By the way, I made a small dialogue that someone can post shortly after the ball starts to initiate the first part of the plot. :

"Oh no!"

A wide eyed Dessert lets out a yell of astonishment as she stared at the empty feast table. "Where has all the food gone?' she cried out. Dinner comes running to where her friend was standing and lets out a gasp. "You're right! It's gone! Oh no! We've been preparing the food for weeks! Santa is coming to the ball tomorrow!"

Temperance, who had her arms crossed and was silent the whole time finally spoke. "The food couldn't have just grown legs and walked off. Someone must have stolen it." her eyes narrow and she looks at Gluttony, who was munching on some fries.

"Do you happen to know where the food went?" she asks suspiciously.

"What do you mean?" replies Gluttony. "I have no idea where the food went. Why would I?"

Dinner lets out a small sigh. "Oh no...Now the party is going to be ruined! We don't have enough time to cook up more food..."

Dessert nods in agreement. "All we have are the snack foods...That won't be enough to feed the guests and Santa and the elves!"

"And we promised the other demigods that we would throw a good party too." adds Temperance.

Gluttony lets out an exasperated sigh. After stuffing a hot dog into his mouth, he raises his hands up in defeat. "Alright, alright!" he yells out. "I took the food and hid it, there! Are you happy now?" he waits for a reply but instead, Temperance takes one of her dumbbells and throws it at Gluttony.

"What were you thinking?!" she yells, her face red with anger. "Why in the world would you hide all the food?!"

Gluttony, who narrowly evaded the dumbbell thrown at him, becomes angry too. "You invited Santa and all those Elves! There wouldn't have been enough food for me! I had to hide it all." he reasoned. "Anyways, I refuse to give it back."

Dinner and Dessert look at Gluttony in horror. "B-but! Then the party will be ruined, and the other Demigods will know you two have misbehaved! And then, you two will be locked in the Tower again!"

This seems to scare Gluttony because he crosses his arms and gives a small pout. "Fine. I'll give you some clues as to where the food is hidden. Take the first letter of each of the answers to my questions, and they will form a riddle. Solve the riddle, and you will find the food."

Dessert and Dinner let out a small nod, their eyes full of determination. "Fine." they reply. Temperance sighs and shakes her head slightly before looking around at the people in the room.

"Gaians, we will be needing your help! Please aid us in solving the questions so we can find the food!"

Riddle:

We are in a room where all junk is laid. To save us you must utter the other word for eggplant.

So basically, we can ask food related/cooking related questions and the first letter f the answer will correspond with a letter in the riddle. It will go in order, so the answer to the first question will have to start with the letter 'W'. C:
