towards the building tops to make quicker time, since going between buildings was irritating when she was trying to get there as soon as possible.

Really there was something about the younger generation that just escaped her understanding. They were so eager to fight but that came with youth she supposed. Once she had looked forward to fighting and now it was just work. Let them really take lives, not just purify hollows and see how things changed. Was not something that was pleasant but it should change your views on conflict if you had any room for sympathy. Sparring though was enjoyable, but there wasn't any real harm meant in that.

"I'm beginning to feel a bit old.." She muttered to herself out loud as Kawashi rocketed off ahead of her. Not that she couldn't catch up but she did wonder if the girl wasn't being a bit foolish not to conserve her energy. "Oh well." Not as if she was going to tell her, when they figured things out themselves the lessons tended to stick better.

Wanting get there herself she used her own shunpo making it there with ease without even feeling anything but the pleasant burst of air that accompanied the sudden stop. Even with the bit of dust it wasn't bad. Would wait for the girl to finish her trip here while debating on which exam to give her first. At least two would be required and it might be best to try a third and if she passed two offer the possibility of time to hone her skills under herself. Up to the girl though and she could join up with Majeh if she wanted to. Not as if he was a poor choice in captain at all. Made a note to ask the girl when she arrived if she had managed to pass his test.

For the moment though she with drew a short knife from one of the under her left arm guard and began to clean her nails without looking. Was an old habit from her days back in the Special Forces, but still her eyes were keeping watch for the arrival of Kawashii.

As she was making her way to the tops of the buildings, she could feel. Hotaru's, reiatsu traveling a great distance in an instant. A look of great determination came upon her face while she admired the greatness of the Captain's strength. Knowing that if she were to raise her current skills to that of a captain with her ability right off from the start it would cause a serious stunt in her stamina. It was all a matter of knowing when she needed it most. Feeling that she had just gotten lucky with the sudden burst in power with, Majeh, she had to maintain herself better in these tests.

When she had made it to the training grounds she entered the area from above, jumping down from the buildings with a great leap that she enjoyed as the wind passed through her long brown locks of hair. Still wearing the trainee colors though, she seemed to stick out like a sore thumb in the sky as she kept her legs together, but bent at the knees as she brought them close to her chest. She made a near perfect landing on her feet as she landed on the ball of her left foot. Her hair fell behind her as a good portion of it had landed within the dirt.

Standing upright in a serious manner, she was still planning on using all of the focus she had on these tests. Wondering if they would be similar to the ones that, Majeh, had given her, she wondered about the similarities that all of the squads held. Feeling refreshed after a good landing that seemed to pump up her adrenaline levels a little, she took a deep breath so that she wouldn't crash if it were to drop.

Zorouu shunpo up to the Commander and wanted to smack him with his fist but didn't. Then with heartfelt words he said ''I don't faulter in my duties at all ever just I like to do the right thing a lot more and just what resources can I use in the academy really I cannot put the lives of the other students in jeopardy when fighting strong opponents Commander-san please reccomend me for the captain's seat of squad nine so I can be of more help to the gotei 13 and my home but that won't happen since the captains and the central 46 hate me and want my death and so do you isn't that how it is with orphans so if it has to be this way kill me right now because I am willing to die for soul society in any way shape or form but I would rather be dying as a leader to make sure people come back alive when putting my life first for others is the only thing I can live for in my life and the old commander believed in me to be squad nine captain some day like Kensei-sama but you came along and your doing a great job Commander-san and yet I have worked harder than anyone as you can see I even killed a young boy to save the rukongai district if I was a captain I might have saved the boy if I could have convinced him captains were not all power and orders but i told him squad nine was created for defense and not power he did not believe me though so killing him was my only choice so i did not faulter there did I''making a long profound speech as his eyes were filled with resentment of what he had done even though he had mercy killed the boy it still felt wrong but he had done it for the place he loved so much,Soul society. Zorouu looked at the bakkoutou he had tossed at the Commander's feet a while ago.

"That is quite the speech there young sir." Spoke a hushing voice as the owner to the presence placed her small feminine hand onto the Zorrou's shoulder. Hopefully to ease his much sensed stress and volatile amount of frustration. He must have been through much to say such things, and even so much to break a few morals to stand before the Captain Commander. Interesting, but still a bit disappointing. Still, she felt he had.. A bit of a good seed inside of him. Though not so sure about the potential to become a Captain.

"Captain's seat? Oh my! What a daring approach. Certainly you know it is a hard objective to reach. And even the Captain Commander cannot grant you all with only his consent. There is much to go through, with the certain number of witnessing and testable Captains. And the Central Forty six to deal with. A whole hoard of stickiness if you rush, no?" The boy was too determined, and even though she half understood his reasons, he still seemed to be so interesting as a subject. That same trait like the other children in the generation.

Tsk tsk tsk. He's using that sneaky method, at least he doesn't realize quite yet. Ah well, still young in soul he is. Her firm on his shoulder only tightened, but not to cause him pain, but to allow him to relax and take time to think. And hopefully, to look back at what he had just done, be it wrong or right. Her face then scrolled towards the Captain Commander, a slight bow and smile to greet before facing back to the boy. Awaiting his next action.

Not every Captain is strong.. I hope he realizes that.

Misha appeared besides Zorouu, "Easy there my friend, you don't want your emotions to get the best of you, I understand why your doing what your doing, but the how is still yet to be scene, but where as I believe you would be a strong, productive I do nominate you for the position of Captain. Commander-san, many thanks for allowing me time to deal with the personal issue that came about, So as not to become an issue, I would prefer to remain "away" from complete active duty, however I still will fulfill my obligations to you as well as my squad." Zorouu calmed down with the hand on his shoulder since it was the hand of a lady. Zorouu looked down and said ''no rush the noble house of shihoin will exectue me in 10 months if i don't reach the rank of captain soon since at my age most people become a captain or vice captain or something and Misha I'm sorry but I have done horrible things for soul society and killing that young boy took the cake if I had been a captain I could have convinced him to put down that forbidden kido book and young sir I am 22''staring at the female captain with a half red face but still tough. Zorouu could not do anything since she seemed to be nicer than the other captains he had met. Zorouu was stronger than some of the captains even in the gotei 13 not all but enough to be their equal.

"Then the Noble's must change their ways for that is no way to uphold such a terrible thing, forgive my saying if so to hurt you." She said as she smiled at him. Chuckling a little after he was red in comparison to a tomato. Scruffling his hair like a father would do to his son, she then spoke to what may make him react. "Twenty two? Indeed a big boy!" She hollered a moment before laughter, a pretty grown up age of course. Sirin herself was close to twenty six. Still, she knew his risky point. His situation is indeed understandible, but there are other ways to deal with Nobility.

Also, she then noticed another presence, not so sure if he was a Shinigami, but jolly her mood, she decided to greet him with welcome. Seeing as how he had done no harm as of yet. Another visitor hm?
"Oh, why hello there, sir."
PostPosted: Mon Mar 30, 2009 5:06 pm

Zorouu was a strange red and said ''your a strange kind of woman are you taicho-sama and I made a contract with the shihoin clan when I was adopted that I would represent them in the gotei 13 or else be replaced if i don't meet the time deadline''seeing as he could respect this captain. Zorouu had gotten bad impressions from Hotaru and others in his life that captains were nothing but power and orders. Zorouu glanced at the female captain still who made him feel stronger oddly. Zorouu was indeed a warm person but all buisness when leading except she seemed to be both. Zorouu was unsure if he could trust her though.

"Now I'm quite glad to see you 'lighten up', young sir," She said before resuming to predicted laughter. How adorable he was! A true blue toughie all right, but like heroes, they always have their softest sides. "You may call my Sirin, and what may I refer to you by? Or do you not mind me calling you 'young sir'?" Sirin questioned, raising a mother like brow. As if he was the child to be taken under. Though of course, he was indeed a grown and well minded man. Still, it didn't mean that every grown up was perfect. His comment about her being strange was nothing like uncommon. Quite frankly, she overhears that kind of thing more than she can count her fingers. Again, making her laugh, this humorous youth of a male. Very interesting.

Ten months eh? That's plenty of time for what I have in mind.
